   What happened??. I’ve been using this app for years and all of a sudden it’s glitching out! I can still add things to my calendar. But anything that is already on my calendar, if I try to edit it or click on it, the whole app shuts itself down.

   Sounds nice but not. Too freaking confusing trying to set up. No instructions no clarity..even to set up a simple task list. Example no way to make a checklist… going out of town wanna make sure you don’t 4get anything no way to title it, no way to had items that family can check off that have been grabbed. If there’s a way to do it guess I missed the instructions… I see a lot of people like it … all the families in my condo building were looking for something nice and simple like it said

   No longer Best one out there!. Updated 1/24/2026: I cancelled my paying membership. At $45 a year, that is $150 I have paid to support the app over the last few years and nothing that is a basic functionality/suggestion has been implemented. But they have time to launch a crowdsourcing fundraiser for a digital calendar - that no one asked for. Instead of focusing on making their app better, they are just trying to be a cash grab because these are trending right now. Fix your app before moving onto extras. ———————— Updated 10/11/2025: Still no updates for things like quantity on a shopping list after years of suggestions. This is a basic feature to any shopping list. Any app/developer that can take money from people but not actually improve the app is a scam. ———————— Updated 4/4/2025: I dropped my review to one star. Ignoring suggestions from users is not a good look. I depend on this app and it is just not meeting my needs anymore. Why am I paying for this when I can use the free apps with my phone now that they have advanced? Quantity for a shopping list is a basic function. Why this has been ignored for years is beyond me. I will be cancelling and moving on to a different app after my year is up.———————— Updated 2/5/2025: I dropped my review down a star. It has been over a year and I am not sure why something as simple as quantity in the shopping list can not be implemented? This seems like a very basic necessity when it comes to knowing how much of something to buy. Like if I need two onions, 2.5 pounds of meat, etc. ———————— I have been using this app for over a year now and it is the best one! I love how everything is updated in real time. I upgraded to premium to be able to menu plan and it is so worth it. I see there is a widget now! This is something I have been wanting! The only thing I wish would have more updates is the list function! I would like the ability to enter a quantity for something. So say I need two packages of chicken breast or three cans of peas. I would love the ability to easily distinguish that - especially when my husband is doing the shopping. I also would like to be able to see the notes better on lists. If it were in a smaller font size under the item instead of showing the paper icon, it would be easier to see. I am trying to figure out the budget feature, but it is not working for my budgeting needs yet.

   Cannot change time zone. Bought premium for this app and it is in the wrong time zone. I have not been able to find any help topics, settings, or contact information to be able to change it. It feels useless to me as I wanted to use it to manage different schedules, but that is impossible with the wrong time zone!

   Won’t Even Open. I just purchased a yearly subscription and now the app won’t even open. I tap the icon and the app pops up like it’s going to open but then immediately disappears. Seemed to be opening fine before I paid for premium so kinda seems scammy. If it’s not scammy then it’s glitchy, and I’m not sure that’s any better. Either way, can’t use it.

    App keeps crashing. I love this app and it has kept my family on track for the last 2 years. However as of yesterday I cannot open the app - it keeps crashing and I can’t see my calendar. It’s working fine on my husband’s phone but I am the account holder and I’m afraid if I delete the app and reinstall I will lose all of our data. Please help as I’m out of options - already restarted my phone and there are no updates to the app itself.

    Very inappropriate add. This is supposed to be a family sharing app but they definitely don’t monitor their ads. Every time I open the app the top banner of adds has a ton of images of almost nude graphics. I don’t know what this add is for it has zero words just many pictures that are not family friendly.

    Calendar STILL not syncing with Family Wall. When I try to reach the developer with my issue, I get no response at ALL via email and when I give a bad review, they’re all apologetic and tell me to send them an email to get this issue resolved but nobody ever replies to the email so what’s the point of giving me the email address?! I’ve got 4 emails into them now over this past week and still no replies. Developer, if you just send me a reply to this telling me to email you again, I’m going back to Cozi. I never had issues with my Cozi calendar like I have with Family Wall.

    Disappointed. I lived by this app. My entire family schedule as on it. Out of no where, I can’t see my husband’s schedule and everything doubled and tripled on my calendar. I tried adding our schedule manually, it added the schedule over 8 times each day. I’m so over this app. A complete waste of money!

    Widgets gone.. UPDATE - After they said the newest update fixed the widgets - I downloaded and readded and still doesn’t work. We love this calendar and am really hoping the widgets actually get fixed soon as I use it through the premium account every day. New update leaves the widget not working. Can’t even find them in the widgets folder at all.

    No review yet just some questions!!!. Hi there I had some questions about your app! I have three families in mind I would love to invest in your app for my family. A.) My household (my significant other and our kids) B.) My family (sisters, parents, ect) C.) Significant others family (parents, siblings ect) We pay for multiple apps that use these functions but it would be so awesome just use one! With all that being said here are my questions: 1.) Can you have multiple families/accounts- to plan events and check in on whereabouts in the other households like we do paying for the other apps. 2.) If you can have multiple accounts can you have privacy settings? - Ie: Say I have a budget and I love my mother-in-law but our personal budget is none of her concern nor is her personal budget any of mine. 3.) Can I set up privacy settings so only my family or certain members like my significant other can see our budget? 4.) When I sign up for the app is everything transferable? Can I add my calendar into the app and it'll add all my appointments automatically or do I need to input each thing for the next year asynchronously? The goal is to stop paying for all the subscriptions for the other apps like notes apps, family gps tracking apps, budget tracking apps ect if I could use yours for all of that I wouldn't need the other apps. However I dont want to have to pay for multiple apps and add another app to my long list of subscriptions. If you dont have any of these features can you/would you think of developing them soon? I have a high clientele market that would be very interested in being part of your profit margin if you did add these features and we could all join the family wall side of the moon!

    Posting Bug. Every time a post multiple photos, it separates each photo into its own individual post. SUPER frustrating and there’s no help online for it. Please fix this.

    Never wanted to give 1 star and 5 star to the same app. When this app works correctly it is really amazing and works exactly like we need it to for my caregiving team however... Need to give it a 1 star as it has now been horribly frustrating and inaccurate as there has been an ongoing syncing issue, not showing updates on each persons calendar, making them incorrect and not current. Our team has had to uninstall and reinstall the app no less than 30 times, between the team members, and has us now always questioning the accuracy if what we are seeing is correct or not. This has left me vulnerable for caregivers not showing up to care for me because the calendar did not show a change that another caregiver had entered. I have repeatedly contacted support over that last six months with no resolution for this ongoing frustrating and concerning problem with no resolution... if this would be resolved, I would go from one star to five star with glowing review.

    Unstable App. Tried out the free version for couple days. Out of the blue, the items in the To-Do and Shopping list disappeared. What’s weird is both icon still displays total item count, but nothing is in it. Tried restart the app, and look for update, nothing works. Can’t believe crappy app like this even has paid version. Save you money!

    It dumped all my list on the update!😡. All my list have been deleted with the new update 😡 The automatic category list is gone for grocery shopping. We had standard lists that we just stored on family wall because it was great AS IT WAS, but now I’ve lost my book list, my list of what to pack when traveling, my garden list, my errand list. I wish I had been notified that this was going to happen because I would have copied my lists to another place. Is there any way to retrieve my lost lists? When I click on the list page, all my list are titled and the number of items shows on the right, but when I click on the list to view the items it says “it’s a blank page!” It only saved my list titled Puppy. Everything else has lost all items.
