Me. Microsoft sucks
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Premium plan doesn’t work. My workplace pays for a very expensive premium license and it doesn’t work in the app. It only has the basic features.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Péssimo. Ele entra em loop quando voce tem licença premium.

Zero stars. Can't get into app. Schools and businesses isn't the only one that needs this app. I'm studying on my own I'm not part of a giant Corp. They wont let people with regular accounts use app. Waste of time and data. Also, when is we going to get a diary app for iPad users.

🚶🏻. Well yes

Doesn’t Work. No update for 10 years
- ★★★★★a needed feature is missing
Microsoft takes another step backward. I just can’t understand why they keep doing this! They had a perfectly fine to do functioning app, and they are deleting it and replacing it with Planner. Planner is only functional and useful to people who are in fact, professional planners. I don’t need all that. I just need a list of things I need to do and the ability to check them on for Crossland. Thanks Microsoft for nothing.

Please create planner for personal outlook accounts. I would def use this feature with my children while homeschooling them i feel like this would be more equitable. Being this is for work or school

Error with “favorites). On the app, my favorites section keeps changing every time I refresh (without me changing it).

Not Good. Very basic App. Feels more like 2016 and not 2026. Come on MS…I know you can do better
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Premium Planner Beware. Does not work for premium planner. No mobile way to update premium planner plans.

Poor. Doesn't look at all like the desktop app. Very hard to find the data?
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Terrible. Worst app I've ever used. Completely broken!

Barely Functional. This app hardly ever works correctly. Most often my plans all show blank and I can’t use the app to check tasks or create new ones.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Rigid and cumbersome to use. Counter intuitive. Some of the most basic functions such as name change and delete are impossible
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Too complicated between devices. This app won’t sync between devices
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Product Manager. Premium plans cannot be used in this app…only free versions… disappointed.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Sucks. Like most things Microsoft makes it’s horrible. The UI on mobile is disconnected from the desktop version I can’t even find the tasks I am looking for
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
App seems like an afterthought from Microsoft. This doesn’t even feel like an officially sanctioned app from Microsoft with its terrible UI and overall bugginess. Ever since upgrading to the premium subscription, none of my plans work through the app. Clearly the merging of Project and Planner has not been properly thought out or executed because it has only gotten more bug ridden. I wish they put more effort into this product because it has a lot of promise
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Terrible. Just a kanban board. That’s it. And a buggy one.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Un-Usable. Does not work with paid plans. We were excited to roll out Planner at our company instead of a 3rd party system like clickup/asana/monday etc. It’s wonderful on the web version and lives within our Microsoft environment. However, we paid for the premium planner on the web. Turns on all those neat features we get on the web are not available in this app. What’s worse, this app says “go use planner on the web to use these features”, but then planner on the web says “this app is no longer supported, use the iPad app”. Friggin Microsoft cuttin corners
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
Even if there’s nothing else, still no.. From the windows 8 themes and styling, the buggy interface, terrible optimisation for ipads (was this even tested on one?), it’s a big old “meh”. Avoid.

Could be so much better!. This app could be so much better. Planner is a great platform for project management but the app feels like you’re going back in time. This app doesn’t get the as much of an update as all of M365 app and I hate for that for them.

Not the same as the office 365 Planner. Can not view or edit shared planner projects created on via the web across corporate domains.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
I updated to. Planner
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Unusable!. There is no way to set a task duration or to create start finish relationships. No way to indicate level of completion for long-term tasks. This is garbage and IS NOT a tool for any degree of productivity! Avoid it completely!
- ★★★★★accessibility and assistive-technology issues
Not worth the bits it occupies. This is a poorly thought out app with nearly no functionality in contrast to the web interface. There is no excuse for this - particularly on an iPad.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Premium. Premium plans can’t be opened in the app. How incredibly stupid and unpremium. Guess I will only use basic plans from now on. Yet another ridiculous move by M$FT.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Cannot open or access Premium plans. Microsoft retired projects.Microsoft.com, which was the only way to access Premium plans. You cannot open or access Premium plans in this app. Trying to use the mobile planner side redirects to the app. So there is no way on mobile to access Premium plans at all.
- ★★★★★search fails to find what is needed
No connection to website info. I cant find any of the plans or timelines created on the website. I hoped this app could be an extension of the web application but I cant find any use for it
