   thieves and scammers. took my money paid online then didn’t refund it after order cancelled. generic customer service response don’t answer why they won’t return the money, they copy and paste same response like robots. fraud — why would they show closed stores??? do i have to enter one by one to see their closed?

   Horrible just horrible. Worst experience ever. It won’t let me place a cash order and when I used a credit card it blocked my account. I used 2 other accounts with different cards and it ended up canceling the payment and blocking my account. I called and waited for more than 45 minutes with no response. The app is filled with embarrassing bugs and I wasted 2 hours of my life on this pile of garbage.

   Long wait and bad app settings. App does not work properly, orders were late for more than an hours many times (though location is close) and I didn’t manage to get the claimed voucher! I can’t even open the “pro chat” and this has been happening a lot lately, even with the app up to date! My experience is getting worse and worse with Talabat! I had to switch to Deliveroo they seem a lot more reliable!

    Not refunded. Charged twice for something that never came. Unless you’re premium you can’t get in touch with a customer representative. So they only allow people with “money” to have access to their company.

    خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية. طلبت مطعم ولما وصل الاكل كان غير صالح للأستخدام الادمي حرفياً، الدجاج محترق والبطاط بارد، لما خاطبت خدمة العملاء قالي الموظف نعتذر وراح نرسلك قسيمة بقيمة 1 دك صالحة لمدة اسبوعين فقط🤣، علماً بأني دافع 4.5 دك وما اكلت لقمة من كثر ما الاكل سيء.

    Misleading advertisements by Talabat. Very disappointing experience. Talabat advertises promotions and special offers that are not actually available in the app, which is misleading and creates false expectations. Customer support is slow, often fails to understand the issue, and usually responds with generic messages instead of real solutions. Complaint handling is also poor, with unfair compensation even when orders are significantly different from the advertised photos. The service quality keeps getting worse, and customers deserve much better transparency and support.
