   Shady App! SCAM. I purchased a $7.99 trial package. I ended the trial before their 7-day policy period, otherwise, you'd pay a $39.99 subscription fee each month. I was still charged $39.99, and there is no customer support available for a refund. Their support email is fake (it bounces back), and they have no chat customer support or phone support. They say 24-hour support is available. This is a scam.

   Disappointed & Not Accurate.. • I don't agree with the eyeshadow shades it says match with my skin tone. • The eyeliner wing shape it recommends for my almond shaped eyes is not cleary explained. • The colors it recommends for my fair skin are way too dark. • The colors of clothes/jewelry it recommends I should wear are not even my style. In my opinion - with my fair skin tone, the colors of clothes that look best on me are pink & white. • It's contradicting. It's not worth it to spend money on the subscription, luckily they offer a 3 day free trial. Makeup is unique & different on everyone. Everyone does their makeup differently. Makeup is subjective. Beauty is subjective. I do not care what AI thinks I should wear - It's a robot.

   Skeptical. I’m a Black woman. Why are the celebrities with my features all white women? The makeup choices being suggested are not Black owned or brands I would ever use. Skeptical if the advice given will even work.

   Where do I begin. I downloaded this app just to see what it had to offer and was not impressed so I canceled my subscription immediately so I wouldn’t be charged after being charged. They told me that they could not refund my amount because the sale already went through and they have no record of my cancellation now they’re trying to send me a year free of a subscription that does nothing for me, as well as as a guide to be an at home cosmetologist which I trained for and have been licensed for over 35 years. How insulting to my profession!

    Not for Asian faces. Mislabeled my eyes as folded but I have 100% monolid. Oops. It’s really just for selling you things anyway. I didn’t get any new information about contouring or brows that I was really hoping for.

    Scam. DEFINITELY A SCAM. Was okay with being charged the $7.99 charge for the trial period. I was not a fan of the app and will not use so tried to cancel before it charged again for another week. It is no where in my list of subscriptions to cancel, and no option on the app. Then, I get a charge for around $40!!! If I cannot cancel this anywhere I will just have to lockout my card. HOW CAN I CANCEL ANY AND ALL RENEWALS?! I never even try these and was curious, and no I’m extremely upset and feel taken advantage of.

    cancel process issues. This app is not abiding by the cancellation process. They have attempted to charge me for the full price twice in a row despite the fact that I cancelled the app before the trial period ended. I am having to dispute it with a credit card for a second time

    Deceptive business practices. They say In their terms they will send you an email reminder before it renews. They will not. Then when I pointed this out to them they straight up LIED to me saying they did. Every single folder in my email and there’s not a single reminder notice. If your product is actually good you wouldn’t feel the need to scam people

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD!. I deleted the app when I saw exactly what was being offered. I was very disappointed. I double checked to make sure no payment information was left before deleting. This app used my apple payment to charge the subscription. I reached out to their customer service asking for a refund and cancellation of the subscription. The company asked me two times to reconsider throwing deals at me to stay. After my third request, again stating I wasn’t interested they responded telling me I could not get a refund and that they had offered me a full year for free. Still no cancellation. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

    Do not pay for this!. Misleading Instagram ad. They make you take a “skin test” and imply you’ll get skincare guidance about texture and wrinkles. After paying $9.99, it turns out to be mostly a makeup app. Be careful before purchasing

    Scam. Be careful with this app. They don’t show up in your subscriptions and they keep your account open. They have a very expensive automatic charge in which only them can cancel it. Be very careful because they might be charging you in your back and you don’t even notice. This app is a scam and they steal from you as much as they can.

    Dirty Business. First off, in order to cancel your subscription, you can’t just “unsubscribe”- you must request via email. Even after you do that, they still charge you $29.99 USD due to a “secondary upsell subscription” that most are likely unaware of. This app doesn’t tell you anything you can’t fine online for free.
