   In app purchases. Ok this is going to seem bad but right when u are ab to see ur results u have to pay. I think that it can tell u the products and then make u pay bc at that point u can just already make me pay before I even try.

   Why it cost money?. I’m young and have acne problems and am starting skin care but don’t know what to use and found this and scanned my face to find out I have to pay 5$ just to look at what I need I heard it does help you find what you need but I’m a young minor who has no money 😐

   Don’t waste your time on this app. The app’s onboarding process is overly long and frustrating. I just wanted to see my face analysis, but after a lengthy process, I was hit by a paywall. They should just tell people upfront that they charge money and not waste my time. This is literally a scam.

   Cost money. Free but then when u actually go to see results you have to pay and it costs a lot. When u do pay it shows u expensive products that don’t work from what I’ve learned from the reviews. I don’t think anyone will be willing to pay this much just buy a moisturiser and sudocrem at this point.

    I hate this!!!. I was so excited at first but then I saw you have to pay £4.99 per WEEK since your a small business you should at least know Poeple hate this!     Scam. Payed and it stopped scanning so then u deleted and reconnected to my payed account but now u have to repay again, Also had took the weekly six dollars deal but it made me pay a 114,96 dollars deal.

    Help. Besides charging very much and offering very little in terms of assistance when it comes to finding the right skincare products and routine, when I went to delete the app it wouldn’t let me and so I contacted customer service only for the email to bounce back as the customer service email provided doesn’t actually exist. I’m sure the app itself is useful for someone out there but given all of this, it’s not for me and I’d like to have issues resolved please

Here I am looking at my skin oh it look terrible till I found this app and great products that recreate anyway filling in a form take a picture of my skin and boom asks u to pay what for a week it’s a fortune I can pay or 3 products at Sephora with the same price as that glow unbelievable
