   Archaic architecture. Not real time on prices conpared to other wallets I use, cannot withdraw or use funds immediately, closed account within 30 days.

   Do not get. I tried to close my account and withdraw my funds. It’s telling me they can’t accept my bank and to try anther card or bank. Crazy how they’ll charge me for but have an issue when you try to withdraw. Horrible app.

   Poor Customer Support and Unfair Account Restrictions. I had a very frustrating experience with OKX. After using the platform and completing verification with the same documents I had previously provided, I was suddenly told that their system could not verify my identity. I contacted support multiple times over more than a week. Every representative gave the same response: they would “escalate” the issue. However, nobody followed up, nobody provided a solution, and no one seemed able to explain what the actual problem was. After spending days trying to resolve the issue, I received an email informing me that my account would be restricted, I would no longer be able to trade, and that I had only 14 days to withdraw my funds. This was extremely concerning, especially considering I had a significant amount of money on the platform. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer support was disappointing. If you’re going to restrict a customer’s account, at least provide a clear explanation and a real path to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

   Their wallets malfunctioned and they will not credit my crypto deposit.. Their wallets are not safe. They received my crypto deposit, it is very clear on the blockchain, but will not credit my account with the crypto I sent them. I used the correct address and memo. Their wallets cannot be trusted. Users beware!!! I would not use this exchange.

Update ! -Another 30 day hold has passed and still getting run around as to why my funds wont be released Took advatage of testing what looked to be a user friendly easy app, do t get me wrong youll get new user bonus however withdrawal after 30 day hold ok sure then when time comes magically unavailable Then reaching customer service help you get the run around and “let me look into this please give me 5 minutes “ then request proof of completion?! It literally shows every thing in activity you mean to say customer service cant see that SCAM !!!!DONT BOTHER SAVE YOU MONEY AND OR JUST DONT USE OKX

    Won’t connect a single bank. After numerous attempts and failures . I’ve tried to connect different banks that actually work on plaid but the apps block my attempts saying try another bank. I can’t even withdraw my funds, WHAT A SCAM

    Stop deleting my review 😡😡 okx is a good way to lose your 💰 don’t do it!!!!. Worst app to invest your money.. they will freeze your account and blame everything on you.. they won’t help you either all they do is steal your money.. I started using this app and was happy with my decision until they screwed me over and now I can’t touch my assets until July 13th. They didn’t address the problem at all until I messaged them and they didn’t want to help me. They’re not honest or trustworthy at all 🙅🏽‍♂️ I’m losing money cause you won’t let me take my money out. Worst app ever!!!

    Zero for trying to be slick. Don’t hold my money for more than 5 days. An entire month just for your own money to be available is crazy. It feels like a scam to be honest. Just here to let you know I’m waiting the full month to get the money and as soon as I get it I’m deleting this app. If it wasn’t just for that I would’ve stayed using the app but that tells me with every earning that’s what’s going to happen and only a fool will let an app hold their money unavailable for withdrawal longer than usual just because. Nope!

Brand new user downloaded register and confirmed my identity got the $20 bonus the day before I would have been allowed full access to the bonus $20 I was locked out for “security” it’s been a month cs sayes they can’t comment on why and how long this could take…save yourself the trouble and don’t bother

    Fake advertising. I received a to download the app sign up and received 50 dollars. Then when I clicked it said I also won 400 dollars worth of BTC. Turns out it’s all a lie. They shouldn’t lie like this at least make it clear to people what the rules are. I was planning to use the app because I trade crypto a lot. But just the fact that they mislead people like this made me delete the app.

    DO NOT TRUST THEM!. I signed up and received the 20 for doing so, and then made a purchase to receive another 30. That was all out on a 30 day hold. Unfortunate but whatever. Anyways every single purchase I’ve made after that has been subject to a hold. For days and when that hold is supposed to lift, the place another hold for even more days. I made a purchase today and am only able to actually get half of what I purchased. Why? Bc the $50 they gave me as the sign up bonus has lost value and to make up for that value they’ve taken half of the purchase I made today to cover the offset in value! It’s lies and theft around every corner with them. Avoid at all cost unless you want your money stolen, to be lied to and told what youre able to do and when you’re able to do it
