  1. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Activity tracking. I have connected the app to my garmin, yet I have to manually enter each activity. I don’t remember this being a problem in the past, but so far, it has been a consistent challenge.

  2. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Unhappy. Unfortunately, this one didn’t work for me. I’m really bummed out, they really have some great themes, but it just didn’t work.

  3. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Took a downward turn. Last 3 “races” I did not get my medal/shirt without sending several emails. I completed my last “race” in March and I am still waiting on my medal.

  4. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Medal Never Shipped. I paid $34 for the New Year 2026 medal. Tracking information shows the package still hasn’t been received. I’ve reached out to Yes.Fit and was told they were waiting for more medals to come in. It’s been a few weeks. Still no medal and no refund. The app has been confusing to navigate and their customer service isn’t great. I do not recommend them. Adding to respond to developer: I had to post a negative review to receive a refund. It was supposedly issued yesterday, but the email I received from Yes.Fit says it could take up to 10 days to receive the refund. I have not yet received it.

  5. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

App is a shady scam app. App is a shady scam app..When they advertise yes fit on YouTube they say select your virtual race complete it select your reward but add never mentions you need to pay $29 to enter virtual race.Better apps out their such as win walk walk fit cash walk giving gift cards or money for walking .Low income people on food stamps or retired fixed income people don’t need to throw what little money they have away.People that operate this app have no morals and all they care about is making money.

  6. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Most Recent Update. The most recent update to the ability to switch between purchased races on my phone. Meaning, when I click the ALL tab, it doesn’t show all my races anymore.

  7. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

App needs work. It just crashes now won’t open. If I accidentally close app I only get credit for last 7 days. Thought it said it would work on any movements but I have yet to figure it out.

  8. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Crashing. Writing a review just because the app is crashing—I click the icon on my phone, it shows the Yes.Fit title screen, then crashes immediately. Bummed because I got my first “token” for 100 Acre Wood and cannot view it. Would contact support, but the link on App Store makes you go to the app which.. obviously doesn’t work. Please fix!

  9. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

App won’t stay open. Tried to open and it immediately closes when I try to “get started”.

  10. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Used to Love this App. I used to love this app, but I spend A LOT of my daily life moving around. When they discontinued longer races (over 100 miles, sometimes over 200), I no longer really saw the value in this app. Paying the same amount of money for a fraction of the journey just isn’t worth it to me. Sorry. I don’t know when yes.fit decided to be openly and outright anti-fat, but I’m not here for it. The daily messages to not be lazy (because apparently taking a rest day may be medically necessary, but it’s lazy so skip it), with workout suggestions that take nothing about my fitness level, my daily activity, or my actual workout routine into account are annoying at best and harmful at worst. As someone who is recovering from an eating disorder, this is one of the most offending apps. Your inner athlete is just you as an athlete if you give up the “you must look like a professional athlete to qualify as an athlete” mentality. After reaching a sticking point in my recovery from disordered eating and exercising, my therapist decided to do a “phone” inventory. I wrote down the apps that sent me the most alerts during the day. Then I gave examples of the alerts I was being sent. We had a 30 minute discussion about how all of the disordered ideas I was still clinging to, without fail, was being perpetuated by this app. She encouraged me to delete the app. The last week without this app has been one of the most liberating weeks I’ve had in my recovery journey in a LONG time. My therapist was shocked and excited this morning when I texted her after taking the trash out, because in it, was every single yes.fit medal I’ve ever earned. There were a lot. That bag was HEAVY! Hearing all those metal clang against the dumpster sounded like a proper liberty bell. Never again. I’m sorry you guys (the yes.fit company) have such a narrow view of athleticism, progress, fitness, and health. I really hope you can find your own way out of that.

  11. ★★★★trial charges and refunds

Good idea but so buggy that it’s been nonfunctional for year. I’ve had this app for several years. I completely many races early on, but eventually the bugs in the app became unmanageable. Every time I try to open a race, I get an error message. Update my tracker- error. Update my miles- error. I stopped using it because I was so frustrated. I tried coming back several times, only to find the same errors. I was excited about a new race today and made the mistake of signing up for VIP. Still have the errors, and it keeps urging me to sign up for VIP. When I click the signup button again, it says I’m already subscribed. But then as soon as I try to sign up for a race, I get the notification to sign up for VIP. Deleted the app to re-download. I get an error message when I sign in and can’t even go anywhere in the app. Cancelling my VIP trial (via the App Store because every time I try to look at my subscription information inside the app, it sends me back to the homepage. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription from within the app) and deleting this app for the last time. Beyond frustrating!!

  12. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

App still having major issues. I’m in the middle of a race and have prepaid for one more. Suddenly today, I can’t log in at all and there’s no way to get in contact with the app developer. Will be requesting a refund if they can’t fix my account and restore my races and progress.

  13. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Sizing in shirts is ridiculous. Ordered a women’s XL and it looks like a youth girls XL. Don’t waste you money on a shirt. The medals are high quality though.

  14. ★★★★cross-device sync is unreliable

No updates or sync. For the past few weeks I thought it was my phone or Apple Watch that was having issues, but nothing is syncing or it will be days until I open the app. Before it would do it automatically. Am I doing something wrong? Not sure who to contact.

