   Bad application. Not secured application it doesn’t have my card saved yet It started deducting from me 4 dhs in the beginning then it started deducting 29.99 dhs twice a week and im not subscribed to anything and when i left a complain they simply answered Not our mistake!!! Once i deleted the app the deductions stoped. Once i downloaded the app again to search for something i got deduction directly 29.99 !!!!!!! How is this not their mistake??! This is stealing money !

   Don’t trust on noon. I order my food from noon app. They deduct my 44 Dhs. I cancle my order bcz I put wrong location so I cancel my order.they don’t refund me nd don’t deliver my food also on my new location. It’s totally fraud. So don’t order any food from noon.If you want order any food so you order directly from restaurants.

   تعامل نون معك. كل مرة اطلب منهم يجيني الطلب ناقص او تالف و لما اطلب ارجعة يقولون اية و يسحبون عليك صارلي أربع اشهر أطالب با الإرجاع و لا رجعو و خدمة العملاء سيء

   Be aware of fake items. Be aware of item you purchase. This is the 3rd time I ordered from them and this time happened to be a fake item and the customer service did not refund or did anything! Unlike other competitors which they actually care!

    التوصيل على المزاج! من أسوأ التطبيقات والمواقع. تتبع الشحنة يظهر بأن التوصيل لم يتم بسبب عدم تمكنهم من الاتصال! والمشكلة بكل مرة يتم محاولة التوصيل بعد الساعة ١١ ليلا! هل هم بكامل وعيهم لتوصيل الطلبات قرب منتصف الليل؟!! للأسف توقعت الكثير من نون ولكن باعتقادي الوضع للأسوأ.

    للاسف خدمة متعبه وغير واضحين. للاسف غير واضحين في عروضكم تقولون اشترك ولك مميزات وخصومات واخرتها بنفس السعر عند الدفع ولا يوجد خصم اضافي ولا مميزات تذكر ولا حتى خدمة عملاء مثل المواقع الاخرى تهتم كله كلام فاضي للاسف نلغي تطبيقكم نهائي بلا رجعه ‬

    Horrible Service. I wouldn’t use this app if my life depended on it. Very bad customer service, very bad delivery times and absolutely horrible with food deliveries. They show a time, but you have to add 30-40 minutes to that time so you will always get your food late and cold.
