   Not worth the subscription. Too slow to analyze products that aren’t readily available in the system. I have had some scans on here for months and it still says analyzing.

   They force you to pay first. It's an app that forces you to subscribe from the start, frankly, I find it illogical that nowadays there are apps that make you subscribe or don't let you use the app at all.

   Inaccurate Results and No Refund Support. This app is not with the money. The skincare finder was inaccurate and didn’t function as advertised. When I requested face wash recommendations, it gave irrelevant results. The app also claims it will identify pore clogging, but it missed several ingredient. I tried to request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing and it got denied. So, now I’m stuck with an app that isn’t accurate for the next year. Do not waste your money.

   Not free anymore. This app was free for years, if the developers truly cared for users health and helping people get access to clean skin care/body care they would’ve kept a free option. Don’t use this app, they want to keep us sick and broke.

   Only option is subscription. I can’t get past the screen for signing up for a membership to look at anything on the app. Yes there is an option for a free trial, however you still have to give your CC information to then proceed to anything past the welcome screen. I’m someone who wants to see what the app looks like before signing up even for a trial. I have a hard time trusting a company that the first interaction is to immediately get your CC information which is needed even for a “free trial”. While the developer has responded to others saying to click X when asking you to sign up, there is no X to do this.

    Terrible Money Grab. This app doesn’t provide a clear way to unsubscribe from its premium membership. Although useful, you only need it to find your go to products. Outside of that, no need to keep paying for the membership.

    NOT free, requires CC before use. There’s a 3 day free trial but you still have to put in your CC info to use the app in any fashion. There’s no free version like the developer is claiming in response to other reviews mentioning this. Additionally, the privacy & tracking this app does is extremely excessive.

    Not free. I thought this app would be free and have unlimited scans. I have so many products and it wouldn’t even scan most of them. I used to buy the weekly one and the same thing happened overall I wouldn’t install it. Not worth it

    Micro transactions. I’m so tired of every app I come across being littered with subscriptions and micro transactions. The information the app provides is readily available with a Google search, and a lot of reviews for products are making this tool quite useless with all things considered. I would love to give this app 4-5 stars but honestly it didn’t even function well when I was using it.

So basically this app is a lie.I sall a add about this app and it said it was free it is definitely not free you have to pay actual money to use this app which is 💯% not worth it because you can read the labels on products and search about the ingredients so this is why I’ll never use this app till it’s free

    Everything needs a subscription these days. They can say “part of the app is free” but all i get is little hints and the rest of the app is “buy pro to see more!” What a waste of my time bro

    Not for black people. I tried to do the scanning face to see what products they would recommend. I said everything about the condition of my skin and the next step was to scan your face and they replied saying I “can’t Paw-ticipate in the analysis” and theu only analyze “certain” skin and hair type. If your app is to find good skincare maybe make it inclusive to all first.
