   Used to be 5star. Just did an iOS upgrade to 18.#.# and get a blank page. Reboot no avail. Hopefully a fix is coming as it was my favorite timer app

   Riddle with hackers. Scam for cash cards. ID as Apple support for unusual activity in wallet and Apple Store. They ID themselves as Apple tech support until you go down rabbit trail when want money but that is after going into bank account to check for other fraud charges. Have notified Apple

   Unreliable, would not recommend. Has failed numerous times to sound, despite many change and adjustments. It’s better to get a physical timer.

   Spyware on what should be a simple app. The app immediately asks to turn on personalized adds, and doesn’t work without them. Major violation of privacy for a simple stopwatch.

   Ads destroyed the app. I’ve used this app for years. It used to have a small banner of ads on the bottom. It was never noticeable. After this last update they increased the size of the ads so it’s 1/3 of the screen. The ads are all videos now. I can no longer justify using this app. It’s an eyesore. Do not recommend.

    “Free” version no longer usable. Update: I had AI wrote code for me and I now have been able to replace this app with a free version without ads. hallelujah!!! The ad supported version of the app is no longer usable. Pop-up ads every time you try to do something make it extremely frustrating and prevent accurate timekeeping. The subscription-based model to avoid this “in-your-face” advertising, is absurdly high. I suspect the app owner knows that Apple could make their internal stopwatch software more robust and render this app obsolete. I’m hoping Apple does so soon because this app is now painful to use.

    Already Bought and They’re Trying to Make Me Pay Again. I already paid a lifetime fee to use this app with no ads, and now they brought back ads and are trying to make me pay $48 to buy something I already pay for. Don’t download this scamming app. I’m going to take any means necessary including legal action to pay for this purely out of spite for these greedy scum

    Ridiculous Pricing. Seriously? $44.95/year for a timer app? Otherwise Temu ads featuring half-naked models and sex toys are splashed across the screen. And this is the #1 timer app? Apple seems to have a real problem with their app store.

    Used to be the best. Now ad-riddled bloatware. This used to be the best timer app. Now it’s so riddled with ads and bloat that has become unbearable to use. Once upon a time, we were able to set unlimited timers for free. The app was snappy and we could pop into the app dozens of times a day and quickly set and change timers. It was a lite app and switching to it rarely caused loading pauses or caused the other app you were in to be unloaded from RAM. There were ads, but they didn’t freeze the app while they loaded. The timers counting down on our lock screens or notifications screens were limited to two, but they were always the ones ending soonest. We could edit timer details like titles even while a timer was running. Now, however, if you want to set a lot of timers you have to pay. And if you don’t pay, you’ll find yourself waiting every time you want to use the app for ads to load. So if you have timers that you need to set quickly, you’re SOL because you’re gonna be waiting for ads to load. And the app is so bloated that it’s constantly kicking other apps out of memory. So not only do you have to wait for this app to load, you now have to wait for other apps to load that didn’t before. And now there are 5 timers showing on your lock screen and notifications, but they’re not the always the ones ending soonest. The app is a horrible experience now. Don’t bother with this. Find one that works well.

    This app is cancer. Tons of spammy ads that take up the whole screen and they have the audacity to have subscriptions. For a timer app.

    Useless now. I’ve used this app for years, and today, Thanksgiving day, it now is no longer a functioning timer, but a nonstop advertisement you cannot back out of, therefore no longer having a timer. If you close app or delete/reinstall, it’s nothing more than ads that takeover the app. No shortage of times. Bye

    No alert or sound. The interface and simplicity of the app are great, but it’s ultimately pretty useless. If you are in another app, you will receive no sound or notification that your time is up. For me this makes it a non-starter.
