   Very Disappointed!. I have the paid Pro subscription and the app started to glitch and I lost all my info that I used for work. I even reach out to support but got no response. Very disappointed!

   You’ll lose everything. It’s great, until it decides to erase all your notes. Everyone is having this issue and they aren’t doing anything to fix it apparently. Nobody can get a hold of support and there’s no patches coming.

   Three day trial is a joke. Downloaded this and quickly found it was not what I was needing, so I immediately canceled since the app offers a three-day trial. My card was charged anyway, and two sent emails later, no response from the developers! Beware!

   Was Great - Until it wasn’t. I have been using this app for a few years. It was wonderful. I could type or use pencil. Moving between the different view was easy and seamless. Then one day in early 2026 it crashed and when it restarted - the appearance changed. The links between day and month and week don’t work and the update doesn’t even have the same appearance. I have emailed tech support several times and still haven’t heard anything back. I was a paid subscriber - but no more. I am canceling my renewal. Don’t waste your money on this.

   Crashes every time!. This app is useless! Constantly crashing so I can’t even use it. Really enjoyed it when it was working.

   Noted Disappearing. I’m a Pro user, and there is a bug where I lost years of notes using this app. This needs to be fixed or my subscription will be forfeited.

   No longer works!. This planner was fantastic and then it stopped working a few weeks ago. My notes erase and the app no longer syncs between my iPad and iPhone. Such a bummer!

   TERRIBLE. I seriously spent all day decorating my calendar so that I can have my calendar on the go instead of on my paper calendar that I hang on the wall made everything cute. Did doodles put an important dates did almost 2 months of work and I open the app again and everything was gone. Mind you this is my first day using it absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend to anyone. This was a terrible experience and it ruined most my day. Hope this helps.

    Love at first sight then ugh…. I was in love with this app being able to write notes right on my calendar and then one day a bunch of my notes were empty and blank without being able to retrieve them so now I don’t trust the reliability of this and I write some of those notes to go back and look on one day. Now I know that’s not possible so I have no love for this app anymore.

    No online support. I was extremely happy with this app but for about two weeks now the app has been frozen and what’s worse, my notes are blank and I do case management and am extremely scared that all my notes are gone. I reached out to support but no one has reached out to me. I’m so upset.

    NO SYNC. Used to love this app. Now it refuses to sync and there’s no way to fix it. Including deleting and redownloading the app. Support does not reply to messages.

    Update deleted everything. I’m a music teacher, I use the planner for yearly planning for my class keeps me up to date on class schedules, lessons etc. I wrote everything down planned out everything then saw it had an upstate and it deleted everything I had planned. For an app I paid for that’s so unacceptable would not be using again.

    Was in love, but…. I loved this app. It gave me the structure and ease of an online calendar perfect for reoccurring appointments along with the ability to write my one off appointments, doodle, make it cute like I did with my paper planner. And I was able to keep all my notes in one place and align it to dates and such. It was great until it wasn’t. I opened the app and went to my notes. And 2/4 notes pages were suddenly blank. My notes gone. As much as I loved the app, I can’t use it if I can’t trust it. Also, the ability to search definitely needs to be added.

    Please get a different app. I've this app for over 2 years. I liked the look of it, but I was never able to sync the notes on all my three devices, even with the Pro version. I recently saw the need to have my notes on all three devices. I updated everything on every device, and my information was suddenly gone. All the notes from two years. I have been reaching out to tech support with no success. Please don't get this app. Customer service is not existing, just there to get out money

    Crashing. This could be a great app! Easy to use, great place to keep notes. Only problem, It often crashes causing you to lose those great notes!

    Useless without changes to any notes being synced to other devices.. I wanted to like this, but one of the main features I was looking for was the ability to create notes tied to my calendar. When I create a new note, it does sync to other devices. However, when making changes or additions to existing notes, those changes do not sync. So I am constantly looking at outdated notes on one device or another. I’ve reached out to support three times via email and have never gotten a response. Support is nonexistent. Don’t waste your money unless you just want a calendar. I can use Apple calendar with integrated reminders without having to pay for it.

    App Crashes. I am not able to use the app. I paid for the yearly subscription. The app has not saved any of the items I have written in my calendar and now I open the app and free 30 seconds, it crashes. Very frustrating!!

    Crashed my iPad. I thought my iPad was a goner, this app crashed my iPad and I could not do anything, I had to connect my iPad to a laptop to reset the entire thing. Never in my life have I had this type of issue. Will try to attach a image if it lets me, very disappointed.

    Deleted everything. This app was a great idea. I was so hopeful. I had wrote all of my calendar appointments from my old planner and then when I got done everything vanished without a trace! Also my phone never synced with my iPad no matter what I did. This app is a good idea but still too buggy to use in real life. I’ll keep on the search for an iPad calendar that allows me to use my pencil.

    Love, but deletes notes!!!!!. I have been searching for a while for something exactly like this app. It has everything I was looking for, so I paid for the subscription. Unfortunately, the app has major issues, and it took a week to figure them out. The 3 day trial is not enough time! When entering the notes tab, I couldnt get out and return to the calendar view. There’s nothing to click, minimize, close, calendar header is gone to navigate. The only way to back to the calendar is to close the app. So this is what I’ve had to do. I wrote a page of notes and to dos for the day, needed to go back to the calendar, so I closed and reopened…….. and my notes were gone!!! I went to my previous days…… gone. Went to the app on my phone…. Nothing. Pure panic of the time lost!! Googled how to resolve, didn’t find anything except to restart the iPad. So I did, and when I opened the app, no notes again. Let it set,came back, started tapping my screen from frustration, and the notes from my previous day were back! Scrolling through the pages, and they were gone. Walked away, tapped the screen, and page 2 magically appeared. So I tried this for today’s notes, but NOTHING. GONE. No way to recover. So trying to switch back to the calendar view, erased my notes. And there’s no way to save before you close. What the H***??? Seriously, what’s the point? This has waisted HOURS of my work time. Time is money!! So y’all owe me $3,000 for time lost. Plus the subscription. Payment due at the end of the month, late payments will incur 10% late fee. Pay at your earliest convenience. No Thank you for your service.

    Pencil notes constantly lost. I have written support several times with no reply. I randomly lose my penciled notes frequently. Given that I am making these notes and have this calendar precisely so I can remember my notes, this is a deal breaker for me. I will be cancelling my pro and looking for an alternative.

    Recharged me after Apple refund. Does not work with any calendar other than iCloud. It reads like it works with more than 1 calendar but it doesn’t. It also says there is a 3 day trial but it doesn’t set up a trial like any other app- it signs you up for a year. I was charged for a year when I deleted and cancelled within 5 minutes (after it didn’t work with outlook). Apple stepped in and cancelled the transaction after I showed the screenshot saying there was a 3 day trial. A week later they charged me again. STAY AWAY.
