   Only works sometimes. I only get notifications of my errands when the app is actively open on my desktop. Not worth it if it won’t work all the time.

   My data disappeared. My data disappeared. I followed the instructions and clicked on my latest backup. The app did nothing, just closed. Please provide assistance in restoring my data. Prior to this happening, I really liked the app

   Not syncing with my primary (iPhone) and iPad (secondary) after latest update!. I've used this app for years now and for some reason after the latest iOS update the app does not sync between my devices. Very frustrating! I like the app but can’t understand why it is not working properly.

    Many Bugs. The one that killed the app is…. The bug that he never fixes, even in his others apps is the ‘nag-me every minute’ - which never works! This is the only way to persistently force repeated alerts until snooze or stop.

    All my lists have disappeared. I don’t know if this is an Apple problem or an Arends to-do list problem, but all of my lists have disappeared since my last update of my phone. I am very disappointed.

    Crashes in iOS 26.2. This once useful app has become useless in iOS 26.2. I can’t access years of data from this app stored in iCloud because, despite what the developer says, “workarounds” don’t work. Do NOT use this app unless you use an old version of iOS. Developer, are you listening?

    Crashes every time I open a saved link.. I’ve enjoyed this app and got the paid version so that it would always be backed up. But as of the last year or so, every single time I try to open a link or web address that I’ve saved in the app, the app crashes. It’s crashed several times randomly for no apparent reason. I’ve traded quite a few emails with the app developer but nothing they have suggested makes any difference. Seems to me that they are aware of this issue but haven’t taken steps to address fixing it.

    I agree with the previous reviewer and asking: what happened?. ever since updating to the new Apple operating system, my Errands app not working right. it removed all of my previous reminder. I had to add all my previous reminders back again. Also it doesn’t remind me. no matter what I have tried to change or tweak it still doesn’t remind me no alarms or sound or anything. I have checked within the app to see if there’s any info regarding this particular issue and or fixes, but didn’t see any. I have had this app for a long time and enjoyed the simple functionality of it but if this is not fixed soon I might have to delete it.

    What happened?. I have used Errands ever since it came out and even bought the upgrade so I could sync between my iPad and my iPhone. All was super great until the latest iOS update. My iPhone and iPad no longer sync. I’ve tried all of the workarounds, troubleshooting, online suggestions etc. etc… The only way I can get things on both is to email from one device to the other and then restore from the email. Wow. What a drag! I see that many other people are having the same issue. I’d like to know why the developer has not responded to any of these concerns – even if it’s to say they’re working on it.

    iCloud sync no longer works after ios 26 update. Purchased premium subscription almost 6 years ago. After iOS 26 update, my iOS devices are no longer iCloud syncing. Tried everything in the app note to get iCloud sync to work but still not working on 11/30/2025.

    Tasks Have Disappeared!. Could the developer PLEASE reply to this and offer a solution to all of us that this has affected? I’ve been using this app with very little issues for years and now everything is just gone without any warning. Not sure if the latest update wiped these all out, but I had some pretty important things saved there. Cloud back up is not working either. PLEASE HELP!

    Reminders disappeared. Was great. Used it for years but all my reminders disappeared with the 26.0.1 IOS update.

    Seem to have lost everything after iOS 26.01 update.. Had purchased Premium years ago. It worked fine until I did the latest update. The web page claims this app works well with iOS 26, but it lost ALL of my to dos. It is now completely empty. I tried to do the steps on the Web site to recover my info, but every time I try to do those, the app just closes on me without recovering anything. Even though the website claims everything is backed up, I am not sure if that is true anymore. Looks like this happened to another user as well. It is very disappointing. I suppose I will have to find another app that is more reliable.

    Lost ALL data from YEARS of using!. I’ve been using this app for years now and it’s been a part of my life. Thought it was excellent. This morning I decided (after finding out about it) that there’s a new very different iOS 26 upgrade to iphone and ipad. I upgraded both devices and what happened? Well, everything seems to be working well EXCEPT it wiped out all my data, and shows NO automatic updates (as it said it is supposed to do) and it appears right now that all my years of data are lost! I tried to contact the developer and went to the “Yoctoville” website and my iphone and ipad said the site is not secure so I didn’t proceed. I really liked this app…up to NOW and I would caution those downloading it that they may (someday, sooner or later) LOSE everything! If I hear from the developer and am able to retrieve my data, I will update this review. Otherwise, PLEASE BEWARE!

    Don’t waste your money on the premium version. I’ve used Errands for years on my phone and loved it, so decided to upgrade to the premium version so it would sync between devices. Well, it doesn’t. After messing with it for ages, I managed to get it to sync the first time. But it won’t sync again. I change something on it on one device, it won’t update on the other device. Wish I’d saved my money and stuck with the free version.

    Glitches. Worked fine while it was free. Then they hault the app, you lose everything you entered, and give you the OPTION to pay. But you don't get access back until you pay. That's when the glitches started to appear.

    Stopped working on iPhone. This was my number 1 app, been using for years. It became my personal assistant until few months ago that quit working on my iPhone. I updated to a new phone yesterday and the issue it’s not resolved. I can open the app in my iPad but needless to say it’s not as handy as opening it on my iPhone.
