   Quit working on metro net ISP. All of the sudden my wallet quit working on my Kentucky ISP, can only connect using AT&T on my iPhone. Numerous complaints go unanswered.

   Buggy update. Recent update wiped out my market watch list. The opening prompt has no option to use app to only have market watch. The opening prompt since update forces user to create a wallet or sign in to existing wallet.

   Fraud. Зарегестрировал кошелек много лет назад, мне были предложены 5 слов для восстановления доступа, эти слова у меня сохранены. Кошелек был с эфиром. После последнего обновления предлагается ввести 24 слова для восстановления доступа, у меня этих слов нет. Служба поддержи помочь ничем не может, либо не хочет, бестолковая переписка по имейл.

   I’m possible to withdraw. This app along with every other crypto platform I’ve tried make it incredibly easy to deposit your hard earned “fiat” to start investing or trading but it is dam near impossible to change your crypto back into USD and deposit into your bank account so that you can use it in the real world.

    Thieves allowed access to accounts. The care takers of the MEW universe allow thieves direct access to clients accounts. They are allowed to send NFTs for the sole purpose of thief. This must stop! For crypto to thrive we must all ensure malefactors are identified and banned from the space

    Not Safe. I recently got scammed out of my crypto and MEW “can’t do anything”. They allowed hackers to utilize desktop connect technology to gain control and access to my account. This is not secure nor safe. Stay away.

    DONT USE, ABSOLUTE SCAM. TRUST ME READ THIS WHOLE THING, ITS WORHT YOUR TIME. I imported some of this crypto from another app. The value went up 400% and I tried to sell. To sell or buy or deposit crypto you have to pay this price. It can only be payed in a crypto called MATIC. You can only buy MATIC in at least $50. I decided whatever I might as well buy so I can cash out. They have three methods of payment. Moonpay, which doesn’t work in the USA. Simplex which both doesn’t work in SEVERAL COUNTRIES and doesn’t recognize passports or legal documents well at all. And you can also link to coin base. Linking to coin base is a massive hassle and is very glitchy. I spent 20 minutes setting up the link so I could pay but it wasn’t accepting my debit card. I tried a few cards and they all didn’t work, they accepted only visa and Mastercard. I tried visa and it’s still didn’t work. So now I’m stuck with a lot of money in a crypto on this app which I can’t cash out. DONT USE EVER.

    This app is not accessible to persons who are blind using voiceover on the iPhone. The Web version is fine, but not the app version on iPhone. with voiceover running, I am unable to go pass the startup screen. The create a new wallet, import Wallet and restore Wallet​ buttons do not respond when I tap as they are supposed to. Furthermore, I am not able to read what is on the display, unless I activate the screen recognition mode and even that, only gives me very limited and unresponsive access to content on the screen. I would appreciate, if you would fix this as soon as possible.

    Don't use MEW. You can lose your funds.. I sent 100 ARB to MEW and they are gone. I tried to check on uniswap, 1inch, matcha, none of them can show my ARB. If it's an exchange then it's tolerable. Exchanges only support a few networks. But MEW supposed to be a non-custodial wallet and it still lose the fund.

    MORE taken from my account. My bank shows I’m paying for the MORE yet the app doesn’t give me access to the benefits. There is no way to contact support. This is very disconcerting.

    Funds Are Still Not Transferred and Reflected After 24 Hours !!!. It says it will take up to 24 hours for CPRX to be transferred from my Abra to MEW wallet. It has been over 24 hours the funds are still not reflected in MEW! Kindly advise asap. Thank you.

    Fake wallet and fake accounts. I have been exploited by an account that is created within the wallet and due to the weak security of the wallet and the fake customer verification methods, which is that you pay large amounts of money to verify your account and in order to be able to withdraw the reserved amounts, and this is all fake. I participated in an event by mistake and transferred an amount of $ 4,000 to complete the order after Communicate with customer service that I must complete the application to avoid losing your money, and I completed the application and my money was seized, and customer service told me that I will not be able to withdraw the bonus or the money that I previously deposited until after depositing an amount of 3679 dollars in the wallet account

    Pin opens app but doesn’t reveal passphrase. Be careful with this app. Your pin may open the app and show you your accounts and their balances but doesn’t seem to work to reveal your passphrase? Since I usually use the same pin, I doubt that’s the issue. Poor experience and thankfully there is only $0.12 in there. Time to delete. Just useless.

    My Ethernet Wallet stinks. I have had an account since 2020 and now despite having all 24 keys am unable to access my account or get any of my money back. MEW gives all of Bitcoin a bad reputation

    Too many unsuccessful buying attempts. I With 3 different pwould hope that with three different methods for being able to purchase crypto on the MEW site that at least one would work. I have tried on several occasions all three methods and I keep getting denied. This is absurd. This is not fraudulent in anyway whatever security they have Inc. is really going overboard if that’s the reason.

    Terrible App, Even Worse Customer Service. Be aware that MEW support does not work on the weekend so if you have some issue that needs immediate attention and it happens to be Saturday or Sunday, their offices are empty and you are screwed.

    Refused to close my account. After requesting to close my account, this is the email I received. “Whenever creating a wallet address on the Ethereum blockchain, they are permanent and cannot be canceled, closed, or deleted.” An app refusing to omit my account is harvesting my personal information without my consent. I’m seeking legal counsel.

    MEW malfunctioned & lost half of my coins!!. Followed precise instructions from MEW to restore a wallet because it had refused to acknowledge the correct password out of nowhere. After restoring it, the extra accounts that were previously added to this main account disappeared, were not restorable, and half of the funds that were in the wallet five minutes previous to the restore disappeared. Not one tech at Myetherwallet has any clue what happened, is not even acknowledging the problem and keeps giving the same instructions like they don’t even know the wallet can have more than one account attached to one set of keys. They don’t appear have more than basic knowledge of their software and once they realize it’s above their head they start the useless process over by giving the same instructions that don’t work over and over again like they are completely unaware that MEW can have more than one account. They refuse to acknowledge the pictures of my deleted accounts and sometimes take weeks to respond. It’s now been over 2 years since MEW deleted my accounts and still no resolution. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I don’t have time to continue playing their little games or to do their job for them so when I do have time to deal with this, I’ll be contacting attorneys.
