   Not anonymous. Edge app records all to edge database of your IP addresses with timestamp and device. I learned this due to a legal issue I am dealing with where edge produced a document to the other party.

    Don’t use Edge Wallet. Over new years they stole 2,950 USD that had been in my wallet all year with no issues, then a glitch in the app caused an issue requiring a new “ synchronous” beware, never do this as that’s when all your money save for less than 1% will remain, don’t resynch ever call them first, we are about to file criminal complaints with the Feds as they are unresponsive as well Caveat Emptor, this money is gone without hope of retrieval, we are suing the developers for fraud Update: reading their limited response, they better have some great insurance as we are litigating this, and it will possibly , I’m told be an action of “ Class” we are investigating this now and will update again either our results, big money doesn’t show, then vanish with a push of a button, the owners of this app seem to think nothing can touch them as they’ve not responded away from the store, on another platform so we will be pursuing this, to date no one at all understands what Edge is trying to justify with very vague words Update I’m told there was screener but it’s not seen here; it’s been ten days and my money I thought was secure hasn’t reappeared or been put back, we have little choice but to retain counsel Update March 5 2025, moneys have not been returned screenshots are being submitted to the district attorney this week and formal charges both civil and criminal will also be levied within a weeks time - let me be clear once that money vanished or wherever it went they have been avoiding giving me a simple answer without BTC verbiage over my head and in plain English they simply refuse as such our complains will require a full company audit and this has become a Federal issue of crossing State lines in order to appropriate these funds, this is not tolerable and their ridiculous claims they’d like to study this “ case” they’ll have that chance…in Discovery we will not drop this issue it is a smoke grand theft in our opinion never explained and certainly not without a majorly annoying and condescending attitude on this company’s part Return the funds to the account immediately it this must proceed it’s out of our hands in a week

    Poor account recovery tactics.. This app are made without any type of security for the event the user loss access to the account, they don’t link the account with an email nor phone number. All on purpose for you loose your money then they recommend to use a third party service with walletrecoveryservices.com to “brute force” recover your account, then they charge a 20% of what you have on your balance. This is the edge security options to recover your account: says: It is possible for us to send you an encrypted wallet file for this account. If you are interested, a few security questions need to be answered before we can send the file. Please understand that this file still requires the entire password before you would be able to access to the account, but in this format, you can use other tools or services to brute force the password. Please answer the following questions: 1. What is the username of the account? 2. When was the account created? Give month and year within three months. 3. When was the account last logged in? Give month and year within three months. 4. What location do you normally access the account? After receiving your answers to verify their accuracy and your ownership of the account, we will need to wait for 30 days, and if there are no other/new logins made to this account, then we will then send you this Login Package or encrypted wallet file. This encrypted Login Package is well-suited for a brute-force service such as walletrecoveryservices.com where they can run specialized software to make ~10,000 password guesses per second until they can unlock the account. They do not charge fees unless they are successful, in which case they'll charge 20% of the assets they're able to recover. Not recommended.

    Stay Away From This App - This App is Not Secure!. I used this app to move funds out of cold storage to convert Bitcoin into USD. In the course of doing this, after sweeping my wallet to access the funds from cold storage, I accidentally sent them back into my cold storage wallet. However, when I tried to access that cold storage wallet to re-sweep, despite the confirmation of that second transaction and verifying it was sent to correct wallet address, the funds never showed up. I’m now out over $700 and customer service has stopped responding to me.

    Can’t take money off. This app seemed great at first. But getting your last <$20 off of Edge is impossible. BTMs only dispense $20 bills and Moonpay (for US customers) doesn’t seem to function at all for ACH. I’m trying to convert my 81 ZRX to BTC to try to move it to Cashapp but it keeps saying “insufficient ETH” which doesn’t even make sense. Support sent me some automated response that didn’t help at all. I emailed them back and maybe will be able to get some help. This is a complete circus. Very shady!

    My crypto hasn’t been sent to me. I made a purchase of 3500 via ACH transfer on this app late week Tuesday , and later 1300 on Thursday and 2100 this passed Monday… and I haven’t received my first purchase it’s been over a week… they don’t even have a customer support to help sort this issue… it’s ridiculous
