   SCREWED ME. I’ve made a couple of winning trades, and every time they go to skyrocket, the coin will magically disappear from Phantom, and then after the whole rush is over and it’s come all the way back down below what you originally bought it that it will magically reappear rip OFF has costed me over 3 Grand

   Horrible. This app is trash, they allow countless fraudulent crypto on their platform that are rug pulling people daily do not use this app if you value your money. You can't tell which crypto is the real one due to many unverified fakes. Do not use this garbage app, understand this apps days are numbered and it will be getting taken down in time as it is an app facilitating corrupt thieves.

   They have no phone customer support, which is illegal!. It takes ages to get a response from someone. Operating a financial app in the United States without customer phone support may violate certain consumer protection or regulatory expectations. I have already made your email support team aware of this issue.

   From 5 stars to ZERO in one update. Phantom broke their app by shipping an update that removed easy access to the browser, all to try and keep more trading fees for themselves. Awful call to create this friction on purpose. Switched to Solflare and phantom lost countless OG users for this reason 100%

    Oak. Would not let me spend my cash. I swapped Solana into cash have the debit card on Apple Pay would not let me spend it. Keeps declining. When the money is obviously on there. Tried to contact support. It keeps saying support is unavailable. Close the Phantom app and try again. Will not work. and the app is updated and I have plenty of service. I wasn’t gonna say anything, but it keeps prompting me to rate the app and make a comment.

    Getting worse. Phantom had always been fast and accurate and never budget me to leave a review. Now the browser is even worse , I’m inundated with prediction market grifting, and the app interrupts me to leave a rating and review almost every time I open it. I recently downloaded Solflare for the first time.

    Customer support is non-existent. Got paid to test this app, they can't verify my identity and when i ask customer support how to fix it the ai chatbot says it doesn't really know because that is handled through a third party. run by a team of ghosts

    Stolen crypto. Do not use this wallet. I’ve had money stolen twice as I was in the process of sending it out. It is absurd for this company to be doing that and just because it’s crypto doesn’t mean it should be a scam, but they’ve made it one do not use this wallet.

    Behavior Manipulation. The newest version is designed to manipulate behavior. Stripping away simplicity to reach the wallet browser and introducing numerous clicks in the flow path is pure behavior manipulation. Phantom. Before you craft some interesting reply, be mindful and take responsibility. Ty.

    Update is AWFUL. I don’t wanna give it one star, but I feel like I gotta do something to get the developers attention because this update is awful. When you’re buying and selling now, you can’t even pull the screen down to see the value of the coin. Also when you refresh it minimizes the coin you’re looking at a lot of the times please go back to the before the update. This is terrible.

    Hate The Latest Update (26.14.1). I understand the desire of a makeover, but why remove essential features like changing wallets via the profile avatar when visiting websites? Please add this feature back. Why not allow the option to move the address bar from the bottom of the screen to the top?

    Eyes open podcast Elias. You know that I asked for my money back multiple times it’s all on my messenger. (yes I let it ride because you talked me into it, remember that conversation around Christmas I’m still sober from that time. I know I’ve played the game I guess and I lost it, but I asked you for that money back because I needed to pay my child support) I lost $1000. I’m a divorced single father with a handicap son who had a brain tumor, and two other kids I pay $1000 in child support month and alimony. I live in a one bedroom apartment I work my but off for that, thousand dollars, it might not be much to you, but it’s a whole lot to me. I’ll let God deal with you. I hope you do the right thing.

    Needs work. I just used the Apple Pay feature to add money to my phantom account balance. It was 15 dollars it said accepted on my transaction and took the money from my account but nothing showed up on phantom and it says transaction failed. This is why phantom won’t be a trusted crypto exchange in the future this app is terrible.
