   Stole money. I don’t recommend this app. It stole $60 from my account I thought it was free. I was just trying to be cute and believe more but no, I have no more money for my college fee and my rent I got kicked in to the 63rd now I work at fresh market so I do not recommend this app but I could barely make it there so I went to Oblock and Italian mafia My only source of income income, it’s lying and stealing money. What app does that don’t ever get it thanks a lot Bible widgets.

   Scam. Would put 0 starts if I could. Checked on free trial, Apple showed I had no subscriptions. Less than 5 minutes later received a notification and was charged for a whole year.

   I’m not pleased, neither is God. I downloaded the app to try the premium features, but I didn’t find enough value to justify the annual price. There are many free Bible apps that offer similar features. I canceled as soon as I realized I didn’t want the subscription, but I was disappointed that a refund wasn’t granted. Unfortunately, this experience makes it difficult for me to recommend the app. Talking to the Lord is free… enjoy that $50.

   Aggressive upsells. When I’m looking for encouragement and biblical insight and have to deal with upgrade and purchase ads every few minutes, it just adds to the stress I’m trying to get rid of.

   Lifetime Fee. I have been attempting to make the purchase for the lifetime membership $149.99 with no luck. The company does not respond when I email them, the only time they responded was when I left my review. They told me to email them at the same email which they don’t respond to. Looks like a fun app but the company is not helping.

   Won’t let me set what Bible translation I want to see. I don’t want to see Bible verse from translations I do not follow! But yet that’s all they’re showing me is every translation that I do not follow. This app is garbage and I am deleting it.

   Cute app but annoying. I started using the reminders on the app. Then wanted to turn off the alarm part because I got the habit of checking it. NOW I can’t seem to get the alarm to stop… now every morning it goes off at 7… no sleeping in anymore… time to delete the app… go back to by good old reliable bible app

    Annoying spam and endless skips. Hugely spammy app that I gave up and deleted after skipping through 20 setup screens and it still wasn’t finished. Devs need to stop making apps this annoying.

    Capitalizing off of God. You can’t use it for free. If you try, you don’t get Bible verses. You get super generic phrases like “remember with helped you when you were struggling”. You can’t change any of the themes or backgrounds. Nothing is free in this app. The world costs enough already, not making this an option for those who can’t afford it is NOT spreading the gospel in the way He would want.

    Beware, DEI app, Not a Christian app. Yes I was getting daily bible verses as pop ups. Then when I responded to whether I needed prayer for anything I got an answer I was not expecting. To sum it up, in response to my request they referenced a “higher power” instead of God? When I asked why they stated “Using “higher power” allows for inclusivity, honoring the diverse ways people understand the divine. For some, this is God, while others might see it differently. It’s a way to respect each individuals unique spiritual journey without assuming specific beliefs”. SORRY, this app is not based on true Christian values or Bible theology. There is only one GOD, Jesus Christ!

    No point in using. The verse/phrase/prayer never changes. It’s the same one every day. You can swipe through other ones but every time you open the app it’s the exact same one. I have updated deleted and re downloaded and still the same phrase remains on my widget with no change.

    Nobody really works there…Cancellation Doesn’t happen. The app was okay. The quotes got very repetitive but that could be just my settings. The reason I gave it 1 star is because I spent two days trying to get info to cancel my subscription. No luck. They hit my account and overdrew it even though I did the steps in their help menu. Now they won’t refund my money even though I discovered it the very same day the charge ran.

    Terrible I want a refund. Sends me the exact quote every single time several times a day and several same scriptures as well. . I paid for a year but I regret it, and want a refund but of course there is impossible loops that I can’t find I will be disputing this charge with my bank .

    IOS will not allow google login. I already have a subscription with google and the app will not let me use my paid subscription on the iPhone. Really disappointing

    Modern and Money Hungry Slop. Not only do you have to pay to add verses as a widget (you should have to pay for online Scripture no matter what), the bible meanings are very inaccurate and go along with the modern “Christian” interpretation and ideologies rather than what the true Church has always taught since the first and second centuries. This is Protestant slop. Doesn’t even have the Catholic bible.

    Uncontrollable Daily Devotional ALARM!!!!!!!!. After several attempts, I am unable to turn OFF the Daily Devotional Alarm. It wakes me up every night.

    Absolute scam. If you are trying to be a new bible app, be that, don’t advertise wallpapers are animated acting like that is something your app can do, even with animation, the only thing that changes is the text, false advertising liars. The app also seems unfinished. And the fact that they want people to pay is wild, but pay for an UNFINISHED APP that I have to go set up for basic word animation is wild, shame on you people.

    Pricing surprise. App needs to state fees / subscription up front. Within the first 2 or 3 clicks. I hate setting up preferences - only to find out - SURPRISE!!! If you want to do any of that - sign up for this service, free trial, etc.

    Volume disappeared. This app had the volume suddenly stop working. I thought it was just my phone so I downloaded it on another device and it didn’t work on that device either. Very disappointed. I used this app twice a day prior to this problem. It’s just not the same without the meditative music.

    Uninstall. The whole purpose of the app is to get bible verse alerts but this is like all the rest of the disappointing apps #1 they send quotes thats not scripturally aligned #2 you have to pay for actual scripture widgets/alerts. Why label it bible widget then?!
