Doesn't work. You have to sign up, and give them a user name, email address and password. I keep getting "that username is taken" So I made up a random letters/numbers still got "that user name is taken" Is this just an email harvesting scam?

Zones Don't Work. I paid for the subscription to get the real time heart zones, and when I start a workout, the zones I customized do start working, but within seconds a completely different set of zones takes over my screen while I'm working out. What in the world kind of glitch is that? The app is broken.

GPS not working. Affects all the outputs. I have been working with iBiker, iCardio, and Irunner for a few years and paying for the best app info. However, since about 9/2022 (not sure exactly when), the GPS settings are really far off of reality, (at least 10% off), which affects all the other settings. I thought that maybe the problem was with the particular app (iBiker, iCardio or iRunner) and switched between them, but the problem isn't the apps. It seems to be the aassociated GPS. Not sure what the problem is, but, with the deficient GPS, all other settings are suspect. I'm paying for this app, and it is not delivering. Please either fix the problem or cancel my subscription.

Must be a miner. Requires you to create an account before you can do anything. Ridiculous. You don’t need an online account to track a ride. Which means they’re mining YOU.

Disappointing. The App looked good and promised a lot. You only get 10 minutes to try it out however, and with the ability to only connect one sensor (cadence). Can't really assess very well in 10 minutes with limited access and capability whether I want to invest in this product. That was a turn off for me and I will take my business elsewhere. You've got to give a little to get a lot. I recommend that you rethink your business model. Good luck.

IBiker app no longer works... it just crashes. A couple of months ago the updated version of iBiker started crashing every time I launch it. I restart the iPhone and have removed and reinstalled the app but it still crashes when I launch it each time. There have been at least 2 more updates but those versions of iBiker do the same — crashing every time I start the app. So, I give up. It was a great app and I used it all the time. But, if it won’t run, there is no point in keeping it on my phone. It’s time to delete iBiker app, permanently. Good bye iBiker. I liked you when you worked and am sad that you no longer launch without crashing.

Upgrade to Pro version not working.. This app worked well during the free trial period, but stopped working after that. I paid for the Pro version for the HR, Cadence and other device pairings. The app detects all of my devices but quits using them after 10 minutes because it thinks I’m using the free version. All attempts to fix this with a restore purchases and reinstall of the app. Have not fixed the problem.

Recent update. Ibiker recently did an update. After the with a free trial of 10 minutes of use for my sensors. After 10 minutes all sensors lost connection. I had previously paid for the upgraded version that allowed the sensors to connect for the entire ride. Even though time remains on my yearly purchase, iBiker simply wiped the remaining time out and kept the payment. So the new version will rip you off, keep your money, and want an additional payment. Poor business practices. DO NOT UPDATE. You will have to pay again if you want your sensors to work. Be forewarned!

Broke it. For me it has worked with health for at least a year. Now my bike rides do not transfer to Apple Health. A few more try's and I go looking for another app hopefully I can find one that works.

iBiker bottoms out. Almost every time I enter my blood pressure info and tap on save, the app crashes. The data are saved each time, but why the crash? With the new app update, each time I restart the app I am presented with several pages of “what’s new” information and there doesn’t seem to be a way to stop “what’s new” from appearing each time the app is restarted. Like other reviewers, I found that the app doesn’t connect with Apple’s HealthKit. On the other hand, I’m not sure why I would even want it to.

Current version is a downgrade. Have used this app for about a year. Don't like this version - I can't control music from the app and I keep getting a reminder to turn Bluetooth on despite not having any Bluetooth accessories. (And this would drain my battery faster!). Please fix these problems in the next version.

Not compatible. Be aware that you will have to pay $70 for a HR monitor. My Polaris , which is very common, did not link with the app. When it didn't work the app was so kind to send me to the site to buy a new monitor. I think it is a bit deceptive.

something is wrong. Something is seriously wrong with this app. I took a walk of about 2 miles max and in 30 minutes it said that I had walked 3 miles. A few days later I took a walk of 3 miles max in 45 minutes and it said that I had walked 5+ miles. Today I rode my bicycle and after 5 minutes I had ridden 0.02+ miles and after 10 it was exactly the same. This app is really off on its caculations.

Worst Sensor Capabilities Ever. Followed all instructions, in a major hub surrounded by windows and you still can't find me when all the other sensor based aps I use can? Ridiculous. Thanks for ruining my workout.

Heart rate monitor does not work!!!. Purchased app with full boat extensions thinking I would be able to use my garmin heart rate monitor and ANT + for the iPhone, very intermittent and in reliable. Tried everything to get it working consistently but no luck. I want all my money back!!!
