   Sky Guide. I can’t see black holes!

   This app is terrible. It’s about 30 degrees off on the azimuth from where the planets actually are and yes, I’ve calibrated my phone’s compass so it’s not that — it’s the app. I uninstalled it after five minutes. Waste of time. Definitely do NOT pay for this thing.

   Removed features I paid for. I paid for this app in their early days to support what I thought was a great product and company. They have slowly removed features to the point where I get nothing more than the free user. I would have expected them to grandfather in those who supported them early on as appreciation, but instead they snubbed us and greedily ask us to pay more for the same features we already paid for.

   $$$$$. Comes up as FREE! No mention of costing anything so don’t install unless you plan to pay money!

   Bought the app, but can’t use it anymore. I bought this app maybe 10+ years ago (2014?) when it was only a few dollars. I loved it. Now, I can’t use it at all unless I pay at least $5 per month. The lifetime access is $250. Nope. The app itself is wonderful. Subscription-based gate keeping for someone who purchased the app already is ridiculous.

   Long time user dissapointed. I have used this app on and off for YEARS and loved it. Used it many times with my children as they were growing up and enjoyed learning and identifying constellations. We have had many ‘is that a star or a planet? Don’t know- let me open the Sky Guide app!’ Moments- Up until maybe 2 years ago or so. Now I can’t get anything without subscribing? Last weekend we had another one of those moments and realized the app does nothing for old time users like me- I’d have to pay for a subscription for something that was already included when I purchased the app years and years ago. Disappointed.

   Update Removed Many Flyovers. I’ve been a long term customer and I’ve tried to make good with the update but with the new update users lost a great deal of compatibility satellite flyovers. I understand the cost reason but it doesn’t negate users had access without upgrading to the “pro” version.

    Now useless without paying. I love this app, but the up date made it so the field of view is your selfie cam so you’re looking at what is directly behind you and you have to pay to change your view.

    Not Pleased. It’s kind of upsetting that they have tiered subscription models now. I think I paid $4.99 for the app back when it came out and got all the features then. Now I have to pay again? And the wording is so gross too. “Pay $30 to see 7x more stars!” Like?? Read that out loud and tell me you don’t sound greedy. Just show the stars y’all.

    What am I looking at?. Why can’t I tell what I’m looking at. App is not very intuitive and hard to find what’s in the sky around my house. Very difficult and frustrating to navigate the app

    Wrong constellation. This app is not accurate, I can’t add another receipt but paying 5 dollars to have stars that aren’t there is crazy. Do not take the app word and do research yourself. I assume that this app takes your location and assumes what’s stars are above you. I tries this app to verify satellite and and stars

    I want your money over and over again. I just wanna look at the night sky. Enjoy the wonders and not be bugged by ads or to see something better. Use the pro stuff. Don’t get me wrong. You need to make some money. But. Ticket donations somehow with Hubble and James Webb. I need to go online and see what I want. It’s free.

    Stupid engineering. When you changed the IOS you made the app much harder to use. If it works, don’t fix it.

    Disastrous update. Loved this app before the update, but now have flickering “static” that overlays the display. Worse when zoomed out. Ugly and so irritating that it makes the app unusable. This is on a 9.7” original iPad Pro.

    Subscription??. This used to be a 5 star app, but now they have things locked behind a subscription. It wasn’t like that before. Even after paying for the app you have to pay monthly for all the services that used to come with the original purchase. lame.
