  1. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Falsely advertised as free - avoid this app!. As other users have noted, despite the text of the app description saying you have the option to upgrade to a paid subscription, this is false and you will become unable to use the app unless you purchase a subscription. Avoid this app at all costs as this is intentionally deceiving and predatory.

  2. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Used to like it…. Not anymore, at one time it was a free app, not anymore….goodbye

  3. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

I don’t want your Free Premium Trial. So, there’s no way for me to access the app (that I have been using for years) without subscribing. Nice try, but nope. Give us the option to opt out of this!

  4. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Already Subscribed Can’t Use. I bought a lifetime premium subscription to this app from MacHeist. Now they won’t let me use the app until I pay up again.

  5. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Bad. It just won’t start and I didn’t keep my history and the dates were always wrong

  6. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Junk. Have used this app for a couple of years successfully to accurately track my distance travelled when operating my electric power wheel chair. All of a sudden now when I push record at the start of one of my outings I get a message that reads something like YOU CANT RECORD MORE THAN 5 TRACKS, TRY BUYING THE PREMIUM VERSION. I bought the premium version but I continue to get that message! I don’t know what a track is! I want my money back or I want the app to track my wheel chairs distance once again.

  7. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Suggestion. If this app includes more cycling options it’s better

  8. ★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data

Inaccurate. The app said I was cycling at 4 mph, I was really averaging 18 mph. It also said I went a tenth of a mile after I rode 16 miles. The only things it got right was my time and my path. Bummer. At least it was only a waste of $2 and not more than that. I downloaded an app that costs $9/year and works great so far!

  9. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Doesn’t Track True. It did not track my path even remotely correct. I road on sidewalks or bike lane for an entire city block approximately 2 miles. The app tracked a line from my driveway to a sidewalk behind my home and registered 0.03 miles it did record the time correctly

  10. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

    App keeps shutting off. Terrible

  11. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

A delicate, almost reliable app. When I set the app up to start a ride the chances of it recording my mileage and time is a crap shoot. I'm off to a different app.

  12. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Unreliable. Just randomly stops. I think I’m tracking my mileage but when I check to see what’s up, it’s been off for quite a while. Can’t count on it working

  13. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

"Free". For just ten days.... Ten days free. Then you pay. And it requires you to allow tracking of all your activity 24-7. I'll be deleting this app.

  14. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Not a good app. This app is very weird. It is rather temperamental and doesn’t work well . It would not keep track of distance in an ‘ongoing’ format. If I stopped to check my mileage using the app, it would not stay open, and I’d have to keep re-opening it, and then it would show the same mileage it had shown the previous time I looked at it, and then maybe after five seconds it would ‘adjust’ to show the updated mileage. When using the Watch app in conjunction with the iPhone app, if you exit the app to do something else (even if the app is running in the background), you’ll lose the gps signal. If you have the app open, but you lock the screen on the iPhone, you’ll lose the gps for that too. I’m sorry, but this app is cr-app. After writing this review, I’m deleting from my Watch and phone and using another app instead. Vima is just useless and lame.

  15. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Can’t restore lifetime license. I own the lifetime version, but I am unable to restore it from my new phone. Argh!

  16. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

useless. This app did not record my cycle trip - tried 2 times and both instances it did not record any or only a small portion. The first time I did the same path there and back and it showed I went in a triangle. Second trip the same thing - missed 10 kms of my ride.

  17. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Auto Save. I wish this app would automatically save because when I need to use my phone it loose my progress

  18. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

First time user. The map records fine but the app quit recording distance . Since it’s the first time maybe I accidentally pressed something. I’ll update it after another ride

  19. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Gotten better!. I like this app a lot for its simplicity and ease of use. I like it enough in fact that I subscribed to it for the year. Up until now I have been tracking my rides with MotionX GPS (which has a very difficult interface). There are also some drawbacks to the clean interface. There's no real "deep dive" to be able to get some statistics other apps offer easy access to. You can't even look at the limited graphs in portrait mode. It's nice that this app is well maintained but there are some weird behaviors with regard to suddenly and inexplicably loosing its place and drawing a straight line of 0 miles over parts of the ride. I think these bugs are a result of the app just being too judgmental and micro-managey. The problem is that if it's trying to prevent "cheating " then it fails because I've hopped in the car having forgotten to turn it off and I has no clue. This is all with the "auto detect stops" or whatever it's called setting OFF too.

still looking. The biggest problem with this app is accuracy. It is 10-20% off on distance (compared with either GPS or odometer methods). At sea level is indicates 120 ft above sea level. It’s clock appears about right. Its interface is nice, but what good is a nice interface if the data are wrong?

  21. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Sometimes shuts down. Love the app. It is easy to use and lots of data. Have had trouble with it shutting down when it is running in the background on my IPhone

  22. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Problem. I’m having a problem with the App I keep losing the App it stops working Also if I Paws my ride when I come to start again I back to zero again iv lost my ride

  23. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Good till it kills your battery. Tried this out today on my iPhone. Started at 73% power. Phone dead 35 minutes later due to power requirements of the app. If you have a portable power source or an attachment for your bike that charges your phone then try this app. I don't.

  24. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Accuracy. I don’t operate the premium I cycle On the free app. Just to get a sense of what the app are how the app operates! The free app track my miles pretty good; I like it, I’m considering getting a upgrade; so yeah I think it’s fine.

  25. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Improved. Thank you for fixing the inadvertent “pausing” issue. It’s a good app that is very reasonably priced. I’ve been using it almost daily since early April.

  26. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

It’s a good app for free.. I don’t need all the frills and whistles for my needs. All I need is to keep track of my miles on my bike and how long my trips are. As for this I feel that this app does what I need it for.

  27. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Good but..... The But is you have to make sure it stays on. I just rode 20 miles. After the 15 mile notification it paused itself. Otherwise it is good.

  28. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Erase my rides. I like this app, it's use friendly and easy. It has just shut off twice in the middle of my rides, which was frustrating, not knowing the exact mileage I went. I am trying to figure out how to erase the rides I have saved. I'm sure it's very easy. Can someone help me out? Thanks

  29. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Cool and handy. Use it a lot. A section for weather temp, wind direction and speed, humidity and near probability would be icing on the cake.

  30. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

4.5 stars. Health integration is essential...please add. Everything else is perfect
