   BHAMELBACK. I can’t login. It won’t accept my password. I reset password and it still won’t accept. No number to call for help.

   Should be free. While the app is well designed and comprehensive, the idea of charging people for this is not in alignment with basic teachings about access to Christ. It’s a shame to see this.

   St Joseph novena.. I don’t appreciate someone putting in an intention for the novena. I couldn’t change it to what I wanted to pray for. I won’t be using this app anymore!!!

   Only use this app if you’re an Opus Dei kind of catholic. The modern novenas eg the election novena will have to be modified if you believe that women have the right to make our own reproductive choices.

   Updates. I really hate the updates. And now I’m logged out on my phone and it’s not taking my password so I can’t login back on my phone. I don’t like the style of the bar across the bottom of the app I mean of the novena to show how far you are. Novenas that I have finished coming back up that I have not finished them and I don’t know how to fix it. I may have to find another app that’s working better. I pay for the upgrade also and it still doesn’t work right

   Disappointed. I just downloaded this app and discovered that I have to pay to access any novenas. I had found the Surrender Novena online, which led me to this app. Every app I use has some free content and some premium content for which the user has to pay.

   I have prayed 320 novenas. Don’t get my one star review wrong I have used this app and loved it. I don’t like the update at all and may be getting rid of it once I find a different way of praying my novenas.

    Disappointed. All of the changes in this app have been either to create a more difficult atmosphere, or to force payment. I finally subscribed, and the app denied me access to subscription prayers three weeks before my prescription expires. I paid for a year, not 11 months and 1 week.

    Sad. Very disappointed as you only have access to about 50% of the novenas. Then when you pray the free one to many time they lock you out and try to force you to purchase a membership to unlock everything at $30 a year. Very disappointed as there are wonderful site out there that brings God love to you each and everyday and around the world much more work than this site and it is free. Rather donate to an organization that truly has God’s beliefs and viruses than forced into a greedy scam.

    Validity. I have used this app for awhile now. Your app states that St. Corona is the patron saint of plagues and coronavirus. In March 2020 the Diocese of Raleigh invoked St. Corona as the patron saint of coronavirus and its effect on the economy. When did you add this Novena or revise it? From all I have read, she is not the patron saint of this as you claim. I just think it’s misleading.

    Won't stay logged in. I just downloaded the app last night and started the free trial intending to go into the subscription in 2 weeks if I like the app. It logs me out every time I leave the app so my prayer reminders don't show up, nor the actual novena I scheduled until I log back in. I also can't update my profile photo, the app keeps suggesting it for an upcoming group feature, but I get error 130 every time. Fix this and I'm golden.

    Good Intent but Usury. The Novena’s are great but don’t work without WiFi.. like I can’t pray without WiFi?! And the charge is astronomical. Clearly usuristic.

    Problems with search engine that. There is no search engine that allows one to put a Saint’s name and conduct a search for that particular saint. The search engine is limited and very frustrating. Setting up the dates is easy enough, but when you are ready to leave the page it reverts back to the previous dates and time. It is a very frustrating application.

    The Infant of Prague. This is novena is ok. I prefer others. I I purchased a Prayer pamphlet from “Our Lady of Victory” when I was in Prague. The novena in that pamphlet is beautiful! It stirs the heart and and whispers to the soul. This novena repetitious feels more like pleading and begging, as opposed to a friend or a lover of God. With that being said, it just becomes repetitious and mundane. Sincerely Kathy

    Used to be 12 Stars. I’ve had this app since it’s inception. Have used it almost daily, and am now being told that 75% are still unlocked, but to get the Immaculate Conception or Our Lady of Lourdes, I need to pay $30, and it needs to be all up front as well.

    Expensive. This is a really expensive App for what is going on. It is clean simple but very basic for $30/year. I’m honestly shocked.

    Novena disappear. I loved the novenas but suddenly I stopped receiving notifications. I decided to subscribe for a yearly subscription. The Novena I was praying disappeared after paying for the yearly subscription. I unsubscribed and all the novenas got locked now, This happened two days ago, I expect to get the refund soon.

    “In App Purchases”. Prayed Day 1 of the St. Therese Novena yesterday, and when I looked for it today, realized it has to be unlocked through a subscription.

    I really loved it. I loved this app, as it’s a good way for me for accessibility reasons as a disabled person. I subscribed. It gave me a free trial & was supposed to start the subscription at the end of the trial. Instead, it deleted five novenas I was in the middle of, they don’t show up in my current or my history & it’s made me start all over. I’m so disappointed because I was seven or eight days in on some of those novenas. I started them on the exact days I was supposed to but now they’re all incomplete, I have no way of completing them now & it also erased all of my intentions set for the novenas I was in the middle of. I was just given an option to subscribe again but it gave me a free trial so it will delete all the novenas I’m in the middle of when those two weeks are up. It don’t let me just pay & subscribe so I won’t get my novenas deleted. I’m so disheartened as I started them with important intentions on the days we’re supposed to start them.

    So slow. I like some of the recent updates, but after completing a day’s prayer, the app now takes as long as 30 seconds to move from “grayed out” to the next page. That’s a long time in the cyber world, time enough to go do twenty other things and forget to come back. No issues with other apps. Sounds like y’all need a little more bandwidth somewhere? Good luck with the fix!

    Nice app but too expensive. I enjoy this app for all the free novenas offered but would never pay $29.99/year for it. That price is outrageous and for the cost should be more functional.

    It’s okay. You have to pay like $30 to get access to all the novenas which is a huge bummer but I know the world runs on money. Still.. it’s been very helpful to my prayer life.
