No help whatsoever. The app was great at first. It kicked my husband out of his app and we haven’t been able to get him back in. We’ve reached out for support and not heard any response. There are others that mention restarting a new account but we haven’t completed a lot and it’s really disappointing and discouraging. We do not want to start over with new accounts. We did pay the annual fee also. What a waste of money for something that was deemed to be so promising.

0 stars after what happened to me, lost money, terrible support. Downloaded this to have some easy interaction and growth with my partner. I paid an annual subscription which was NOT cheap. my account vanished one day. I cannot log in and the app expects me to make a NEW ACCOUNT. I am so upset. I’ve sent out multiple emails… received no response or help. I get no reimbursement for my subscription or even an explanation. no roll overs if I make a new account. I loved this at first but I feel robbed. my memories, notes, letters, and etc gone. and my money. shame.

Free trial is a scam. We were offered a free trial however we were charged $14.99 for a month immediately. When looking into the subscription options I see options as low as $3.99 a month and $19.99 a year. However they still charged me $14.99 for a month.

App not working. Paid to use this a while back. Now it doesn’t work. It won’t allow me to login using my account that clearly still exists and it will not allow to me a new one from either of my mobile devices which are both very current iPhones. Me and my significant other have quite a few quizzes on there that we’ve done and for some reason it will not allow me to do anything. It will not allow him to log in either. It’s giving very much weird. But I digress.

Very Sketchy…. I used to love this app to use with my girlfriend and we even paid for the full subscription and now we’re completely locked out and can’t even see our old results. I’m very disappointed and feel very much scammed. There is no information about the owners of this app and they don’t respond to emails so it’s kind of a guaranteed lose scenario…

Took our money and can’t access app!. This app is a scam! They took our money and wouldn’t let us log back in, said Apple token not accepted and everything we tried failed. Then we saw that there are many many others that are having the same issue and no one can get any resolution. No one responds when contacting the app. Do not waste your money!

Difficult to navigate, incorrect answers. Not intuitive. Very difficult to navigate. No notification that spouse took a quiz. Gave incorrect results….. IE we both answered housework and the app talked about tv binging. We deleted app after taking only 2 Quizzes. Great idea but this app needs a lot of work before it’s helpful. We did have a fun argument about the results until we finally figured out the app gave results for answers we DIDN'T choose!

Scams users out of money. I had downloaded this app, to try it out. During the trial period, it was not compatible with my significant other, therefore I had no use for the app. I had cancelled it during the trial period, as did my significant other did on his phone. He was never charged for cancellation. I however, have had issues with this app continuously trying to charge me for the yearly subscription, I have contacted the developer several times and asked them to delete the subscription I cancelled during trial period, and yet I have received NO response and they CONTINUALLY keep attempting to charge my card. I even deleted the account tied to the card . Be very cautious if you download this app and do not give any payment information if you are not 100% sure you are happy with the app and are going to be able to utilize it

If the app had been upfront with their pricing my partner and I might have tried this app. But the creators of the app sneakily made us register and answer questions before hitting us with the fees. If they act this way from the start why should we trust them with our relationship? No thanks. Hard pass.

Horrible Customer Service. Unsubscribed before 7 day trial, but it was unclear that BOTH accounts needed to unsubscribe and got charged. I reached out to customer service via their app and explained our situation. All we got is “it’s against policy and thank you for understanding”, which basically means “oh we’ll deal with it”. I asked for a supervisor/manager and all I got is “I understood your situation go contact Apple”. Horrible customer experience.

Free trial works for maybe a day even though … it says 7. I think the title is self explanatory. It literally says in my iTunes I still have my trial but then the app keeps telling me to buy stuff.

Basically A Scam. I didn’t even have the trial for 7 full days yet and it took $60 from me, I didn’t even sign up for premium. The questions are worded poorly in my opinion, and it’s extremely repetitive for that price. Don’t download it you’re better off just googling fun questions to ask your partner.

Awful customer support. My phone broke and I had no access to my Apple subscriptions or apps. I could not cancel my trial until a few hours after it expired and $75 was taken out of my bank account. I messaged their support email multiple times over 3 days and received no response. I also submitted feedback through the app multiple times and still received no response or refund.
