   no credit card. Applebees only allow pay in store or apple pay on their online to go orders. What if you don’t have apple pay and someone else is picking up? This was a poor decision and will cost customers.

    Website was clunky. We tried to place an order for 45 minutes and the website kept having issues where there shouldn’t have been issues. Kept on saying we had to choose a burger temp when we had already chosen one, over and over again. Then once we got to the payment options, online would not accept our payments, even after trying 3 cards. Had to use the app to use Apple Pay to get it to work. We were about to give up and get food elsewhere. Not impressed or happy with it all.

    Good, but.... I like the app and I like the food for the most part, but they should allow one to customize dishes. For instance I love the fiesta chicken but if I want the tortilla strips that go with it, I can’t order it on the side or by the time I get home (a short distance) the tortilla strips are soggy. So I have the choice of soggy (yuck!) tortilla strips or none at all - but they really “make” the meal. The meal was designed to be eaten with them but the quality is greatly diminished with soggy tortilla strips. There needs to be more customization options or let you add requests like other places do. Would be perfect if not for that. Also the app sucks big time.

    Gift cards. Gift cards showed the amount to be used and it applied but every time I went to check out, it said gift card no good. And no option for using my bonus card. Way too difficult to add gift cards to app especially bonus cards.

    has potential. it does the job, but has a lot of problems. will sometimes sign you out, tells you that you have deals/rewards when you don’t, doesn’t save your order, doesn’t allow you to add a payment method/gift card until you are checking out, and is just all around buggy!!
