   DONT GET THIS APP. Don’t waste your money on this app. Several times I have had to upgrade my plan and pay more. SAVE YOUR MONEY GET ANOTHER APP

   Horroroso. horrifying. This is one of the worst apps you could possibly use. They delete your data and simply don't care; they make up a bunch of excuses and resolve nothing.    New update issue. After this new update I can not edit or delete any routes that I have on my list. Once I click the button to edit the section comes up with a blank dark square. Please update soon.

   Not what I expected. I downloaded the app to Eco authorize my route for oil deliveries and I did start the free trial and every time I go to an address and I had to hit the right button to let them know that I’m here. It won’t keep asking me to start the subscription I did not notice that in order to have that option. I have to upgrade to the subscription to the higher level there’s other apps out there. This one’s not a good one. Just make sure you compare apps before you start the subscription.

   Used it for years, recent update lost all functionality. I am very bummed because I’ve been an advocate for Route4Me in my sales org for years. I decided to pay more for an upgrade, and when that happened all the functionality I liked it for was gone. You used to be able to import an excel with addresses from the web (no I did not have a corporate account). Reached out to customer service and they aren’t helping fix or solve the problem at all, just telling me to pay more to upgrade to a different version. I used to pay $9.99 for the past 5 years, did an upgrade for $199 in December and lost my web capabilities and now they are asking me to pay for a web based membership on top of that. If you have the legacy version do not pay to upgrade!

    iPad - iPhone. Can't have it on both iPhone and IPad, even if I want to pay two subscriptions. It won't recognize both. Also- it needs save and save as functions. If you press save it just saves a new route each time. It needs the ability to move an address to another route without deleting an address off one route and reentering to another. I would give it 5 stars and $12 a month if it could. ** tried again with this app and now you can’t end the route. If you want to mark as done or cancel, it wants you to upgrade to 19.99. I just want to end the route. It didn’t give me the option.

    Trash !. This app is trash , I paid for this and it doesn’t work . While using this app it stopped working and I had to use Apple Maps to get me back on the road. Pure trash!!

    Worse map app. One of if not the worse route app out there. Being forced to use this app by corporate just shows how out of touch they are with drivers. There are literally free apps (Waze) that do what this does but so much better in every way. This app doesn’t have any community feedback so you don’t know what’s up ahead (things in road, construction, weather, police). It doesn’t adjust for traffic. By just using this app it added 30 minutes to my drive that other apps would have directed me around.

    Frustrating. I have the basic plan and it doesn't let you end your routes without out checking off or confirming that you've finished it which is already annoying in its self but you have to pay $20 a month to hit completed on the route stops so if you have the basic plan you can just not ever complete your route or hit end. Doesn't make sense at all IT SHOULDNT BE SO FRUSTRATING TO USE FOR PAYING $10 A MONTH

    Overpriced. They moved the basic features such as marking when you’ve “arrived” to a premium version which costs $100 MORE A YEAR. I’ll be searching for replacements. Not a happy customer after years and years of being with them.

    Don’t bother. Paid the base price and it was no different than going with the free route. It constantly kept asking me to upgrade to the $20 a month program. Very upset that I wasted my full money on this.

    Changed plan and prices. I enjoyed your app when I was pay $10 to mark destination status a “done or finished” but you moved that feature to the $20 plan. Canceled and moving to another app I guess.

    Great Except Consistently Cannot Find Addresses. I read that there are geocoding errors or something like that. Listen, I don’t care. I just need an app that can consistently find ALL addresses without me having to think about it. Apple and Google have no problem finding the addresses, why can’t this app? Delete.

    New version. I hate the new version of this app, previously when i started using this app it was really good and i enjoeyd it. But now its horrible and i wish they went to the older version.

    Stealing money. Y’all are actual garbage. I signed up for your 7 day free trial for a monthly subscription of $10 and you immediately charged 18.99 to my account. Give me my money back and keep your garbage app. Nothing but pathetic predators.

    Not easy to use. Set up could be better. After downloading the app from recommended sources. The setup could be improved. I couldn't get past recording my first stop. After several tries I deleted the app.
