Notifications. The notification signal in the upper left corner is very annoying. It’s forcing me to watch mini commercials for your products. If it was informational that’d be fine. But it’s like a commercial. Not great.

Messed up audio bible. I’m listening to Revelation and In chapter 9:6 it randomly just starts reading another part of the book that’s on a complete different chapter! Multiple times this has happened! This is the Word of God these things should not happen! Especially because this audio Bible cost me money!!

Broken. The app no longer functions properly with the last two iOS updates, at least on my device. It keeps glitching out and causes my whole device to freeze. I had it for years but unfortunately I had to remove it.

Not User friendly. Not accesible to Translation in different languages preferably Spanish. Very complicated to look for a specific verse. It keeps coming back to previous verses. Not user friendly. Very complicated.

Reader needs more. I just tried this because one thing I lacked in my app is the ability to locate scriptures quickly this app does. What I do not like is: 1. People already think church is a money grab/money business and the books for sell is too much money and just way too much w/I am app 2. The amplified bible in most apps is free but in yours it is not and that is a hard no for me 3. The books I like to bounce between kjv and niv app does not allow me to set it up so where it shows my 1st then 2nd choices in the parallel feature. App more con then pros in my opinion

I have been a professional instructor in Israel, Africa and have depended on this for research in ancient languages and biblical studies. They Ruined It. This app used to be much more customisable. The recent update took away nearly all those features and hid them behind a pay wall. I’m furious! I’ve spent plenty of money on this app in order to read the books they provide, many of which are already in the public domain. I’m not paying a monthly subscription on top of that. It’s highway robbery. These people are selfish and greedy and it’s ruining their product.

Used to Love this App. I've been using Olive Tree for close to 20 years now as my only app for Bible reading and Bible study (much longer than I've had a smart phone). And I’ve never had any problems. I recently upgraded my phone and got logged out. I have tried repeatedly to reset my password from another device that is still logged in but they never send me the reset password email. And yes, I checked my spam folder.

TPT being platformed.. Love the app, but them having “the passion translation” as an option to a genuine translation of the Bible is providing a misleading and dangerous representation of the Bible. Especially since Bible scholars have now said that this is not only a dangerous misinterpretation, but for much of it, completely inaccurate. Can’t back an app that platforms this. Hopefully, they take a closer look into the scholar reviews of this translation and de-platform this book as it is filled with inaccuracies.

Unable To Get Rid Of Bright Red Notification Icon Appearing On Pop Up Toolbar. I’ve put up for ever since it first began popping up (for quite some time now) with having to click on every last new potential purchase notification appearing in order to get rid of that aggravating bright red icon suddenly and randomly arriving in the pop up toolbar on this app whenever I tap on the screen to bring up the smaller toolbar below it where I click to bring up the Bible book & verse content to select. Now the aggravating stupid, unwanted, and unneeded thing will longer go away no matter what I do!!!!! I am absolutely fed up with this unwanted, disruptive Google type pop up add interference!!!

Don't invest. This app was good until it got sold to a major publisher. Since then it has been crippled by bugs, and support is incompetent and dismissive.

Unnecessary Access. This app requires a variety of access that is not necessarily for its purpose. To read and learn the Law and Torah, does not require access to my devices setting.

Needs updating. Need to update Olive Tree by adding Ai for searching library and study. I have been satisfied for many years with Olive Tree but not after seeing what Ai can do for Bible Study! Make sure your Bible Ai has safety rails so it does not get tainted by others.

The app is ok. I may be spoiled by other Bible applications, but I find Olive Tree a bit difficult to navigate. Their sales ads are irritating and difficult to stop, even after changing my notification preferences. I paid good money for a subscription, so hope I don’t have to delete the app because it is an overeager sales rep rather than an inviting Bible study companion.
