   I need this app to work. This app works about 50% of the time however when it does, it is my life I do not understand why I can’t just open the app and press play. There is always an issue.

   Love this dramatized version of the Bible!. I would have kept this app but had to delete it because when I wanted to listen to it, connections problem came up.

   Overheating app. I downloaded this app many years ago, has improved over time, I like the ability to listen to it instead of reading it, but ever since that time I have been waiting for the developer to fix the overheating issue, apparently no one has ever complained about it, it dose it when I use the iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB, all the way back to the iPhone 6, I really hope this can be fixed, until then I’ll Change my rating to the app.

   Annoying Background Music. No matter how many times I move the switch, it slides right back to where it was. I move it again and again, yet it won’t allow the change. I’d absolutely love this app, but that background noise is too irritating. So sorry.

   😔. I used to love this app. But now beginning to not like it. This app will not let me change it from the black background to the white background. Also it will not let me change the size of the font. I have deleted and re-downloaded this app several times recently. It still will not let me change the font size or the background.

   Used to love it. I used this app every night but there is a bug that no longer allows me to use the sleep timer and I can only listen to the musical version of the King James version. The app is unusable for me now.

   So sad. Once again you update the app and mess it all up. Now I have audio but no writing to fallow along by. Why do you have to fix what isn’t broken. Go back to the beginning and then leave it alone

    Disappointed. I have not been able to access the app for some weeks now. It is taking me to the sign up/sign in screen, which remains frozen - very disappointing! I have to download a different app now.

    Not working properly. Fails to read the complete chapter, fails to continue on automatically. Constantly resetting cache,. I would play this for hours without having to touch it. Now it doesn’t play nor stay in drama mode. I’ve downloaded several times. This is an iPhone 13.

    App doesn’t work. Dec 2025 still happening: I have the latest iphone 16 and iOS. I cannot get chapters to display. Error ‘we cannot display the screen correctly. Please contact support.’ I have had the same error with my old iPhone for months.

    Stays on Home page. I’m so sad. This was my favorite Bible app but for the last 9 months every time I have tried to use this app hoping the bugs have been fixed, they haven’t. I can not navigate the app at all. The screen is frozen. I have tried redownloading but nothing seems to work.

    Glitchy. I don't know how this app has such a high rating. It is extremely glitchy! It freezes constantly, the audio doesn't always work, and the settings fight you if you don't want background music during your reading. It is beyond frustrating! Will the bugs never be fixed on this thing???

    Some features don’t work anymore. This App used to work great, now I can’t even add verses to my playlist, sometimes it also freezes and either won’t play or stops playing without touching it. I recommend fixing this. People use it because most features are free, which is what I also need but most of those features that help people are beginning to become unusable.

    Not the same as it was years ago. It’s now a lower quality application. Where are the sound effects? What happened to the animated audio Bible version in which the background music and relevant sounds played as the narrator was speaking the Bible scriptures? It’s no longer present here. What a major disappointment.

    Love it but won’t read whole chapter. I love this app and at first it would read the whole chapter and would give it a 5 star. However, lately when I do my daily bible reading and have it read to me, it skips over about 5 seconds worth of the first part of each chapter. It then delays everything else and I have to pause the reading so I can catch up. Please fix the issue with skipping over the first few seconds of each chapter.

    Unable to use the app. I used to love this app, but it randomly logged me out one day and now I can’t even click on the: sign in, sign up,or create account later button to access the app ☹️

    Pauses randomly. I want an app that plays throughout the night to protect me from the enemy whom hates the word of God. This app keeps pausing randomly throughout the night leading to attacks. Going to move over to the Holy Bible app with 10M 5 star reviews because my friends never had a problem with that one.

    Miss the older music. I’ve used this app for quite some time. I especially enjoyed listening to the dramatized ESV. HOWEVER, I noticed all of the music has changed in the NT and it’s quite annoying now. The older music was SO MUCH more enjoyable, inspiring and emotional. I listened to it so much that I was able to memorize the first 4 chapters of John by heart. It would literally bring me to tears. But, since changing the music, I can’t get past the first verse. I have since changed to Audible (The Word of Promise) because I enjoy the music much better. I frequently come back to this app just to see if the music has changed back but so far no luck. Very disappointing. I love the voices, characters, and sound effects and will still listen to the OT sometimes. But I can’t tolerate the newer music in the NT. It completely ruins the vibe for me.

    Horrible robotic voice. I was so hopeful about this app, but I find the monotone, robotic AI voice to be distracting and meaningless when trying to listen to the audible Bible. So disappointing. Please give customers narrator voices to choose from instead of one horribly robotic voice.

    Listening to. I gave a three star because the app crashes all the time and most of the time it was just hang there. I don’t know what causes it to do that even though I have a full four bars of 5G. I would have to delete and reinstall again to fix the issue.
