   A unique app trapped by a paywall. I had this app installed for many months now? It was nice to use at first as it was innovative. However at the time of this review I am going to uninstall the app. All of the new “features” are for people who pay. And that’s terrible, there are no options for the free players? Look, this app is going to fail due to a lack of updates and refusal to embrace the free playing users. It’s a bummer really, but not even this app can outlive a severe lack of updates

   NO SUPPORT OR RESPONSE AT ALL. I was charged the annual fee but I do not use this app. I tried the trial and it didn’t work well - information wasn’t saved, the time was not correct, etc. I am requesting a refund. I’ve emailed the Focus Traveller Gmail account multiple times but no one responds. There is no support with this app at all. It’s very frustrating.

   How do I accept an invite to study together?. I have given Game Center access, I see my friend and we are both sitting next to each other. She invites me to her focus travel group, and it says “connecting”. But nothing happens on my end. No notification, nothing to click. No way to join. How do you accept an invite to focus together? I would love an answer from the developer.

   Dark mode. My dark mode does not working well. All of the font disappears when I turn on dark mode.😭

   My study hours could not be counted correctly. I have noticed that my study hours could not be counted correctly. I don’t know the reason. Yet, I feel frustrated when such a situation happens again. It feels like the time I just spend studying is worthless. 🥲

   Inaccurate journals. I really liked this app, it’s cute and a little interactive. But there have been more than a few times where the times I’ve logged in are not correct. For instance I worked for two hours but in my journal it only reflected one hour. Really annoying bug.

   Almost perfect. This app would be so amazing if you could turn off the screen while being in deep focus mode. By going directly into pause mode, it makes this app useless for me since it’s draining my battery if left on for hours while working 😔 If this can be changed, I’d also buy the premium version.

   WANT to love this app. Love the art-style and the concept. Love that you can customize the character and the app icon. Love that you can save progress. HATE that you can’t turn off the background noise while on a focus journey. Devs, PLEASE change this. I beg.

    It stopped working. I have tried so many different study apps but honestly this one was the best one which is one of the reason why I’ve continued to use it until recently, it stopped adding time to the total timer. Like my overall time has not changed even though I have studied more and kept the timer on if that makes sense. I contacted them via email but have heard anything. Pretty disappointing that I have to delete this app now, I honestly liked it

    Good concept- desperately needs basic features. I like the graphics and the journey concept. Dislike that I can’t totally silence the app’s background sounds without muting my phone. And the timer/app pauses and eventually shuts down if I do any additional action whatsoever on the phone besides start the timer and set the phone aside. It’s bizarre.

    Limited. I really like the aesthetic of the app i personally think you should be able to unlock new characters and backgrounds so it can be reinforcing without having to pay…

    Incomplete sync between devices, runs really hot on phone. I first got this on my phone, and really enjoyed using it, but it had my phone running very hot, and I didn’t think it was worth killing my battery for. So I then downloaded the macOS version, and was very disappointed that things like achievements did not sync between the two platforms.

    Cute but has some flaws. Love this- it’s super cute and simple. It seems to not sync “records”/journeys though between devices? I started focusing on my iPad, and then downloaded the app later on my iPhone. The stats synced (I turned the iCloud sync and Game Center on) but my current record wasn’t there. I had to start over. Is there a way to sync everything between devices? Also, landscape mode would be REALLY nice. My iPad is often in landscape mode so it looks weird to see only the portrait version of the app

    Clean and effective, but... I love the simplicity of this app. I especially love that I can listen to my own playlists in Apple music. The one flaw is that the music always start from the top whenever I hit continue button. I would give this app six stars if this “play from the beginning” behavior is fixed.

    Two things and I’d change it to 5 stars. Doesn’t always sync well with other devices. If I change a setting or a character I have to go to all my devices and change it. And I wish people could hope into a travel mid way . Because it’s sometimes to much to schedule a walk to start exactly when everyone is available

    Cute app but don’t allow group of 3. When me and my friends want to start a group focus it won’t allow us to join in the same group. It seems like a group can only have 2 people but no more. Very cute app though.

    Love the App but…. It would be extremely helpful if there was a feature in the settings where you could set the pomodoro timer by the number of rounds you’d like to complete. I’m not sure if this is already possible… if so, it’s not made very obvious to the user. If that feature could be created in the settings, I would use this app more than my other focus/pomodoro apps. Right now I use it the least. I do love this app. It’s stunning and the music/visuals are very peaceful. I just need an app that will automatically tell me when to break and when to start going again, and I find that having to reset it each time, interrupts my flow of focus.

    Have to repurchase when downloading it on my computer. Hello! Is there a way when you purchase pro travelor on your phone it also updates on your computer when you download the app? I have on icloud sync but its not working

    Please read.. Good app with some flaws. The world map for focus should be removed because it’s filled with cheaters who leave the app running because they “focus” for a week straight. A leaderboard is pointless when it’s top people are cheating and leaving app open. Other than that app is good. PLEASE fix the seasons it won’t change anything if we change seasons

    Draining my Battery. I absolutely LOVE this app but it drains my phone’s battery because every time I turn off the screen, it pauses my journey and goes into the cute little rest mode where they sit in front of the fire. I can’t figure out how to turn off my screen to save battery while remaining in “focus mode”.

    Love but needs Lock Screen option. Please integrate a Lock Screen option for this app. It drains my battery to keep my screen on just to keep my focus running. I love this app and I paid for the premium version, but I want this feature so badly
