   Device to chisel money out of you — no Bluetooth sync. This device wants you to take pictures of your blood pressure monitor screen. It does not sync with your device or download history. It charges money to remove ads but it makes it look like it’s charging you for syncing with your BP monitor when it is asking you to pay. No trial period, so even though I cancelled an hour after first use, it’s taking my $3 for one min to of use. DONT BUY.

   Money for what?. Paid for app, but it stopped working shortly thereafter. The Scan with Camera feature stopped working altogether after I paid. It said I had reached my limit, but didn’t give me any option to fix this, so it seems like the Scan with Camera feature is some sort of bait and switch feature. Once they have your money, they turn it off.

   Pay to use it.. There are monthly fees to use which is NOT listed on package when you buy the cuff! Would not have purchased had I known !

    very poor app. If you forget your password there is no way forward, backward or sideways. It then says your email address is already used, please try another one. Who writes this? So do I have to buy another bp monitor? And the review won’t let you use no stars.

    Rubbish AI makes this junk. The AI feature is clinically dangerous and total junk. The AI text hallucinates with made up figures, generating fictional reports unrelated to actual blood pressure readings. I deleted the app immediately and advise you to avoid at all costs.

    Free app does not work. After you buy the monitor to use with your phone. You find out that the “free” app does not work. They want you to buy a daily, weekly or annual subscription. Help is two days away via email. Deleted app and returned Omron monitor

    Loved it at first. They got rid of the basic AI, so you can no longer even try it without paying for AI. It is pretty lame considering AI basic summery info is free almost everywhere now.

    Won’t detect Bluetooth for IPhone.. Don’t buy! If you’re buying this to actually track and share your BP, buy another device. I’m disappointed that Costco is selling something that functions so poorly.

    Loses data. Worked well for a month, then started losing previous records. Only 1 reading from the last week is still there. I thought maybe I was forgetting to press save (although honestly why is a save button even needed in 2025?) so made sure that it was all recorded correctly yesterday but now yesterday’s reading is gone.

    Kinda disappointing. I had an app on my old IPhone. Got a new IPhone and my old app didn’t work. Found this one and it’s not nearly as nice. The old app the NUMBERS were colored and NO WORDS were necessary underneath that are colored! AND my old app had the PP which is the pressure exerted on your veins. This app is just barely adequate. 🥺😩

    Can’t log readings. All of the sudden, literally overnight, when I go to input my readings my app closes immediately. App opens but the second I choose to enter it closes. Any suggestions? Love this app but now I can’t use it.

    Doesn’t use Bluetooth to transfer OMRON readings!. I was hoping that this app would use the Bluetooth connection on my OMRON BP761 to transfer my readings! Too bad, I could have used the charting feature!
