   Hit by Scam. As soon as my calendar was linked, I was hit by a scam.

   What is going on. I’ve been using and paying for this app for years then all of a sudden all my schedules have been deleted. Idk how to fix this.

   Everything deletes. Deleting this garbage. This the is second time that my calendar has been wiped clean on its own. My whole month was filled and now it’s emptied and nothing happened to make that happen.

   Scam Alerts. I’ve been using PocketLife for years and have loved it but this year I keep getting scam alerts that fill in on every day for months and I have to go back to their origin and delete them . Annoying.

   Still not fixed. I have text you several times about losing info from 2020-2024. Yet I still have all info from 2015-2023 I have done what you say and I still don’t have it fixed 😡

   Best datebook/calendar app!. With this app I can color code my different events with ease. The events in my calendar are also visible, not just a fit like in the iPhone app. It also streamlines with my MacBook calendar so I don't have to do it twice.

   Settings are NOT USER FRIENDLY. When there is an update, it’s not always for the better. There used to be a QUICK EDIT where you just tapped on the event itself (after tapping on event on the date on the Calender) but now you actually have to tap the tiny little EDIT button, an EXTRA STEP! Also the is nothing clear in the settings on how to customize your calendar and how to make changes it’s absolutely ridiculous. They really need to clean this up, and revamp entire settings . SETTINGS ARE A DISASTER! NOTHING is clear cut & it takes forever to figure something out. It’s pretty ridiculous. Fix this and I will change my review

   Difficulty. Had to change a few things and having difficulty with the repeat portion

    Doesn’t work. Tried several times to create events and they won’t save just delete time after time. Waste of time I bet they want FULL VERSION to pay to use as they have it plastered on the interface . Don’t use it.

    What happens to this app??. This app used to be great for keeping track of past medical appointments and medications. You could create an archive calendar and edit one event to that calendar without effecting future recurring events. Now when you do that all future events get messed up. Does this app have any support anymore??? I’d assume so since you have to pay for each year’s functionality. Please fix!

    Just erased my whole year!. I put my whole schedule on the app and it erased everything. It’s happened once before and somehow got it back but this time nothing is coming back. So annoyed!!!!!

    Information lost. I have had this calendar for many years and have liked it. But, in the last 3 months, all my inputted information on the calendar has been deleted 3 different times and I have to re-enter it. There is no customer support to find out why or how to get my information back.

    Everything was erased. I’ve always loved this calendar but yesterday I woke up and it was completely erased!! I uninstalled and reinstalled it and only the stuff from my Apple calendar reappeared- EVERYTHING I’ve entered on my PocketLife calendar (I’ve been using it for a year) is missing so now I’m freaking out. I had a lot on there and have no idea how to get it back. There’s also no customer service that I can find to help me. Was 5 stars but now sadly I have to give a 1.

    Poor support. I’ve recently had problems with this app. After support initially responded with suggestions for a fix (which didn’t correct the problem) they ignored my attempts for further help by not responding to any of my additional request for help. We are unable to share our calendars. I’ve already paid for their calendar for the year 2025 and I’ve absolutely no use for it. My wife and I are still paying (separately, since we enjoy color coding events, but our calendars do not sink with each other which of course is the main supposed benefit of the app!

    Bummed. Got this to be separate from my Apple calendar and it synced everything. Literally NOT want I wanted and said NO! I’d update something and it never showed in this one, it showed in my Apple calendar. So bummed… $5 in the 🚽…

    Used for years. I’ve used this calendar for years, but this year I’ve been having a lot of problems, including all the information I put in, keeps being deleted and disappearing.

    This app was amazing. I have used this app for many years. It was awesome in the past being able to sync calendar with my husband. This year issues with syncing and now having to pay extra for alarms with events. I’m very disappointed and now need to find another app to transfer everything on to.

    Joy. I previously used PocketLife on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and purchased the full version of the app, including the additional event features bundled with the purchase. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and transferred all applications and data to the new device using Apple’s standard iOS data migration process. After the transfer, PocketLife installed successfully; however, the app is not functioning correctly. I am experiencing the following issues: • Inability to properly edit scheduled events • Certain premium event features included with my original purchase do not function as expected • Changes made within the app are either not saved or not applied correctly This issue did not occur on my previous device and began only after migrating to the new iPhone. I would like to confirm whether this is a known compatibility issue related to the iPhone 17 Pro Max or the current iOS version, or if there are recommended steps to re-sync, reauthorize purchases, or restore app functionality. Please let me know if you require additional details such as: • iOS version • PocketLife app version • Screenshots or screen recordings • Purchase verification information Thank you for your time and assistance.     Too much past stuff I can’t seem to get rid of.. Why can I not get a calendar that does not have to have access to past calendars before it will work. I am sick of having to delete from this calendar only for the event to reappear. I now have a recurring event every week instead of every 2 weeks on a new schedule. I simply want a calendar to start fresh, not to populate stuff from past calendars that I no longer need. Multiple entries for something that has changed dates is not helpful but I now have 4 separate dates for an item I cannot change in defunct calendars I do not have access to. Another calendar I paid for but cannot use! Another calendar I paid for but deleted!

    Events missing. I pay for this app and have been paying over the last 5-6 years. Everything I that occurred in my life I saved on this app, and now everything is missing. I tried everything to no avail. Removing my subscription.

    Unreliable when you have low storage. I have been using this app since 2015. I save ALL my important life events, for work family and everything in between. My storage was full and I woke up to ALL of my events being deleted from my calendar. They promise this will never happen, well it did. The only saving grace was that my iPhone calendar app retained them all, but all the details I typed in, addresses etc now just says “oval key”. I reached out to customer service, on a Monday, and they replied on a Tuesday 24 hours later, with 9 steps to follow in an incredibly long email. I had already followed the steps form the faq page so I asked if they had a phone number to speak to someone live rather than going back and forth in emails on a work day. They don’t. So I lost all my events. Deleted the app, and they lost a customer for life. Should need a phone number for people to reach out and all the events should never be deleted in the first place !

    PocketLife 2023 End 👎🏼. For the last 2 months PocketLife App is not working properly or not as before. I have an iPhone Apple 14 ProMax with the latest updates. Too many bad changes and I don’t know Why?. I already paid your 2024 version but I need to know if those new issues will continue. Please let me know as soon as possible to consider another app. I have your Apps for the last 5 years.

    Can’t combine to Google Cal. Nonintuitive.. Followed directions over and over. There was no email option to share as directed. Took forever to find how to add new calendar. Can’t buy app for my wife because how to do so is a secret. I would like to easily share calendars. Google is a pain so I gave up on that. My Home calendar is shared with my wife. Everything shows up properly on both of our phones but one weekly repeating babysitting event will not show up on hers. So I deleted the event on my calendar, re-entered it, and now it shows. A lot of glitches but no support.

    PocketLife still not working correctly. App still doesn’t show the right time zone and still doesn’t put the appointment time in correctly. I put in say 9am and calendar sets it as 7am. Will be looking for a different calendar app. Plus customer service was no help!
