    Awful customer service. Got the app and transferred money into the app and not even 5 minutes later all of the $50 was sent to a random wallet I have no association with so I emailed customer service got a reply then they went ghost. I accepted the loss and put $10 in to maybe try again a week later and it was gone again. So I emailed customer service customer service and I get told I already have a ticket open (SO REPLY) and that they are gonna close my ticket. So we email maybe 3 times and now they’ve gone ghost again for about a week. I’ve tried sending follow ups and stuff but nothing works. I just want my money back so I don’t have to ever use this awful app again.

    Unfortunate. Lost me 12 seed words, but still have access to my wallet using face recognition. Try transferring funds and it’s asking for a 6 digit password. I don’t remember setting up any 6 digit password. I’ve tried 50 different combinations that I would’ve used based on knowing numbers I might have used. Nothing works. Very disappointed with this app being “I’m in”, but out. Losing substantial amount.

    Scam. I used safepal crypto wallet to hold my xrp and xlm was hacked and all crypto was stolen they just said to bad something compromised your 13 word password without investigating pics and info I sent do not recommend it is a fraud

    Used for crypto scams. I received a text from a strange number purporting to be from Coinbase. I called the number and they directed me to download this app and get them to transfer my crypto assets to this app.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD! THIS IS A SCAM!. I got scammed out of 2 grand on this. Scammers will send you a text message saying someone attempted to log in to Coinbase. Then will tell you to transfer to this app. I did and seconds later it was all gone.

    Scammed. I don’t know if it was the app or not however I transferred my xrp to this app and a few seconds later they were all transferred to a different wallet without my permission and I reported it never got back to me about it the amount that I had transferred to here was 638.36 Xrp.
