So this app doesn’t seem to work?. I can’t open the app or log in. I’m not sure why it’s so highly rated? I just get errors every time I try to use it.

Absolute trash. I have never seen a company so desperate to nickel and dime every corner and page of their app it is pathetic. This app belongs in the trash. This whole company belongs in the trash as a hole. If the device was inexpensive, I get it you want to actually monetize through subscription, but you're selling premium devices and you're locking up every part of your user interface shoving the payment subscription first and foremost. It is pathetic. It is stupid. I just ran a blood pressure test and I lost 20 minutes. Still can't find the report even though it recognizes the last time it was synced was a few minutes ago. Whoever designed this app with all of its features ruined the product itself, the product itself is solid and well built, but the user interface and user experience shows me how pathetically desperate this company is. There's a reason why OMRON is the pinnacle in this space. Use their devices instead trust me. Almost all hospitals use OMRON

Felt like I was scammed. I paid for W+ as it explained it would sync with apple but it does not. You need to purchase withing devices. Not happy have great subscription that is useless.

God awful to use. I have a Dr degree and a ChatGPT and it’s taking me hours and I still don’t know how to use this freaking thing. Simple things like adding a user. Some randomly just started a populated in the body composition data that i bought the scale for. Apparently it’s not possible to add a user without creating a whole profile. I’m going through this big process because of privacy. Don’t purchase this device.

Pairing Nova watch. I bought a new iPhone & tried to pair my watch to the app, which I transferred the app to the new iPhone & it does not recognize it. I followed the instructions to no avail. I never had a single issue b4. I hope someone from the company reads this & contact me for trouble shooting.

Binary👎. Requires detail info about you. I just want it to record weight automatically to apple health while I’m on a cut. It doesn’t need to know all that info. Also it only has male or female as options. No third option.

Too focussed on the new and shiny subscription only features. They are so focussed on new paid features that they haven’t fixed basic issues in the app. For a week the body composition change, which should be looking at total muscle and fat difference randomly picks one of the numbers. The graph values that were at the right edge of the graph now hide the last few readings. Seems like basic user testing is missing.

Pretty but wonky watch. This watch is beautiful. However, like most mornings, it's now almost 8:30 and I have to manually switch it to 'today' or it opens to yesterdays. I've walked all over my house and my 'today' still shows 0 steps on the app, but almost 100 on the watch. With the cost of this, I just expected more. The battery life is amazing though and far exceeds any smart watch I've owned.
