   Luno scams people like they scammed me. Luno app scams people after there hard money is been transferred to there wallet they start to ask you to bring documents which I did and now they are still prolonging it asking me to bringing the pdf copy after I took a picture of the document printed out for me by my uba bank they are scammers oooo don’t put your money into there app

They could receive a direct deposit without bvn but requesting it when doing withdrawal which they never complete . It really sucks

    Scam. I made a deposit from my account a few days ago, and the money has not been credited to my balance. When I try to click the "Get Help" button, it isn't working, and neither is the "Contact Us" option. It feels like the system has deliberately malfunctioned after I sent the money. I've even checked the website, but it's still not loading properly.
