   Terrible UX. They dont even have an option to send from a qr code. You have to add a contact in a nested menu to send crypto instead of just scanning an address via QR code. I could literally program a better UX in 15 minutes with claude, fire your UX team you amateurs. They’re clearly more interested in getting you to gamble

   Money suck. Won’t let me send anything, saying I have insufficient funds when I clearly don’t as I purchased plenty. No obvious sell option either so it’s not like I can just put it back into my back account.

   Randomly erased my wallet. I got logged out and now every time I try to log back in with the same email it says “wallet not found”. I definitely did use this app to buy some crypto and now it’s gone? The only way to log in is with a seed phrase that I don’t remember.

   latest update break everything. Now I can’t connect web3 or sign everything(connection error), plus the app just froze quite a while on opening

   Stopped being decentralized. Got rid of my favorite payment processors. Made it less easy to control. I can’t even use StripePay anymore, only Transak Native. Don’t use this wallet. Find an alternative that’s better We had a long run before it collapsed

    Careful if you’re not a crypto expert. This is a wallet for crypto and if you’re not a pro expert level user you may end up losing funds and they can’t help you with recovery. Crypto is indeed a Wild West territory so beware.

    It controls you. BOYCOTT !!. MetaMask is now the thing we need to fight. It decides on your behalf what you can do with your assets. It’s not decentralized. It’s not even centralized. It’s BIG BROTHER. It can stop you from receiving, sending, swapping, and even lock up your wallet completely if they decide it’s “safer” for you or their community. They want us to trade freedom under the guise of safety. We all know too well where that leads. Boycott it!

    Used to be Great. Not anymore.. Been using MetaMask for years. Loved it. Fast and reliable. Well that is simply no longer the case. Do performance testing on their extension and you’ll see what I mean. The iOS app needs at least 2-3 minutes before it responds to clicks after multiple updates. There’s also suspicious fake reviews being left I don’t like to see. Think it might be time to hop to another non custodial wallet fellas…

    Broken. Simply doesn’t work as a signer, basically it’s main job. Does anyone working on this actually use it? Can’t be, since it doesn’t work. Shockingly bad app and embarrassing for the entire Web3 ecosystem. Update: Still awful. Another update: yup still doesn’t work. One more update: still broken

    Crypto Extractor. Fees are outrageous and reward protocol just encourages users to spend more with minimal incentive. Team is greedy and a lot of scams surround the company.

    Cannot login, serious bug. They got my money locked up in this meta scam, it doesn’t sign in just takes you back to the log in page with my money sitting in there unable to access my account . Shame!

    Return swipe-to-refresh!. Removing this feature was the worst decision your worthless design team made. Remember one gold principle: NEVER FIX SOMETHING THAT AIN’T BROKEN. By removing swipe-to-refresh you made user experience worse. Now I have to reload an app to see my balance updated. I’ll give you one star on every update until you return that feature