  15. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Just say NO to yes.fit.. It used tae be fun but they have become so bloody controlling. I still have 11 races tae finish. Seeing as their app cannae stay connectit it will take forever to finish because I only get the miles they deem as correct. Which for the last 2 days is zero even tho I walked over a mile. There are so many ither apps oot there and WAY better than yes.fit.

  16. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Customer Support. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription. If you enjoy running - just go for a run. They don’t make running more enjoyable and just take you money. Truly just a prettier version of your Health App on your iPhone. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend. I’ve seen other reviews mention Kaitlyn…and unfortunately they are correct.

  17. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

They Mine Too Much Information. I wanted to link this to my Fitbit, but refuse to give YesFit access to my sleep, food/water intake, friends, weight, etc. ALL they need is my steps/miles. Why do they want the rest? Is it a scam? Do they sell information? I will enter my information manually—which is why you get the one star.

  18. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Can’t connect with friends anymore. What’s the point of I can’t track and do the races with friends. You made your entire business useless

  19. ★★★★data, history or progress disappears

Getting worse by the hour. I’m updating my review to 1. The online functionality is way better than the app. I took a screen recording and sent it to customer service because online I can choose that I want to finish a race in 31 days, but on the app I can only use the sliding scale that is base on whole number miles. Of course the first response is - did you deleted and reinstall the app. Yes I have multiple times because my workouts stop syncing at least once a month - then new workouts will sync but I have to manually add the ones that won’t come up even though my total daily activities show. It is getting frustrating that that is the answer though. I shouldn’t have to uninstall and reinstall each time or week or once a month to use the app properly. The response received was “ Okay so I have been informed the app is just rounding. The number of miles adjusts daily, recalculating from what the previous workouts are.” I’ve read response from the company to prior reviews who asked “did you reinstall the app” or “did you submit a ticket” and “we’ve put in a lot of work to update these issues” and I’m still experiencing the same issues, and on top of that, the customer service isn’t understanding the issues. It feels like I’m talking to people that don’t even under the product. Once I finish out the fairytale series and my Happy Camper race, if these issues aren’t fixed, I’ll be searching for a new virtual race platform.

  20. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Fun until you need to talk to customer service. The races were fun and somewhat motivational and the medals were nice. However, I needed to change my subscription and sent multiple emails to customer service with requests that went ignored. I was finally contacted by Kaitlyn F. when I replied to a request to update my payment information. She was rude and does not have the first idea of what good customer service entails. Clearly, they only cared to respond to a customer once payment method was in jeopardy. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

  21. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Interface no longer syncing with my devices. Not sure what changed but none of my activity from iHealth is syncing - this seems to have started at the beginning of this year. Very frustrating!

  22. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Wrong app if you don’t want to pay. Can’t use this app unless you want to pay for everything. Also it’s very glitchy. Not useful

  23. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

This seemed cool. Like I love the concept and was super excited about it, but I can’t get the app to load anything and I just keep getting error loading screens. Can’t even set up a subscription, you guys should work on that and let me know when it’s fixed so I can actually do anything. ☹️

  24. ★★★★saving, exporting or sharing the result fails

Cannot update personal info. I need to lose weight for medical reasons and do not want to use a fitness tracker watch. (I have one, but prefer wearing a regular watch.). This app looked great because there is an event I am VERY interested in joining. I downloaded the app and created my order for the race, but cannot update my account for my address, which of course is required to mail my order. I also cannot update my gender or birthdate. Very irritating.

  25. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Do not download. Two years I have spent trying to get this app to work. Every workout/run deletes its data immediately. Luckily they were not stubborn about a refund, so if you want to waste time and get back to zero, go ahead.

  26. ★★★★an update broke a familiar workflow

New update broke app for me. Since the new update I can’t open the app on my phone. Before that i was quite happy with it

  27. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Doesn’t even open.. Download the app and won’t even let me access it. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-download it several times. waste of my time.

  28. ★★★★a needed feature is missing

Updated but sadly not improved. Can not open app after updating , it crashes and can’t get back logo screen. Wish there was a dark screen option again. The mile markers are not visible after the update.

  29. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Ugh. I hate the changes you’ve made to the app. I can’t change races in the app. I can’t do it control anything now. Fix this.

  30. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

So frustrated !!!. I downloaded this app to help motivate me to get back into running. This app is so buggy it’s to the point it’s not even worth stressing out over! I’ve already paid for a race unfortunately, so I’ll probably be forced to finish. Will *NOT* be buying another race. I’m not sure how I’m even going to finish at this point though because it keeps disconnecting from my Fitbit. I have to manually enter in my work outs which is.. I dunno, not as satisfying. The app keeps freezing on the race page, I cannot select anything or move anything but the map. When I go into manage devices, my fit bit is connected, but on the race it says no device selected. The app will let me select my device to connect if I force close and re-open. So I connect my fit bit. I *ONLY* want it to track my runs, not any other exercise, which appears to be an option when you select your device to connect. So I select run, and it’s connected.....but then it goes and tracks everything. Even daily steps. This is *NOT* how I want to finish this race!!! I want to only track my runs. So I edit the work out and it disconnects my fit bit. Then freezes if I try to reconnect it ... I have a FitBit versa lite and an iPhone 11. All software is up to date on both devices. Battery is at 89% on the Fitbit (low battery on Fitbit can sometimes be the cause of glitches) DEVS PLEASE HELP!
