Skip the app. The Enfamil people haven’t figured out how to make an app yet. Skip the app. Log into website where you can view, upload, and claim rewards. If you are one of the lucky few that can log into the app, you won’t be able to see or manage your rewards.

Lots of bugs. Lots of bugs tells me I have no rewards when I have rewards. I can never redeem rebates on formula always denies me or says I used it too many times and I can’t use the rebate.

Would be worth it if it worked.. As a new single mother this app was something i was excited about because it meant I’d be able to relax a little with coupons here and there. I got some in the mail when i was pregnant with some tester cans and they were great. So i downloaded the app and stocked up on points and just like that when i logged in to show my mom the coupons i only had 100 in there. I looked at the history and nothing should have expired. Wasn’t used. They’re just gone. Attempted to reach out to support and got no response. Hopefully it can be fixed as this app is a great was for moms that need formula to get me to save as well as show appreciation to the parents spending over $50 per can depending on the kind to support your company. Your formula is great and is the only one my reflux baby can tolerate, just wish your app worked too.

App is so broken. I recently signed up and had an awful experience with the app. The database sync had issues and the reward points didn’t get updated correctly. I expected to get 1000 points after installing the app based on the website, but nope. And the today it just showed “There’s something wrong” and I can’t see any points or my profile info. I couldn’t even log out.

Keep getting wrong message repeatedly. Like I tried second time again your review team keep failing to read receipts order how old are they? Should learn investing better I uploaded very clear receipts Amazon and Wallmart each clear photos. AI should taking care of this process human decision getting failure. Frustrating sign up process. Have been trying to sign up for 24 hours now and keep receiving error messages that something went wrong and to try again. I actually can’t believe I’m still trying at this point… As a new mom Sign up should be seamless. I shouldn’t have to enter my information over and over again. Then, when I finally get to the next part on signing up where I enter my address, another error message! I use the formula but honestly this process is making me want to switch. Be better with your tech Enfamil.

Faulty app that doesn’t work. This is the worst app. I have had so many issues with it both currently as well as when I had my first child in 2023. Three years ago I racked up around 50,000 points and was unable to use them because there were so many problems with the app and I did not have the mental bandwidth at the time to get on the phone and talk to customer service. Currently, I am unable to even log into the app. I tried to log in so I could buy 2-3 cases of formula and was not able to do so, so I had to go to target instead and purchase them there. That’s extremely irritating. Do better Enfamil.

Full of Random Garbage. I want to get coupons for formula and I am FORCED to use this app. Ok, BUT I don’t want all this other worthless garbage in the app. Bloatware is where I put this app. Give me the option for coupons only or just mail them like the old days!

If only it would work. For the last few weeks nothing in the app works. Scanning receipts has never applied it to my account, so I’ve gotten used to having to email my receipts to Enfamil to get credit each time, but now it just shows a spinning icon endlessly on my point total and won’t update it. The same happens when I try to add details about my child or even cash out a reward. I have already updated the app a few times and uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. As it stands, the app is totally useless because everything just spins and does not work. Is there an issue with iPhone 14 and the app, maybe?
