   $60+ subscription is insane. Why is there no monthly pay option for this app? I like it, and $60 for the year if you break it up makes sense ($5/month). But shelling out $60 at one time for something that may not even get used the entire year is crazy. Add a monthly subscription option please. The app seemed like it would help, and the concept is great, but I'm not paying that for an app in one go👎🏽

   The communication through the app doesn’t work and support hasn’t replied. I’m pretty frustrated getting charged $60 for an app that is supposed to create intimacy with my partner yet they can’t see half of what I send and replying is super clunky. I’ve tried uninstalling like they recommend and it’s still impossible to tell if I have answered the questions in a format that goes to my partner unless both of us are going through each other’s phone. I can literally text him for free and get the same results at this point.

   Glitchy. The all just completely stopped loading past chats a few days ago. It’s incredibly glitchy—to the point of being useless.

   Glitchy. Very glitchy app (had the hardest time syncing with my partner, answered a question which never showed up on his end so I had to write it all over again) and a lot of dumb features. Just one example: they make you send a lot of vocal messages to your partner, but then when you’re listening, if you leave the audio on and allow your screen to go black, the audio will stop and you’ll have to start the whole thing over again because there’s no fast forward button. App is not user-friendly, tons of content but confusing to navigate and things just keep not working with the syncing feature. Definitely going to stop using before the free trial is up.

    Scammed me out of $$. When I signed up it said 5 day trial. Upon accepting the trial my card was immediately charged for the annual subscription fee. So much for a “free” trial.

    Privacy issues. I was really enjoying this all until my chat with my partner started to receive other people’s messages. There’s a privacy issue here. My husband isn’t getting the chat messages I’ve sent him and we’re getting someone else’s messages. Who is getting these personal messages I’ve been sending my husband? Eeeek!!!

    Doesn’t work.. app keeps glitching. My wife and I are getting messages/recordings from other people. The recordings we made for each other aren’t showing up and it just plays other peoples.

    My wife and I were never impressed, now Coral won’t let me cancel.. Last Update: Only after leaving a negative review was I contacted by support and my membership was cancelled. Update: My wife and I have been trying to cancel the app with no luck. Coral directs me to cancel with Apple and Apple directs me to cancel with Coral. Invite you in for a month trial, but surprise, there is no way to cancel. Original post: This app is a little confusing. You get links to do an exercise that takes you out of the app, then the webpage takes you back into the app. Once you finally get where you are going it’s the wrong exercise. I know this because the transcript doesn’t match the audio. So I stop the audio, (half the time the audio doesn’t work anyway) and read the transcript. But I never get far because I go to scroll and the whole transcript disappears. Generally, there should be a tutorial when you first download the app explaining where to find things. And I find the whole app a little too new age. For those of us that have never meditated and never had any desire to, it’s asking a lot. And above all, when the app asks for feedback or you go to send a message in a forum, The send button doesn’t work! Now that I’ve written this message and I can’t send it in app, I’ll be posting it to the App Store.

    UNHAPPY!. After having this app and not using it for over a year I was charged $59.99 today for a subscription with no warning. I have canceled the subscription and will update this review after the developer has reached out and responded to the email I sent them.

    No Longer Worth It. A couple of years ago, this app was great. It had great online events for you and your partner to take and learn how to talk to each about your needs. Support staff was quick and helpful when you had an issue with the app. New features were constantly being added. Then something happened - not sure what. Most of the staff being let go or quit? But no more events. No new items added to the app. The same discussions on the boards. I stuck through it hoping it would get better. I was offered a free year for my patience. When it came around, I found people were no longer there at the company. The support feature glitches out and doesn’t work. It’s almost impossible to reach out for support help. And when you get support, it’s of no help. If this was free, it may be helpful to some, but with the cost, you will find better ways to contact with your partner.

    Terrible app implementation and even worse customer support. I wanted to like this app, but at every turn things went wrong. When I first downloaded the app, there was no way to get a free trial, only subscribe for 2 years. After opening a ticket with support, I got the free trial 5 days later. Then, each time I logged into the app it would forget that I was subscribed and I needed to restore purchases. Every time. Even if I used the app for an hour and then came back. The biggest issue I had was that none of the guided audio sessions would work in the app. I put in another support ticket that seemingly went nowhere. By the time it was resolved, the risk was over and I still haven’t been able to try any aspects of this app. Support offered to give me a month trial after that, but it has now been another 7 days and it still hasn’t happened. Stay away from this app and this developer.

    Good content - when you can access it.. This app is SO FRUSTRATING, because the content is great, but the actual app functionality is horrible. It constantly and unpredictably decides to not acknowledge my subscription and kick me out of all of the modules, and will randomly show I am subscribed just a couple of days later. None of the audio modules work, the play button just takes me back to the previous page. This app is glitchy and useless, with good content that it blocked behind horrific user interface. Completely unacceptable for a paid app.

    Should be updated more often :-/. App has an update EVERY DAY. So annoying having this update so frequently. Even with the daily updates, many glitches are unresolved. Connecting with partner code has had me renter information each time app is opened. Seems to be developed by a Jr developer, and it’s frustrating.

    Don’t waste your time. My partner and I got a subscription to this app as part of my fabfitfun box. It was working great and we were really enjoying it for the first few weeks, but lately the chat function has completely broken. Opening the app defaults to trying to open chat, which loads nothing but a white screen. You can try to click super quickly on a different icon in the split second you see them before the white screen, but if you miss, you have to force reboot the whole app. I tried reporting the issue to support through the feedback function in the app – and that was broken too. I finally found the tech support option in the app settings and sent off a request for support.. 3 weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing. Hugely disappointing.

    The app doesn’t work. My husband and I both a membership and we used it for a few weeks, whenever the app was actually working. For almost a week now every time either of us try to see our chat or log into the app we get a blank screen. Can’t find any tech support anywhere online, and frankly- the platform is so unstable and has been coming up blank at least once a day since we’ve had the app. We wanted to love it..and enjoyed when it was working. But the stability is a huge issue.

    Screen in messages goes blank. After trying to answer our first question both of our screens went blank. Even after closing out of the app and uninstalling and reinstalling and the messages still won’t work. I’m extremely disappointed because I thought this would be good.

    Pay, then pay some more and get nothing. I purchased the year long membership but didn’t use it after the 1st week. My partner doesn’t use it and the daily questions are embarrassing, childish and provocative. I just don’t understand what the point of the app is. It doesn’t really do anything or encourage engagement. You don’t really even understand what the yearly fee is for. It’s just basically text messaging. 6 week update: Partner still doesn’t use the app. Can’t find suggestions on the app. They ask you to browse “Play” but I have never found it. Still confused on what exactly we’re supposed to be doing. 1 year update. Zero help from the company on trying to figure out what to do. They offered absolutely nothing for the year membership either. Same garbage as the free membership. Such a scam.
