   If you have a problem, it will only be your problem. They will not help you.. Very disappointing customer service experience. Whenever an issue arises, it feels nearly impossible to get meaningful assistance. Responses are slow, generic, and often fail to address the actual problem being reported. Rather than investigating customer concerns and working toward a resolution, support appears more focused on closing cases without accountability. A service is only as good as the support behind it, and unfortunately this app falls short in that regard. When customers encounter problems, they should be able to expect fair treatment, clear communication, and a genuine effort to resolve the issue. My experience has been the opposite. Unless customer support improves significantly, I would have difficulty recommending this app to others.

   No food, wasted money. I ordered food few days ahead for fathers’ day, asking it to be delivered in the afternoon. The restaurant owner said the food was ready ahead of time. So we waited for another hour, still nothing. I then contacted HungryPanda and they flat out lied, saying the restaurant didn’t make the food until now (the audacity!!!). The restaurant then contacted us, saying the food has been out for too long and it’s no longer safe to consume. I tried cancelling the order, but the customer service refused, insisting we get the food that’s already been sitting out for two hours. We then found tons of Reddit and XHS reviews on how this company just scams people and don’t deliver the food. I’ll no longer be using it.

   Terrible App. Cannot refund even the order arrived damage and all the food was soaked in the soup and oil, and the paper bag was broken so all the food dropped to the ground. Terrible!

   Terrible App. Immediate Locks Account Upon Sign-in. Signing up was simple, but after a while of inactivity the app logs the user out. Upon signing in, the account would be locked out. This happened to me and my two friends with no way of getting the account unlocked. Customer service is completely useless. They would call from Canada and demanded to speak to a person to “unlock” the account. After they verified my voice, they said my account would be unlocked later. I asked when would be later, and the rep replied again saying, “later.” It has been over 24 hours and the account is still locked. Stay away from this app. many hours of pointless aggrevation wasted just for trying to log back in.

    Horrible Update. Updates were made to the app and now it’s Temu 2.0. Full of ads, horrible deals, and you need a membership to get coupons now... Such a shame. The app isn’t worth keeping anymore.

    Watch out! App full of dark patterns and scammy refund practices. I made an order and parts of it were missing. I reported it and it said to refund to my gift card balance. The refund came out to 13 dollars, which I was then delighted to discover I cannot use without spending at least 80 dollars to buy more gift cards because they don’t let you combine gift card balance and regular payment and there is not a single order that costs less than 13 dollars. Unrelated: I was trying to make an order and the app had a message that made it look like i was clipping a 5 dollar coupon. I click it and somehow the total went up by 10 dollars. It turns out the “clip coupon” button was actually making me buy 5 of 5 dollars coupons for 20 dollars. The order calculation doesn’t show you an itemized total, just the final number, making it very hard to see what they were actually doing. Just 2 unrelated incidents that made me wholly distrust everything this company does. Amazon and Doordash have nothing on this company when it comes to dark patterns and deceptive practices.

    Not good service. Order my food to be delivered. Paid for priority delivery. But they switched to 3 different drivers. The restaurant is just 5 mins by driving from my house. But takes more than 50 mins to be delivered. The food is cold and no more tastes good. The representative is not helpful. Off coupons but they all have requirement to use. Will never use this app to order food .

    不行. 四月回来用了一个月，碰上漏送餐点，超时一小时，店家忘记出餐，送错餐点，随便地上一丢送丢外卖，良品率也太低了！ 顺带一提，一问客服就说请耐心等待，超过三分钟就给你把谈话关了，退款也不给你全额退。真的不行❌

    千万别用最差外卖app. 配送时间永远不准，说30分钟能一个半小时送到就算好了，客服糟糕透顶，只会甩锅没有一点赔偿，最长记录说40分钟送到等了3个多小时还把几乎所有肉菜都做错了，等的快饿疯了还得被迫吃素，打了多少电话都是已经好了已经到了全是瞎话，食品和图片更是天差地别根本不是一个东西

When I went to pick it up, the order was already missing. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they refused to provide a refund and only offered a coupon, which does not reflect the actual loss. This is not a minor issue the order was never received. I would appreciate a proper resolution for this case.

    Horrible Customer Service - Completely Unacceptable Resolution. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. When the delivery arrived, the food was completely spilled, and the packaging was torn and damaged. It was a total mess and mostly inedible. The total for this order was $88, yet when I contacted customer service, they only offered to refund one milk tea plus a $10.42 credit. This solution is insulting. I paid for a full meal, not a bag of spilled food. I expect a much fairer resolution for a ruined $88 order. I will not be using this service again.
