   Too many issues not working properly. Paid for lifetime membership. To many issues every time I open app I have to restore purchase every time I open it to use other features. Temperature never updates. Also to many ads on activity feed even for lifetime membership. Also when I try to end ride it won’t end and will not allow me to save ride. Because of all these issues it is very difficult to use app as it does not work like all the other apps that are similar and free. I emailed them several times over the past month and no response, so time to delete and lose my money unless I can get a refund.

   Reinstalled and does not allow me login. I had lifetime pro. Had some issue with my memory. So deleted and reinstalled. Now does not allow me to login back. Tried multiple times. Waste App. They took money and now not working. Not a robust app. There is not even a customer care contact. Looks like kind of a Spam

   Total garbage. Does not work with my iPhone. Won’t generate data. Won’t convert from Metric to English. Tech support is a JOKE. Email address is a dead end. FB Messenger yields an auto reply. I am not ever sure if they are legitimate company.

   Crashes Everytime. I can’t use the login feature because it crashes every time. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but whenever the “Connect to Facebook” button is pressed in iOS 13.6 (non-beta) it crashes. Please fix this bug!

   DO NOT PURCHASE. This is the first negative review I have ever posted for any product. This product is straight junk. It doesn’t track as stated: it doesn’t record distance, the comparison of riders hasn’t been updated in at least 4 years. It is unsupported junk.

   Could be good if bugs were fixed. Encountered several bugs. Contacted developer and their response was basically “we’re not going to fix it.” I regret paying for the subscription.

   No Cadence. Despite all the written claims and the app itself showing Cadence as one of its functionalities, no Cadence reading is available. Very poor.

    Don’t waste your money. Waste of money...and they are slow to respond. I don’t think there is any difference between the free version and paid version. I paid and pop up to upgrade keeps showing with ads. I sent receipt no response.

    Scam. There is no in app purchases notification but there are and it sells you the safety features instead of making it safe to begin with would give 0 stars if I could for how shady that was

    Literally useless. You can’t even save activity in this useless app unless you give them your personal information. Scam. Is it it too much to ask for an app that just records your activity and saves it on the phone? I’ll pay for it. Why is that so difficult?

    Keep me Safe does not work at all — DON’T TRUST IT!. The app interface is beautiful, and if it worked, I’d love it. There are definitely some quirks (like going to 0mph several times in the middle of a ride, or converting your weight from 150 lbs (entered) to “08.7”, but the key feature for me was “keep me safe”. If you crash, it’s supposed to text someone you list. However, it not only doesn’t work in the simulation mode (no text sent), it doesn’t detect a fall. I tried riding by a couch on the curb and throwing my phone into the back pillow (hard stop) as well as throwing on the grass while riding but nothing set off the alert. This is especially disturbing if you’re forgoing some other safety measure and relying on the app. Also, no response from the developer. I made the mistake of buying a lifetime membership— don’t get suckered!

    No customer support.. I’ve written three times to these folks and there is absolutely no customer support or feedback. I paid for the professional version and it reverts every time I open it and I have to restore purchases. Now it won’t even record distance. I tried reloading it and that doesn’t work. I don’t want the advertisement for the ski app either. Fix this thing!

    Stopped working after update - no support!. I am paying for the ‘pro’ version and made the mistake of updating. Snd I sm a software engineer, not a neebie. 1st, the “support” link is useless. Takes you to their site, and all you have there are FAQs, but no way to ask questions or report issues! 2nd, now it records your ride, but there is no actual map on the route, AND YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE RIDE DATA. Can NOT export it or upload to strava or anything else - tap on that little ‘cloud’ till you die, and nothing. Reboot, same thing. Exit and restart, same thing. And lastly, even as a paying member, still seeing ADS. It used to be a good App, then they screwed it up.

    ???. Downloaded then paid the 12.99, no change to the app, no instructions on downloading a different app. Uninstalled/reinstalled, emailed, Facebook messaged. I’d just like a refund, please.

    Useless in the U.S.. I downloaded this app (ver. 1.6.1), and promptly deleted it from my iPhone. The user interface is great, and I love that it can interface with my ANT+/Bluetooth sensor. The reason it is useless for me is the ineffectual units settings. Living in the U.S., every aspect of my life is in imperial units. There are settings in this app to change weight, temp., and distances to imperial units, but everything still displays in metric. Talk about a let-down!

    Not too bueno. I recommend skipping this app... Rarely works and it’s always trying to strong me into linking with Facebook... Today the app ruined my entire workout... it can’t even accurately track my distance? Please someone tell me how to delete this app from my phone so the brain damage can end...

    Bad approach. Why you pretend that app is free when there's no free features at all?! If you have to pay for a basic stats like speed and distance so just set the price in advance so people will not waste time to deal with it

    Use Strava instead. Not accurate at all! Also when I post my results it posts it in metric instead of miles and it doesn’t allow me to change that. I can’t update or review my profile without being prompted to login using either Facebook or Strava first and when I do login (using Strava) it continues to prompt me to login and I am not able to edit or view my profile at all! I’ll be deleting this app which is too bad because I like the GUI!

    Sad unnecessary limitations. You must log in with Facebook to use location features. Apple Watch cannot be used as a heart rate monitor. Doesn’t integrate with Apple health.

    Found a bug and can’t even report it (but there’s a menu item for it). Sounds like a cool concept. I like the idea of Stava sync too, unfortunately that feature would not work for me. Neither would the bug report feature to report this bug. Haven’t given it much of a chance after these initial issues. I’ll update if necessary.

    Bait and Switch. Download the app for free. Loved it but went through 80 percent of my battery in just 2 hours. To get the battery save mode pay a huge fee??? Deleted the app immediately!!

    Yet to be impressed.... Just downloaded and started to set up when I find out that many of the elements I downloaded this app for are "premium" add-ons. The two most surprising to me were having the temperature displayed, and the advertised-energy saving dark screen. I will try it for a few rides and update my review to see if I feel differently later, but as of now I am NOT impressed. It definitely doesn't encourage me to pay a monthly subscription!

    Nice but doesn't sync or show profile. I really wanted to like it, it's nice looking, used it on my first ride and loved it but then it won't save or sync any data to any account and crashed consistently whenever I try to view profile!

    Keeps crashing won't save ride. Installed this POS before Seattle to Portland and after crossing the finish line hit stop and the checkered flag. The app closes. Open the app to review the ride, and it still is in pause. I start and stop the tracker again, and hit the checkered flag. The app closes. The next day, try it again, multiple times and every time I hit the checkered flag, the app closes. It's still showing the data from my ride, but it won't end it and won't sync with Strava. No idea how to get support, it gets a single star. Hope you are relying on this for any important rides.
