   App is extremely buggy. been using this app since 2021 for both our children and it’s always been buggy. Freezes, buttons don’t work, things select and unselect without being prompted, impossible to scroll without bringing down the device drop down menu, etc. not worth the headache for simple tracking of feeding its equally as convenient to just put the data in a shared note

   Political. Used Ovia for a while through pregnancy and now as a parent and then started seeing political articles in my baby app. Are you freaking kidding me? Should not have to see articles such as tips to raising a gender fluid baby. Also the app crashes constantly. Putting in breastfeeding is a two step process while being littered with lots of adds. Then there is no dark mode so there are too many problems to keep using it even though it’s free.

   Greatly disappointed. Although I greatly benefited from the Ovia Pregnancy app, I was disappointed by the parenting version. 90% of the articles on my feed pertained to returning to work and had very little to do with…parenting. I was further disappointed when an article by the title of “Managing your period as a trans, genderqueer, or non-binary person” appeared on my timeline. Not only does this have nothing to do with parenting, it also falls short of being remotely substantiated by medical research or reality. The title alone is bizarre and ridiculous. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised.

   Cannot sign in to app. I used the Ovia pregnancy app and loved it so I downloaded this one. I have tried to sign in multiple times but when I put in my daughters birthday it says it’s an invalid date. I have checked the format and it is correct. I would love to be able to sign in because I’m sure the app is great once I can make an account.

   Crashed twice in 5 weeks. This app has crashed on me twice in 5 weeks. It’s super frustrating when I have brain fog from caring for a new born and rely on this app for tracking feeds and diapers.

    Not the same. Used this app for my first son and loved it. Decided to try it again with my second son and it won’t show the time for last diaper or feeding. The last time I used the app was 8months ago so not sure what changes have been made to it since but it made it so the app does not work. I tried signing out and back in, and deleting the app and redownloading but nothing has fixed the issue. Very disappointing.

    Can’t get in via invite. Terrible user experience. My wife keeps sending me an invite to track our daughter; I tap the link in the invite email, app opens and asks me for an invite code that does not exist!!! Put the invite code in the actual email or provide better instructions, that’s invite 101. 🤦🤦🤦

    Horrible functionality. Looking for a new parenting app now! I used these when trying to get pregnant and pregnant and loved the Ovia apps. This parenting app doesn’t have the same functionality and doesn’t allow you to click on the date and fill in info- when you click on the plus at top right you get todays date and have to slowly scroll back to update previous dates. Also I can’t just add his feedings in with numbers in the keyboard I have to use the wheel which on Apple phones makes the app pop to the bottom every time- super disappointed! User test ppl!

    Worst app ever all they talk about is SEX. This is an app to ask other parents for help of you have questions for anything. But no one ever answers your questions unless it’s sex related. I always post serious questions about my kids and I get no response what do ever. SEX IS ALL THEY TALK ABOUT! i have to go back to their baby tracker app to talk to people about my already born child I would give this app no stars

    Won’t let me sign up to use the app. I was really excited about this app, but it won’t let me sign up. It keeps saying “sign up failed”. Such a shame.

    The calendar and tracking do not work at all.. This app appears to be very buggy and not ready for use. When trying to add an entry to the calendar nothing loads most of the time. The one time I did get to the screen to enter an event nothing saved, when I entered the event. As of right now this is a very poor app.

    Added My children too many time and won’t delete. I accidentally added my kids twice and now I can’t get them off the app I didn’t mean to add them multiple times but now I can’t get them deleted where there only one of their names listed

    Good, need dark mode. I’ve used this app with both my babies and love all the features. But would highly recommend adding a dark mode for all the mamas who use this app in the middle of the night!

    Mom shamers!!. No support, bullying, mom shamers, name calling. It is beyond ridiculous how women act on here! No regulation on what is being posted or said.

    Not for large families. I love and have used the other trackers that Ovia has. After having my last baby I decided to use this one to track feedings and other things. Well, I can’t. Not if I add all of my children to the app. It will only allow up to 5 that I can track. So I cannot track any of the things I wanted to with my new baby, the whole point in gettting the app. I’m sure it’s great for new moms, but not me.

    Unusable piece of trash.. Won’t let you accept an invite to be an admin. Just directs you to App Store to download app. Download the app and try to follow link again. Only directs back to App Store. Try to enter in code, requires you to create an account. Create account, LITERALLY NONWAY TO ACCEPT THE INVITE. SO FRUSTRATING.

    Liked Ovia Pregnancy, but not Ovia Parenting. I do not really like the Ovia Parenting app. No matter how much I try to personalize the newsfeed, it still shows incredibly irrelevant articles that have nothing to do with my lifestyle, family, or baby.

    Only good for the trackers. This app is not great at all. I truly only keep it for the feeding/sleep/diaper trackers. Those features are helpful but otherwise the “helpful” articles they include in the home newsfeed are so bad! They are poorly written (lots of grammatical errors) in such a cheesy tone and they are mostly NOT helpful. They state obvious challenges that parents may face without actually offering any useful solutions. It’s the bare minimum and mostly common sense. Not at all impressed.

    Tips are incredibly inaccurate. I started getting “how to find a daycare” tips when my daughter was 4 months old. I live in the US, she’d already been in daycare for a month at that point. Now I’m getting tips on how to get her to not draw on the walls. She’s 5 months old and can’t even sit unassisted yet much less draw on the walls. Would be nice if the tips were actually relevant.

    More data tracking and trends. It’s a basic app; it allows me to list out naps and feedings which is a basic need when first having a child. It’s perfect for just that. However it would be nice to be able to keep track of administered medicine and then also see naps and feedings a week at a glance to find trends in the data.

    Need to connect with other apps. I used Ovia Fertility and Pregnancy. One thing that the fertility version allowed was connection to other Apps. The parent one needs the same capability. Such as consider connecting with Baby Hatch Grow.

    Love using, but doesn’t stay updated / accurate. I love this app and use it everyday during the newborn and first year of my babies lives! It has great tracking options for feeding, etc. the reason for my star rating is the feeding options do breast feeding do not stay updated and accurate. The side used last is consistently wrong which can throw me off and make me have to look back in the logs to check which side I actually fed from last. Other than that flaw I love the features.
