   For some reason, I cannot purchase. I cannot get the full version of this app, because an app purchase are not allowed, so there is no upgrade for me, and then unsure, on how this app is going to act, looks like I’m not gonna use it

   Waste of time. Would not suggest this app.. you can’t enter new services without changing original miles☹️ can’t get back to main page unless you close the app 🤔 and they want you to “upgrade” by buying the app..it wont even work on the free app why would I go any further?? D+ and that’s being generous

   Getting better… still unusable though. Great that tracking by mileage is now an option… problem is it is not independent from date. You cannot select a custom mileage interval separate from date. I cannot set my oil change to 12 months or 10k miles.. nope. Every month is tied to 1k miles. So I must either select 12 mo/12k or 10 mo/10k. That is not workable. Date and mileage must be independently selectable, not tied together. Also.. it’s seems the only way to reset a Service tracker is to do it now (current date and miles). Entering past services into Service History does not effect the current tracking. That’s not usable.

   Have to enter history in chronological order. I’m on a car trip and download the app while my wife is taking a turn driving and started entering the history for my 2015 vehicle to kill some time. After entering the most recent oil change and then entering the previous oil change, they show up in the history in the order entered, regardless if the odometer or date settings for each oil change. They are out of order. Why wouldn’t the history always show in reverse chronological or reverse odometer order as default so that the “latest” service is the most recent, not the last one entered? This seems silly to show the history in the order entered regardless of date. Now I have to stop using the app until I get home and gather all my receipts and sort them myself before entering any more. Disappointed.

   Too many unnecessary steps to log something. Clicking on the add button should just give me the option to add a service and input all its info including date instead of needing to add it first then add a log to it. Overall too many menus need going through to achieve anything. Also doesn’t seem to be a way to delete a log entry? Repeating services feature is smart. Shame the rest of it is too complicated.

    Close to Car Minder. This is the closest replacement to Car Minder I can find. Overall, sImple to use and see at a glance how your car is doing. Opportunities for improvement: Ability to select multiple services at once for a given mileage/date, rather than having to address each individually. e.g. after a multi-point inspection, let me choose that items A, B, C … through X, Y and Z were addressed at this date/mileage More sorting options; I want to see the remaining life of each service item up top, not all the services that I’ve listed but not yet done. (Applies mostly to newer cars with low mileage) Ability to be notified about one-time items. Notifications currently require the service to be a repeated service. The power button icon to the right of a yet-to-be-completed service and the “Details” to the right of that are all wasted space; consider refactoring. For example, tapping “Details” text on the “(Model) - Services” screen is no different than tapping anywhere other than the power button icon, which adds a service record.

    New user, basic functionality is solid. So what do I want from this app? I’d like to track when I do things like oil changes or pad slaps. Check. A few weird limitations though. Why can’t I give my cars nicknames? Or even use the plate as the identifier? Seems like a pretty basic need for an app that is likely used by people managing multiple cars.

    So far so good. I just started using this app to track maintenance on my off-highway vehicle. So far it is exactly what I need except one thing. Since the service intervals are so different from a car, I wish I could manually enter the number of miles for the service interval instead of picking from a list.

    Almost there. Brilliant app, just would’ve liked to be able to attach multiple pictures of receipts, etc to the work being done. At the moment you can only attach a photo to one new service and it doesn’t seem to save to the archived/reset service record, only seems to stay on the current service. Would be 5 stars if there was a way of saving and documenting all previous receipts into the archived service record.

    Best Maintenance Log. I have tried many different Maintenance logging apps over the years and Car Cave is by far the best! I am amazed by the features and functionality.     The car repair app that I’ve been needing. I’ve been using this app for a year. I paid for premium and it is totally worth it. I manage 5 vehicles and realized I couldn’t keep track anymore of when I did repairs and maintenance. This app has been great. The only improvement I would like is a dedicated place for entering information like filters, wiper blades, oil type, etc. all the regular maintenance stuff that I have to keep looking up every time I buy it.

    Fantastic App. I love this app for tracking all of my maintenance! I sent the developer an email awhile back about something I thought could be an improvement and I actually heard back which I feel makes this app even better! I recommend this to anyone who has a vehicle! A little trick I use to always have the mileage update is under Non-Repeatable I add one for gas and this way I can track my fuel costs along with updating my mileage much more frequently!
