   Totally Sucks!. Couldn’t even put in the credit card information. Signed out - Signed back in - Closed the app Reopened the App Nothing worked it would Not allow a credit card payment. Had to press the Cash option to finally be able to place the order. This App Sucks! I Hope the Pizza Is Good. Fingers Crossed.

   Ad stopping app. I can’t order because the ad won’t minimize. You might want to fix that. Ordering with a competitor whose app is working.

   5 second ads on app open. The best way to get people to hate your app is to spam ads that CANNOT be skipped when opening the app. You have to WAIT for the AD to go away. Just amazing.

    App sucks. Spent 20 min trying to buy a pizza because it asks for a security code for the credit card, but the number pad won’t go away after you enter it so you can hit next. Finally had to use Apple Pay since there is no solution to this glitch. The security code is also already saved, so why the request again that creates the impossible checkout??

    Hard to use with Zip. I use zip a lot on other sites this site does not like the zip card. They need to make it more friendly for all types of payment.

    Tracker and order history don’t work. The papa tracker hardly works. It never shows the current order…you have to click track through the email and that’s the only way to see it. Order history also doesn’t show your current order

    Gift cards vanished. Tried paying with gift cards, and before checkout, it totaled them, gave me an error, and exited the app. Tried to place the order again and now it’s telling me my gift cards are invalid. Wasted money on gift cards and now my credit card was charged the entire amount. Horrible horrible horrible app build.

    Issues with pizzas and delivery Driver. Had a few times the pizzas were poorly put together and didn’t have much on them as well under cooked. They’ve also been over cooked, little to no sauce, and no extra toppings that I always pay for. I never receive what I ordered and never get the extras I pay for on my pizzas as well as never being enough. I’ve never got reimbursed or anything of all the times I’ve called and complained!!!!!!

    App does accept code. It says take 30% of order of $40 at menu price or more, it puts the code in and my price before discounts is almost $50. and it tells me I must spend 40.00 or more to use the discount and can’t continue to check out. So the app isn’t my favorite
