   It’s dead. Apparently the app is dead? Can’t access anything, it’s just blank.

   Paid for full use. I paid for full use ad free and all premium option including future options. I still have padlocks on several current features. If you are not goi g to stand by your product please issue a refund.

   Disappointing. I wanted to love this app. I really did. I’ve been jealous of other runners in my running groups who were posting their running pics with their stats. So imagine how disappointed I was when the stats I pulled over from Fitbit were very wrong. Off by minutes. Ugh

   Strava Gone. I used to love this app but now it doesn’t connect with strava anymore :( is a fix coming soon?

   Connecting to Strava. Every time I try to connect to Strava it will not load workout stats. I have to delete app and reinstall but then the next time I go to use the app the same problem happens. Please tell me this is being fixed

   Please update!. Haven’t been able to get even one workout photo from this as it just sits at a loading screen forever when trying to connect to strava, with no cancel or close option because the screen is stuck. Looks like the last update was 4 months ago? Time for another!

   Like the idea. Would give lower star rating if I could. I found this app and really like the idea of it, even paid for full version. I've deleted and reinstalled countless times and it's constantly frozen on one screen, completely worthless!!! I wish I could get a refund.

    Since purchasing full app, no longer syncs. I cannot get my fitness app to sync since I purchased the full version. Waste of money.

    Never worked. I tried to use this app but it never worked. I deleted it and re installed 3 times. Every time it was just a black screen. So sad because I have seen other people use it and it looked awesome!

    I miss FitSnap. So gutted- I loved Fitsnap- was so simple and easy with nice fonts. This app is awful. Fonts terrible. The writing takes up too much room in the photo. PLEASE BRING BACK FITSNAP 😭😭😭

    Not connecting. Not connecting with Runkeeper at all even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

    Worked great then stopped. The app worked great initially syncing with my Runkeeper data, and then the next time (May 2nd) it quit working. Have only had the app for about two weeks. Please fix this!!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app, disconnected and reconnected Runkeeper...so incredibly frustrating!!!

    No Strava. Was a good app until it stopped working with Strava. If you can’t have Strava link up, at Lara’s add Garmin or Training Peaks.

    Minimal editing. You can remove the WorkoutSnap logo from the photo, but that’s the biggest advantage. You still can’t edit text, which is what would make the app more attractive.

    Again...the black screen. Such a great app! I love using it however I’m back to having a black screen. I’ve deleted the all and reinstalled several times. And my iPhone has the latest version. Hope the issue is resolved soon!

    12 options. Only 12 “themes” to choose from. Each theme has a preset format and number of metrics it displays. This leaves little room for personalization. I’d suggest adding ‘custom themes’ where the user selects what metrics they want to include and the format. Also ability to add text NOT attached (super small) to the bottom of the metrics stamp. I can immediately tell who’s using WorkoutSnap because the selection is so limited...Give me more customization. Love the strava sync.

    Text editing bug since last upgrade. I have noticed a bug that seems to have appeared since the last upgrade. When editing text on a picture from Strava, I can’t move the cursor up to delete pre-entered text. The text is hidden off of the screen and I can’t move to it. I just have to backspace and assume the text deleted. I paid for this app and this is very frustrating.

    Great quick tool high data storage. I think this app is the best around for getting a quick good looking image text post together for IG etc but woah I’m up to 0.5GB data storage. It must hold onto a copy of every image you make. Otherwise would be a 4+ stars app for me.
