   Downgrade after using for 2yrs. When I bought the app 2.5yrs ago, I had access to everything. Now they decided they want to make money by subscription like everyone else, which is fine. But now the access I used to have is no longer there unless i subscribe. That’s a slap in the face— I already spent the money, the features that were preexisting was what I paid for. Doesn’t really matter cuz I won’t have another baby. But there are better apps out there— esp if they would treat existing customers this way. Used to love the app and told all my friends about it. Now that it’s the same subscription base, just get a different one that’s better lol.

   Report a problem button doesn’t work. It keeps pop up asking me to rate the app but I’m already a paying customer for 18months lying every month. It keeps asking me to rate when I’m just trying to use the app stop this madness!! And then if you try to tap report a problem during that same popular irionically that button doesn’t work!!!!

   Pop up asking for review i already paid, cannot close. There is a constant pop up asking me to review i already pay monthly stop it The problem is the pop up would not close!!! And the button in the app to report a bug also did not work

   Reminders Don’t Work & No Customer Service. I purchased the premium version of this app along with a couple of other ones. We were mostly wanting a place where we could log feedings and get an automatic reminder. There are reminders on this app, but they just don’t work and I tried to contact customer support, but they never responded. I’m glad I only paid for one month because this app was useless. Even their “send feedback” feature is disabled.

   Not intuitive. The only reason this app probably has as many downloads as it does is because it’s required by a sleep consultant. Not intuitive. Terrible setup. Do not recommend.

   Ransomware. Caveat Utilitor! This app has been great for the last decade, but those who control it have now decided that users may only access their historical data past 14 days by paying for the premium version of the app. It’s a real shame they’ve taken inspiration from ransomware in their monetization quest that is misguided at best and nefarious at worst.

   Best Baby Tracker!. Update - previous lifetime premium user, now moved to ad basic level with no honoring of previous purchase. Disappointing to see another great one fall to ads/monthly subscription. This app is easy to use, affordable, and offers loads of tracking for the little ones. Devs are responsive to feedback and always looking for it to be better.

    Was hacked and info leaked. Lots of ads, and the app was hacked and accessed by some unknown user, I would not recommend.

    No offline mode?!. Fun times trying to use the app on long flights without wifi. Doesn’t even open without internet. Wish I would have know this before purchasing. This is dumb

    Stopped syncing all data. We used this app for two months, and paid for the monthly subscription. Everything was working great until all of a sudden the app stopped syncing with the other caregivers phones. I tried to re-connect and the response was “only the primary caregiver can use that function” which didnt make sense because I was the primary caregiver. There’s no support for help. We tried logging out and back in. We tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing resolved the issue.

    Love the app but sync failure. Love the app, but experience data sync failure for the past 6 hours Error message: Failed to sync data: The caller does not have permission to execute the specified operation.

    Review. We have used this app for years and loved it. All of a sudden we get on to use it and we keep getting an error and now everything we had saved is gone and it wont let us do anything with the app. Extremely disappointed and now a waste of money

    Full Screen Ads a Dealbreaker. I like the interface for this app, and I liked how easy it was to stop running timers from the main screen. I also often used the watch app. I generally only use free versions of apps, so I can live with ads and missing some features. However, the fact that there are full screen ads with different close button locations was a deal breaker for me. Even though some (not all) only last 5 seconds, when I’m holding a baby and trying to use the app one-handed at the same time, any full screen ads are too many. I am switching to Bsby Tracker. And of course I will be manually transferring information since downloading my own data is a premium feature.

    Crashing after update. Why roll out update when you don’t test it first to see if app is running correctly. App keeps on crashing after an update.

    Update broke the app. I rely on an app to do all the recording, but the dev didn’t do sufficient testing so that it constantly crash on my phone (can’t even open the app)… hopefully another patch comes out soon

    Paid for the full app and can’t see my nanny’s logged information. Why would I pay for an app if it won’t link up so o can see the activity that was logged by my nanny? I don’t understand what I’m even paying for then.

    Updates are terrible. Everytime a function is used, an AD takes over the screen AND speaker. Not very useful when TRYING TO PUT A BABY TO SLEEP. Less than one star

    Was great until it wasn’t.. The app was working great for my wife and I. We could each update things in our phones and keep track of things like diaper changes and feeding times. However, I’ve noticed that nothing is synced between our accounts now. For instance, on my phone, it reads that the time between feedings is over 3 hours, while on my wife’s end it reads just over one hour. Nothing we do shows up on the other's phone, which essentially renders this app pointless for us. Diaper changes, notes, feeding times, sleeping times…nothing.

    Great until recent updates made Ads in full page popups. Liked using the App, partner paid for the app because they liked it, I decided to stick to the banner ads. they now added full ad popups every time you open the App. Very annoying, considering deleting and finding a different app now.

    Ads start after a few days. The app is great and quite useful. Just be aware the first few days you won’t have ads, but once you start using it, you’ll get a pop-up ad that you can only X out of after about 5 seconds.
