   Scale stopped working. My scale randomly stopped working with an error that basically said that it cannot be fixed $170 and I used it for just over a year. :(

   App constantly crashes. App constantly crashes and locks you out of account. Have to delete and redownload.

   Buggy and outdated. Using this with their changing pad and scale, but extremely buggy software. Adding weight takes many steps. It also crashes often when adding a feeding. Deleting a feeding entry also doesn’t work. Company is more focused on their sleep app and products, so don’t bother with this.

   Was great, but then completely stopped working. I have been using this app for 17 months. It was working great until about 2 weeks ago. Random timers would start unprompted, entries would be added on its own, entries would disappear. Now my child has disappeared and all my logs are gone. I can’t even log in.

   The Scale is Worthless. I set up my scale and immediately it says that the scale is malfunctioning and I need to contact support to fix it. What a terrible product.

   Unreliable. The app keeps crashing and won’t even let me open it for more than a second. It’s currently 2am and I’m trying to figure out if I need to wake up my newborn for a feed since my husband and I take shifts and I can’t even do that. Very unfortunate that we’ve used this app religiously over the last 2 weeks and now all of a sudden I can’t even open it.

   Weight incorrect after update. I was stuck unable to update the device’s firmware for a long time, it would just crash. That was fixed, but now the scale is totally inaccurate and reports my 12 lb baby as 6-7 lbs. This has made the device we paid for totally unusable.

   Update glitch. Frustrated because every time I go to weigh my child, it asks if I want to update the firmware. When I select yes the app immediately closes out as if there’s some sort of bug. I’ve done this many times trying to update the firmware with no success.

   Crashing unable to sync. I just recieved the hatch grow as a baby gift and am relying on the scale since we have a nicu preemie coming home. I open the app and it asks to update firmwear then crashes. I'm not able to sync my device or update the app. Help!

    Crashes every time. Every time I start up the app and try to connect to the scale, it asks to update the scale: hitting Yes crashes the app almost instantly without fail EVERY TIME.

    Lost all data. I used the app to record all my newborns data for six weeks before I was prompted by the app to sign out. When I was unable to sign back in, I contacted support and was informed my data was unrecoverable as my email and the email of all the caretakers included was not in the system. While they were apologetic, all they could recommend was to start from scratch. I will be using a different app moving forward as I want to make sure I don’t lose all that data again.

    Firmware update causing issues. Downloaded the Hatch Grow App to use the Hatch Grow changing table for the smart scale component. I can’t even use it because this new firmware update is closing out the app each time before it can even begin. If I select to not update it, it is telling me to contact support because a critical problem was found. Would love to see this firmware update glitch fixed asap because otherwise it is not worth the money spent, which is extremely disappointing. General Hatch Apps feedback: please consolidate your apps into one. It’s a bit silly there are separate Hatch apps.

    Amateur hour. Not sure why the team that built the Hatch Sleep app couldn’t build this instead of whichever poor contracting firm they used. This app is horribly designed, poorly built, and generally disappointing. From wasting half the screen on a pointless image upload callout to putting information in unintelligible spots, this app needs a ground up rebuild.

    Hatch Grow. Received this as a gift. Seems cool. Until you have to use the app. Tried setting it up the first time and it wants to update the firmware before using it. No problem. Until the app tries to download the firmware and it force closes the app. Reinstalled app several times and still won’t work.

    Terrible app. The app is always glitching whenever I try to add any new sleep/diaper/feeding. It’s pretty much useless as I have to constantly restart the app and try again until the 23rd time when it allows me to finish adding the activity

    Crashes Before Save. It keeps crashing, but it especially annoying right when I hit save. So if I was doing a nursing entry, the info disappears. I use this app to time my nursing so I don’t have to. Now I don’t know what time or for how long I was feeding my baby. It also deletes my data that I saved sometimes.

    App crashes. This app works sometimes and then opens and crashes about 75% of the time. It’s very frustrating when you want to start and record a sleep and you can’t open the app. Also, we bought the $150 scale and when we want to record a weight it’s really upsetting when the app doesn’t work. Please fix your app!!!

    App crashing. The app started crashing yesterday and won’t open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed. Whats going on? There isn’t an option on the hatch website for app support. (I’ll remove this review when it starts working again.)

    App bugs. App crashes and deletes all your data regularly. Don’t use this app for tracking any of your baby’s data if you want it to save. The photo slideshow is a cool feature but it also loses all the pictures when it loses all the other data. We got this app for the changing pad, the pad scale is a great feature. If you got the changing pad in the white color, exchange it for the grey. The white stains very easily.

    Crashes all the time. I have to reinstall this app almost weekly because it’ll just start crashing on startup. The UX for the scale is baffling too, just a tiny button at the top of the screen for the scale.

    App crashes on opening. App crashes on opening basically once a day since we started using three months ago. Occasionally requires hard restart of phone to actually get open. Really disappointing that fixing this doesn’t seem to be a priority for the developers

    Issues. I haven’t been able to use the app. Out of the blue the app just will not open. It pulls up like it’s gonna load then closes out repeatedly. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.

    Crashes On Startup Daily. App is great when it’s works but it crashes when I open it every day so I need to uninstall and reinstall it to fix. It’s also not possible to delete an entry easily after entering (takes multiple delete attempts for it to actually delete).

    Extremely buggy, loses data often. This app is great when it works. However multiple times now it has kicked myself or my wife out of the app and lost weeks worth of data. We continue using the app for the data that has not been lost, but if we could start over we would have used a different platform for tracking pumping and feeding.

    Used to be great. Used this a few years ago and loved it. I’ve been trying to use it the last fee months and it constantly crashes and doesn’t update correctly.
