   Deceptive billing practices. When I signed up for use the price showed $6.99 did not say monthly or weekly so I assumed it was monthly after the 3 day trial. When I tried to use it it did not work with my phone so I immediately canceled however Apple did not accept the cancellation and in be known to me I kept getting billed. Once realized I was still getting billed I cancelled again and they still billed me an extra week I called Apple and told them I was unable to use the app and also I was unaware that this was a weekly charge but they refused to refund even though showed no use. This app is very deceptive and I’m disabled with limited income and they took my money

   UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I never subscribed to this. I’ve never used this app. I opened it up to see what it was, noticed that there was a charge associated with it, and closed out. I’m not interested in a recurring charge for a subscription. I didn’t realize I was being charged for it until an apple receipt popped up for a recent game purchase and I noticed a charge for this app on it. I never received a receipt for this app notifying I subscribed for any previous weeks until this most recent receipt for the game that I made a purchase for. I’d like a refund because I wasn’t aware of any subscription or charges (current and previous) until now. I have been charged 7.99 per week for 8 weeks (about $64) for something I didn’t subscribe to.

    Scam. Led me to believe I had a 3 day free trial to see if I liked the app. I was immediately charged 22.08 taken from my debit card in my phone wallet. I emailed and asked for a refund and they haven’t responded.

    over billing. I canceled my subscription, but I’m still being charged. I signed up thinking it was a free trial and made sure to cancel, so it’s very frustrating to continue seeing charges on my account. The app was not helpful for me and did not provide the value I expected. Because of that, I chose to cancel, and I believe the billing should have stopped.

    MONEY HUNGRY APP!!. Do not download!! You have to pay just to do anything and you even have to pay to measure heart rate multiple times do not fall for the lying ads and evil moneys.

    Only checks Heart Rate. I just threw $50 out the window! I was under the impression, that this App would also check blood pressure, oxygen, etc. It doesn’t! You have to check all of that on your other devices, then record it to this App! Had I have known that, I would not have bought the subscription, because my Apple Watch does most of this, and I was looking for an App to check my B/P. I wish now that I would have chose the free trial option, but didn’t want to make monthly payments and pay more for the App.

    Not free. I did a free trial and immediately was charged a $20.89 charge on my account I’m trying to get my money back but wouldn’t get if you don’t want to be charged during your free trial
