   Paid Sub. I’ve paid for my subscription and now I can’t login. I don’t see an option to contact customer support.

   Done with this one. I paid for a lifetime subscription several years ago, and now I can’t restore that. Will not be paying monthly now.

   Used to love it, now it’s buggy. This app used to be perfect for crypto alerts. Now, alerts that I’ve deleted don’t get deleted on the server side and there is nothing you can do to delete them. It will perpetually notify you of the price from an alert that you’ve deleted. They also no longer have customer support. I had an issue a few years ago that customer support was able to address. I’ve reached out multiple times of the issue I’m having now and no response anymore. App is dead.

   BitScreener. Prediction is way far off, I pay $44 dollars for this service and did not change anything from the free service is the same. Don’t waste your money is not worth it. You don’t need to buy the service. Just go to google and search BitScreener and you will get the same results for free.

   Old tokens and poor Alert Volume. Purchased this app for the alerts. They do not stay current with the new tokens coming on board. Several requests to add tokens have gone ignored. Although I like the concept of this app, the volume level for the alerts is very poor. Needs to be an adjustment level. Or various ringtones so the volume can be heard across an average size room. Missed too many trades because of the audio level.

    Lot of obsolete information about tokens.. App has lot of incorrect or obsolete information about presented tokens. Developers are not responding on official email/telegram requests.

    Too many ads. I have previously paid for this app and now they are requiring a subscription, the current version floods the entire screen with an advertisement that makes it impossible to use it. Shame on the developers, Apple should not allow these kind of money grab apps.

    Full Screen ads. New update of the app has full screen ads that randomly pop up and block out the whole screen with a timer. Not ok, makes the app useless unless you pay.

    Data isn’t live therefore useless. This is not a live app. I thought it gave live data, crypto is so volatile that you need an app with seconds for seconds live data.

    Annouying. This could be a get app. But the ads are just plain annoying. They are poorly formatted, loud and just irrelavant. Hate these kind of ads that blare meaningless hype. Blockfolio is now my goto app.

    Used to love this. Until the app crashed, and now it doesn’t open. I have alerts set and they are super annoying becuase I can’t get past the start screen, but the alarms are going off. I have been tracking nearly 2 years worth of information and transactions and now it seems I will need to delete the app in order to get the app to work. Bad news is all my data will be lost! Is there no auto backup to the cloud? Uugghh....help if you can before I delete.

    Seems like they don’t test on iOS. Very buggy on iOS. Don’t ask me to email you with bug reports. Try to use your app on an iPhone.

    Never update alt coins. Never updated still using cryptopia to price coins. Especially bad for alt coins as the infrequent updates never give u a good idea of the global market for a coin

    Sketchy app. A window popped out when I clicked on some of the (news) feed section of the app, and it asked me a bunch of personal questions. Many that I felt that they could use to commit fraud towards me! Took me to a different page and asked date of birth and other info. Don’t trust this app!

    Annoying AF auto-rotate hijack with this app!. Use an iPad. Hold in landscape mode. Try to edit anything... save or cancel and app hijacks orientation and forces back to annoying portrait mode. Over. And over. And over again...... Please fix!

    Annoying Advertising - Valuable data gone after updates. I usually never spend over a buck in one app. On BitScreener I spent over $10. A couple of days ago I was giving an important presentation at the company I work for and was shocked when advertising started popping up every 4-6 clicks within the app. This was not only annoying and very invasive but embarrassing and frustrating. The app market is a tough competitive environment. Fix this or I’ll ask for a refund and move to another application!

    Yea this app tried to rob me. As soon as you open the app it prompts you for a purchase. If your thumb is on the button, you can be charged. It’s not the real binance app do not download it will be a mistake !!!!!!

    Terrible update!!. All my portfolios are gone!!!! Money grab with the new update. I previously paid for the original app to remove adds and get the full features. That purchase has been nullified and now the app requires a monthly or annual fee. All my portfolios were erased too so I am starting over. Definitely not worth it.
