App not downloading. Love this app. Recently switched phones and started downloading all the apps again, but CoinCap app is not downloading. Everything says the app is still available and will work on my iPhone, but the last update was 4 years ago so I’m wondering if this app is no longer available.

Not working on iOS 16.2 and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This app was working on iOS 16 but now dies the same thing as a few years ago when the app won’t open. The splash screen appears and then closes. iOS says it is still running and I have to force close it. Also, (and this may be an Apple problem) I was unable to write a new review. I tried and I was dropped into the last review I looked at. I deleted the app and redownloaded and installed it but got the same result.

Not Accurate. Seems like sometimes there is tear in the fabric of of the universe and they derive their coin prices from exchanges in an alternate reality. I sometimes find huge differences between their fantasy numbers and actual rates on the exchanges. Not reliable. (It’s either that, or this is an awesome arbitrage tool if you can find an exchange quoting their rates). Example is Thanksgiving week, price of BTC quoted well over $1000 over actual for days (and counting)

Transaction History Won’t Load. Transaction history won’t load. Great to track my portfolio but it doesn’t appear to be working properly. It’s been like this for months, too.

Very bad bug not resolved since forever!. When you create a watchlist and you have to scroll the list, just after few scrolls, the screen freeze and you cannot scroll anymore. It happens all the time!!! Have to kill the app and reopen to solve the problem :( I don’t understand why the developers are not doing anything to resolved this huge bug…

Used to be good, total crap now.. It’s terribly buggy and it has lost my altfolio data four times. I’ve also noticed connection issues and poor data streams. Truly a disappointment.

Just stick with the website. This app is buggy. If you have a long watch list, you can scroll once, then it’s locked until you kill the app and restart. Also doesn’t update the prices most of the time. It’s stuck at some point in time when everything went down 18% and neglects to join the present day.

Did the developers retire?. Developers really need to update this app because it’s incredibly buggy. How does anyone not check this garbage to make sure it’s working properly? How many times do I have to create an Altfolio before it gets deleted or bugs out?!? Also, it’s boring. Can you at least change the colors to make it look like it has a pulse?

Keeps deleting my altfolio. Every few days this app has completely wiped all coins I’ve purchased in the altfolios section. I’m tired of having to add them again so I’m uninstalling it.

It really deserves no stars. I have been using this app without issues for a long time. I use it a lot to keep track of my portfolio and track what I purchased my cryptos at. It was my number one way to track my portfolio but sadly today with a swipe of a thumb I deleted a part of my portfolio. No alert, no warning just a swipe of my thumb and I deleted half my portfolio. Not once but twice. How can you make an app like this with no alert? No necessary confirmation to make sure that is what you intended? An accidental swipe on the phone deleted half my portfolio. No way to retrieve what I just deleted. At least from what I can see. Now I must take the time and investigate my point of entry all over again. If you’re a long time holder, This app will be there to make sure you throw your phone across the room when you make a bad gesture with your thumbs. Horrible horrible experience.

Altfolios keep disappearing. This is the 2nd time within a couple of months that my altfolios disappeared overnight. The first occurrence happened after updating the app. This time I didn’t even update the app. What good is an altcoin tracking app, if your data keep disappearing?! I do NOT recommend this app.

Not happy. Not to happy with 2.0. Now I have to scroll down on my artfolio to view my coins list. Before I was able to view most of them without scrolling down. Make the graph smaller to fit more coins on the screen.

v2.0 wiped out my favorites/altfolios/watchlist. so forcing me to upgrade to 2.0 means that i lose all the cryptos i was following? um, no thanks... on top of my v1 history not being preserved, they made the new version a lot more UI static, it no longer looks like a live ticker, just looks static, and leaves me wondering how long since the last update and how current is the new price change/volume.

Looks horrible. The new update makes the design all black with too much space between elements. There is no setting to switch between light/dark mode and no setting to switch between spacey/compact mode. Please put back the old app.
