   Doesn’t Work. Very disappointed was looking forward to trying this with my boo but I Can’t even get into the app to check it out because every time I try all I get it temporarily unavailable 😡😡😡😡

   Launches but can’t sign in. Once I try to sign in via Apple or username, either one will give me a wall of text error code. I’m about to uninstall and reinstall it to see if that works if it doesn’t work, my review will stay the same

   Bought lifetime membership. App stopped working after two years.. Bought the lifetime membership a while back. Now the app won’t even connect to the server with our accounts. Horrible experience .

   Issues recently. I haven’t been able to get on the app for around two weeks now, whenever I try opening the app it says there is a service error ! What do I do? Me and my boyfriend use this app everyday and we love it but now we both can’t get on….

   The Ads. the ads are horrible they are practically corn me and my boyfriend thought this app would be a fun way to stay close but it ended up adding more of a wedge between us

   Used to be fun. The daily rewards aren’t enough to even fill the pets status bars, everything else seems to be behind a pay wall AND they quit updating the app for the latest versions of iOS so the pet is glitched out and invisible. 😔

    doesn’t work. we downloaded the app for the widget and it doesn’t work. none of the photos go through in the chat or the widgets

    Very big bug fix update is needed. Not to long after I downloaded the app everything started to stop working and not loading, we never got to see our memories challenge certain images won’t load or status won’t work. My gf’s whole app is broken doesn’t really load most of the images for the memory challenge and for our profile picture or the map just blank white. I do not recommend this app

    Icons missing. The app works great..when it wants to but lately the icons have been disappearing from the screen so our widgets end up blank. It’s happening way to often so I’m now torn between canceling my account or keeping it.

    App not working. Hello I couldn’t find a way to email so im writing a review hoping it’ll be noticed. The app hasn’t been working, whenever I send pictures to my bf they won’t load and whenever he sends pictures it won’t load as well. Also I can’t see our pet. It’s like the app is broken? I’ve tried deleting and re downloading but still not working. Pls fix.

    Needs bug fixes. Me and my boyfriend loved using the app and it just stopped working randomly. The widgets we send each other just don’t load anymore and it’s just an empty widget for me now. It was great, then the pet option stopped working as well. I can’t even see the pet. I’ve deleted and re installed still no fix. Going to have to delete soon if not fixed :/

    App non-functional. My girlfriend and I are trying to send pictures to each other but they won't load. The $200 lifetime subscription is far too expensive for a broken app.

    Widget not working!. I have loved using the application but the glitches the past month have been crazy! We both keep updating our status but the emojis on our widgets are stuck and unchanging. I tried updating the app and deleting and reinstalling and nothing is working. The application doesn’t sync with the widgets

    Error SENDING PICTURES. We haven’t been able to send each other pictures or messages for almost a week now, ive reported it within the app and its still not fixed. What is the point in paying for this app if things can’t even get fixed in a timely manner. This is ridiculous.

    Can’t see emojis. It says in the description we can create our own status options but I can’t find how to do that. The app randomly stops working, and now it won’t let me send pictures for my lover to see on their widgets

    I COULD EVEN USE IT??. Ok so i was just scrolling through tiktok and i saw an ad about a couple using this app. So i decided to download this app. When i did it only showed the options "Continue with apple" but at the bottom it said "Login with username" You may be wondering "why can't you just continue with apple" it doesn't work it says "cannot create account" so i tried login with username i put in a username and my phone number and it didn't work. What a waste of a download 🙄🙄

    Freaky. All this app does ,is it talks freaky to my girl and she toke the cat away for 24 hrs so now I can even see my son. This app freaky don’t download it because it will steal you’re girl thank you

    Severely Overpriced and Pathetic Feature Locking. It locks the ability to tell your partner you’re depressed or lonely behind a $7 per WEEK paywall. That speaks for itself. Every other helpful feature is locked behind it too, but fear not, because you can spend TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS PER YEAR for the ability for your partner to tell you they’re sad. What a joke.

    Can’t talk to Pet. My girlfriend and I made it to level five on both of our pets and we are unable to talk to them like the app said we could. I find it very annoying that we took care of our pets dailies to unlock these rewards and we are unable to use them every single time we say anything in that little chat, always responds with server timed out . Please fix your app!!!! I just want to speak to my babies

    Annoyed!!!. Paid for the monthly and honestly I don’t know if it’s even worth it. It has to many problems. It won’t even let you open the app. We can’t feed our animal. This has happened many times. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

    Pet. My boyfriend and I got this app. I have the iOS version and he has android. He cant care for the pet AT ALL. My version has way more stuff to do than his. We both have the free version. Make them more compatible on the different devices. I’m looking for a better app for us to use instead.
