  1. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Too expensive now. Imagine doubling your subscription fee overnight.

Updated it. Now i cant use it. Nice one. I had it working and my reminders in the widget. Worked for years. Then i updated it. Now i cant use what I was already using without a subscription. Hahahaha. Get wrecked. More than happy to delete now. Also i got the info off my old phone which still had the version which had all of my stuff. So i got what i needed bit 8 will never pay for infinite subscription. I would spend a few bucks to buy it. But youre not gonna milk me forever. So i got my stuff. Will be using better apps. Good riddance

Very bad usability. Purchased this app and been using this for couple of weeks, but this app so confusing me. I’m not the stupid we’re all using so many software and work in software. - Very Bad usability, No idea they contact user study / testing before release in market. - Not at all user friendly - For very simple change like changing the color for the tasks create or adding new task. - Waste of money $24.99 and wasting time to use this app… Still the app is mistry - No learning curve for the first time users.

Cannot use without two-way sync with Reminders. I love the Moleskine productivity suite. I LOVE it passionately; it’s beautiful, intuitive, and dynamic, but I cannot use this set of apps for exactly one reason: I need a two-way sync with Apple Reminders. It is non-negotiable. I canceled my last subscription because of it and was very disappointed to see it has still not been implemented. I love this set of apps, but it is literally completely unusable to me because of this one flaw. Without this two-way sync, I cannot assign tasks to other people or share tasks/lists with other people, nor can I track other people’s progress on tasks. I can’t use Apple Reminder triggers that aren’t available in Moleskine. I can’t easily move a task from one platform to another. It’s such a shame. I love this set of apps, and it’s amazing to me that despite the consistent and unrelenting feedback from end users about the need for this two-way sync, Moleskine chooses to continue biting the hands that feed.

App Froze Immediately. Thankful I opted for the seven day trial! Oof. This one continually froze on me. Didn’t have the same issues with the other bundled apps, but really hoped I could use them together.

  6. ★★★★cross-device sync is unreliable

Poor doesnt sync correctly. it doesnt sync correctly with reminder check as mark done but still unmark check on actions. asking them to fix for a uear, dont see any improvement on actions to correctly sync with reminder app

  7. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Crashes. The app crashes whenever I try to add a list. This is basic functionality that just does not work.

  8. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Would be great if…. If it still supported ios 14 it would be worth keeping. I use both 14 and 17 It still doesn’t work. Cant import reminders

  9. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Typical Pay First and Hope You Forget to Cancel. Same as a lot of the apps on the market. Pay wall everything and hope you forget to cancel.

  10. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Sad. I was excited about this app until I downloaded it and realized that you literally can’t do anything unless you buy the membership. What a waste.

  11. ★★★★trial charges and refunds

Hard to follow. This app is not easy to use. It would be nice to have a guide or tutorial to show all the features offered. After setting up a card, with all the tasks, I automatically assume to hit enter when I’m done, but it marks the whole thing complete and I cannot find where it went. I’m in the free trial period but I’ll be canceling as I can’t justify paying the premium.

  12. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Really wanted to like this app. I purchased the subscription. I have only ever used my Apple ID. Now states I need to purchase a subscription, i have also been double charged and I can not get ahold of anyone to fix this issue. I’d leave zero stars if I could 😢

  13. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

this shouldn’t be free.. every time i try to add a task i immediately get faced with a membership with no way to avoid it or say “no thanks”. the whole purpose of the app is to track / create tasks, but in order to do that i have to buy a membership to USE the app?? if its gonna be free, at least make it free to create tasks. this is app is a joke and a scam tbh.

  14. ★★★★trial charges and refunds

Trial scam. I signed up for 7 day trial and was charged immediately with no way to cancel. May report to Apple.

  15. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

One problem. Like it but can’t get it to add task through Siri

  16. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Does not work with iPad Keyboard. The app wouldn’t work with the iPad keyboard, the “cancel” button to go back is ‘attached’ to the digital keyboard, so there was no way to go back.

