   Expensive flashcards. I need to pay a monthly subscription fee to look at flash cards that someone else created? What a joke.

   Worst app ever. looking for a free Flashcard app for so long and i am surprised that they are all so useless. It’s so messy and it doesn’t let me to make a new deck. Full of bugs.

   So, continuous study is a paid feature now…. This is a feature that every major online flashcard company I know of allows. Just use Anki on the web. It isn’t available for download on the iOS store, but it’s still a lot better than what this app has turned into. Seriously, you’re going to make me pay to avoid a 3+ second pop-up every 5th card I flip? That’s ridiculous. I’d rather just move platforms. I used to really like this app, too!

   Limited and overpriced. I'm a paid user and am extremely annoyed by the app’s inability to show flashcards in a random order, starting from unanswered cards first. The app keeps showing flashcards that I just saw a few minutes ago and marked as needing to study, while hundreds of unanswered cards are still available to go through.

   Paid for Lifetime through in-app didn’t upgrade. Horrible user experience. Attempted to upgrade to Lifetime through the app; paid through app with apple id- credit card charge went through; no upgrade though. Synced the app; deleted and reinstalled. Logging in with my Apple ID and it still says I have the ‘free’ version and want to charge again to upgrade to Lifetime. I received an email to verify my email which I did. Logged in on the web - says I have the free account. Unacceptable experience to take money and not provide the service. Seems to be fraudulent.

   Nothing Available for my Test. ETS sold me a membership at check out. They don’t have flash cards for my test (5403) When I tried to get a refund, every one I spoke to told me no refunds. BEWARE. Be sure they have cards for your exam.

   Not downloading classes. The app isn’t working properly and downloading classes I’ve been waiting almost 3 hours and still nothing. I was able to get online and on the iPad but the iPhone app must have a bug

   No value. Even though I’ve subscribed on an annual plan, every time I download a deck and attempt to learn a card deck it stops me to demand I subscribe.

    Good for your own cards. Best for using to create your own flash cards. Must pay to view all flash cards not created by you. Pricing is outrageous.

    had to delete it. really wanted to use this for my medical class but it has a glitch that won’t even let me type in the app. couldn’t make flashcards.

    Fail. I need this app to study on the go. Instead of a productive time, I’m left frustrated by buttons that won’t click and arrows that don’t allow me to navigate back. It’s a frustrating experience, especially since I paid so much for the Praxis “suggested” app.

    App isn’t working!. Mainly I create cards on desktop, so I have no issue with that, but when studying cards through the app on my phone, “reveal the answer” doesn’t work and I do swipe app to show the answer, but then when I need to rate the answer out of 5, it doesn’t even work! Like I tapped it many times, and it doesn’t do anything like it freezes.. and the same thing happened when I first opened it, it froze many times.. The idea of brainscape is amazing, the AI tools and the interface, being able to download specific decks instead of downloading everything at a time, but what use are these features for if the app is broken :/

    Waste of time. Terrible app, can’t delete multiple card at once, can’t undo if you accidentally delete something. Hours deleted!! GONE!

    Problems. I was working on making flash cards and when I was typing in the answers, I lost some of the cards. Also, when I saved and exit, the cards got all scrambled and now I have to make them all by hand.

    Good idea, very poor quality. Both the app and the site is painfully slow. Doesn’t handle basic card operations well e.g. bulk select, changing card or deck sort order etc.

    Have to pay to add images. You have to switch to the pro version to add images to cards which I personally feel should be a basic feature :( I needed this feature because I was going to make an anatomy of the skull deck and on the front would be a picture of a pet of the skull and on the back there would be its name and info. Disappointing that such a basic feature is locked behind a paywall.

    Incredibly disappointed. I am beyond disappointed in all of you at Brainscape. I used Brainscape for years, it was an essential tool for me. But now I’ve been cut off from almost all content because I’m not paying for the subscription. I’m a single mom. I can’t afford to pay a monthly fee for flash cards. Don’t get me wrong, I used to love this app and it helped me tremendously. But now due to the greedy developers I can’t use the app anymore. Almost all decks are behind a paywall. This is depressing and discouraging. I hope you guys feel ashamed for doing this. You are actively choosing to be a part of the problem. Don’t even try to give me some empty diplomatic response. You know what you are doing and you choose to do it knowing exactly who it hurts. Greed has ruined the world.

    Impossible to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel for days now, just been charged 20 dollars. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE unless you want to stay subscribed forever. This should be illegal.

    Bad repeatation module. The app core is good and well-designed but there is a critical problem with it: the repeatation system is worthless, because it repeats a card until it is market as mastered, but it need to use spaced repeatation system so a card will be repeated in a pattern over days and weeks so it enters into long-term memory, not just repeat it 5 times a day ao it becomes green!

    Unstoppable Card Charges. In my opinion, they make it very difficult to stop subscriptions and unauthorized card charges.

    The answers don’t line up with the class. I took the 20 hour class a month ago. I’m currently studying for the National exam. While reviewing the DNC list penalties I decided to pull up the study cards and the answers didn’t line up. The book says $51,744 the cards says $43,280. I’m very disappointed with the study cards.

    Canceled my membership 60 days ago still getting billed. They continued to bill after canceling your account. Reach out to customer service they don’t reply and continue to get billed. Complete scam do not use.

    Overpriced… seriously. $20 a month is well over the amount someone should be paying for FLASHCARDS. Especially considering the alternatives.
