   Can not charge to saved gift cards. Reported half year ago. No change. Money stuck in the account but can not be used. What a waste!

   Error. Will not honor rewards. FAIL. I saved 600 points. Went to redeem, tried to add the offer, it said offer not valid and expired in a month. So I can use it, and there’s no way to reverse the points. So they will expire and I will have lost them. What a joke. Latest version of iOs on iPhone 16promax

   The app does not let me pay. I have tried multiple times to place an order via app and check out, but payment does not go through. I receive an error. Maybe its an Alaska thing?

   Push Ads. Love this place, but even though I have push notifications off in the settings, they’re still pushing marketing junk to my phone and lock screen. Not cool.

   App is trash!!!. The new app is horrendous. Not user-friendly at all. Discombobulated way to order meals. Have to order everything à la cart. And then cannot add different. Drink flavors of the same size. Get it together, Smashburger!

    App login accessibility using voiceover. I was able to create an account on the website, but I’m unable to log into the app using voiceover on my iPhone.

    They abuse marketing push notifications. Marketing push notifications have to be opt-IN on Apple platforms but they only provide opt-out and even that doesn’t work. You toggle notifications off but then come back and they automatically get toggled back on. 1 star for technical execution.

    Can’t edit meal deals??. Tried to order a meal and remove the toppings but it won’t let you?? It will let you when you order just the burger itself but not the meal.

    4 times…APP needs prices re engineering. 4 times had issues with in store help needed and delays crediting the points and orders being held at “greyed” out - so to fix- never dead end an order without forcing the app order to a checkout prompt and to a “payment “ option-at this point if you don’t scroll pass the greyed out section(dead end)-you will not notice that you need to scroll down to bottom to select Apple Pay …if you don’t you will never finish the order…APP needs workflow process re-engineering!

    Good food, horrible app. The food from Smashburger is great, I love their smash fries and tots the issue is their app. It’s laggy, if you set up your order but then realize it set to pick up it’ll force you to re add everything if you change it to delivery, after I add something to an order the screen goes dark and freezes so I have to reopen the app to continue, you can only add one reward per purchase, and just so many other little things that make using the app a total nightmare.

    If I walk in the store I don't need an email and password, don't bother me with one here.. Really, ridiculous. I don't want to have to go through a a password reset process to order food just because some tos policy or databreach means you flagged accounts to do so on next login. So I try to order as guest. But email is required and you won't let me through because you found an account associated with my email! But the account needs a password reset and email verification which means diving into my spam folder. And at that point I'm too annoyed to continue and just choose somewhere else that isn't more concerned with getting data on customers than getting their money.

    Unable to utilize app. Multiple attempts trying and unable to access, even though I already have an account. Continues telling me it not an accurate email address. And when I attempt to create an account, it tells me I already have one. No thanks

    Can’t apply coupon codes. Tried to use every code on the coupon sheet with no expiration date anywhere and will not work.

    App is awful. Tried to reset password multiple times and it would not let me pay as a Guest! Did not give the option of adding a squirt of bbq sauce either.

    Bad Post purchase options. I had placed an order on the app, but forgot to set the right time for pickup and placed the order, I realized my mistake immediately, but when looking for a way to fix it, I found no way to. There it’s no way to change the time of pickup after placing the order, and no way to cancel the order either. I tried calling the store, but was sent to an automated message every time. When I got my food, it was cold. To summarize, the app does not account for human error in placing an order.

    Can't use gift card ona app. The app check out interface doesn't accept giftcard ; only credit card, therefore the gift card I purchased can't be useed at all ; it's a deceptive trick.