  17. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Just wanted a ToDo and can’t add a single one. Downloaded the app and couldn’t figure out how to add a single to - do list item. Touching the + sign takes me to membership for bundle. The app is useless without purchasing so why does it say “in app” purchases. Just price the app.

  18. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Huh. The app is great when it works but it keeps signing me out and putting me in Read Only mode every time I open it. Support was unhelpful and was either a bot replying automatically or someone who did not read or care about my problem. I shouldn’t have to sign in every time I open the app.

  19. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Consider a stone tablet and chisel before this. I’ve bought all the Moleskin apps and have had to get a refund from Apple every time. They sell their apps in a bundle (go look at the terrible bundle reviews) but they don’t work and the reviews have let them know many times. They don’t fix it. They just keep taking your money and not addressing known and longstanding issues. The apps aren’t accessible, they lose your data, etc. All the things you don’t want in a productivity app and they double charge you for the frustration of it all. Save yourself the trouble and buy anything else.

  20. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Shame on Cult of Mac for recommending!. This isn’t free!!

  21. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Upgraded to Bundle but App keeps asking me to pay again. I am very disappointed as I upgraded the to the annual bundle price. However, when I open the app it tells me to upgrade again. When I click to upgrade, it tells me already purchased it and so the cycle begins again. I own a biotech company and thought this bundle would help but it has done nothing but waste my time and charge me $24.99 of which I would like a refund.

  22. ★★★★cross-device sync is unreliable

Not Private.. Because these apps do not use iCloud, and CloudKit they can't be considered secure or private. In order to make life easier for the developers they use Firebase for cloud storage. Firebase is owned by Google. And Google is well known for trolling through any data they have access to.

  23. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Cant even use the app unless you pay. Disappointed that this was recommended by a really great art teacher/artist from youtube. You cant use it unless you pay for a yearly sub. Yes you have a “7 day trial” but its easy to forget after 7 days. Anyways don’t know if this is a great app. It keeps harassing me to pay when I add something to my todo list.

  24. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Can’t Share To-Do Lists. No idea what possessed this team to create such a beautify app without the most basic feature that was standart fifteen years ago. Can’t share/collaborate on a shopping list with my spouse. That right there is an immediate no-go. Its shocking that they manage to make Timepage work seemlessly with standard calendar sync protocols but there’s not even a half-baked attempt here. Don’t expect it soon either; their feature suggestion page has had this as the #1 requested feature since 2018 and it’s marked “Under Review” while “iOS 16 Lockscreen Widget” is already “In Progress”. This could be the best productivity and scheduling suite on iOS; instead its “TimePage and the other ones”.

  25. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Needs work for years. I tried this app years ago and The same issues have not been fixed. You need to arrange the order every day. You would think it possible to have the app do that automatically. The same issues I had with it years and years ago still persist and are on the list of features to add. Seems no one is really working on it.

  26. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Absolutely garbage and pays thru 3rd party so I can’t cancel subscription. Yeah

  27. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Crashing on iPad. No idea what’s going on, but I can’t get the app to open on my iPad. Crashes every single time I try to open it. Frustrating to be paying for an app and I can’t even use it on all my devices.

  28. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Not free. This app is labeled as free and has no mention of it being a paid service, I took long to sign up and download everything, then once you have the app it gives you with a screen that says buy now. Waste of time

  29. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Backend is too complicated.. Seems Ike they overcomplicated the backend. I just wanted to be able to easily set a task and be able to do different colors within a category (work for example) and give each task a set of sub tasks with check blocks and update with a percentage and priority. I had to delete and start over if I didn’t get the task tree’d up correctly. It wouldn’t just let me go reassociate with a different group. Too many steps when you could put everything on one page

  30. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Crashes. the app crashes way too often when you resort the actions using drag and drop
