This people will lock your money for no reason and ask you to provide documents to prove your wealth and money, and after you provide it they will tell you that it’s not accepted and request for another thing and the whole process keeps on going on and on !!!     If you value your money, avoid this app. I had a very frustrating experience with RedotPay and would strongly advise caution. I initiated a transfer to my own account, which was rejected by the receiving bank (Revolut) and officially refunded. Revolut confirmed the refund was completed and even provided documentation showing the funds were sent back. The problem is: the money never returned to my balance on RedotPay. Worse, RedotPay: • Cannot clearly confirm the originating/sender IBAN used in the transaction • Redirects responsibility back to Revolut, even after the refund is confirmed as completed • Provides no clear trace of where the funds went after the refund • Offers no accountability or resolution At this point, the funds are effectively lost in limbo, and support has been unhelpful and inconsistent. For a financial product, this level of opacity and lack of traceability is unacceptable. Users need transparency, especially when dealing with cross-border transfers and refunds. Until this is resolved properly, I cannot trust this platform with my money.

    Scam, 0.5 for every declined transaction. Its a totally scam mechanism. For each declined fee , you have to pay .5 dollars. Like seriously. Even if you freeze your account for safety. If any subscription tried to attempt transaction , and failed as its froze, you have to bear .5 $ In short soon your account will be in negative balance.

    Greedy Fee-Driven Service – Not Recommended. You have to pay to issue a card. You have to pay to delete a card. They charge high currency conversion fees. The real problem is that many transactions are rejected without any clear reason, and yet they charge around $0.50 for every rejected transaction. You literally pay money for failed payments. Everything is monetized. Fees on almost every action, no transparency, and a very frustrating user experience. I do not recommend this service at all.

You add money, try to use the card and fit every transaction of 1 $ prepayment that are widely needed only they just decline for « my security » now for every declined transaction you pay half dollar and actually you just pay them money to get declined

    Looking for improvement. I noticed limited Transfer networks should add BTC network. I believe Redot should enhance its application by incorporating the Scan Pay feature in stores. This would significantly increase the demand for the card. Additionally, the application should allow users to deposit USD or any stable coins using a bank debit or credit card. Lastly, Redot should prioritize human customer support over bot support.

    Don’t even bother. The Virtual Card doesn’t add to Apple Wallet anymore.. I downloaded the app and applied for a virtual card with $10 only to find out that their cards cannot be added to Apple Wallet anymore. Complete waste of money and poor customer service. If you’re looking to get the app so you can add the virtual card to your wallet, don’t even bother because their card does not support Apple Wallet anymore. So disappointed cos a friend recommended the app

    Do not use!. Refunds were not applied to my balance… over 4 refunds from an app called Rappi were never applied to my balance. Money lost in this app. (2) declined in person charges were processed as purchases and got out my account. Customer service when reply said contact merchant. Which you know what that means … money lost. If it was declined and no merchandise handed … it shouldnt had been charged . Total scam …. Keep your money. This is why small companies dont get chances … cant simply get it right or scam you . If at least they had tried to help

    Overcharged me when i run facebook ads.. Hello, I loaded around $150+ into Redot Pay over June 9–10 and linked it to Facebook Ads. My actual Facebook ad spend was only $37 (confirmed by Facebook billing), yet my Redot Pay balance is now only 8.67 USDT. I see multiple declined transactions from Facebook, but they should not deduct funds. Can you please: • Confirm the total amount successfully spent • Explain where the remaining funds went • Provide a full breakdown of any processing or platform fees This is urgent. It looks like I’ve lost over $100 with no explanation.

    Can’t apply discount. I was offered a 30% discount on the virtual card to use within 7 days. However upon clicking the email link and following the journey back to the app via the App Store, the discount is still not applied and I’m asked to pay full price again. I notice that the offer does not appear in my ‘notifications’ tab even though I was sent an email as mentioned. Would be great if that bug could be fixed!
